Incredibly slow. Visited 3 times 20 minute wait for simple food from the drive through. I ordered through the app for a 5:15 curbside pickup. I've been there twice and they've gotten parts of my order wrong both times. The food is just average.

Food is great but this place has gotten our order wrong more than half of the time we've been there. Today, we got home and were missing two burgers. Had to go back. It can't be that hard to make sure the number of burgers in the bag is correct. Even if they are always wrong on the toppings. It's a sign of extremely poor management. No other explanation. Wow. How bad can you screw up a simple order of two ice cream cones? Answer: VERY BADLY. My wife and decided to run down and try as couple of cones tonight. Had a long line at the drive thru but no problem. Gave our order, finally got to the window and paid and was told it would take five minutes. WRONG!! After waiting 25 minutes and everyone around us getting their hamburgers and ice cream, I went inside to see what was up. Clueless. Was told 'just two more minutes.' WRONG AGAIN!! Took us 35 minutes to get what should have been handed through the window. And the portion was miniscule. Frozen Flamingo is way better quality, taste and value. Won't be going back. read more

I have been so happy that our neighborhood has been lucky enough to have a Culver's nearby. Their food, staff and prices are all excellent. I order a kid's meal and have a choice of cheeseburger, 2 chicken tenders or a grilled cheese sandwich. It comes with an order of fries, a drink and a nice sized scoop of custard. The burger is fully dressed and the meat reaches the sides of the bun. Where else can you get so much food for under $7.00? Plus, they are generous with the condiments. Food is great. The curb side is the slowest possible way to get food here. Watched 3 full lines of cars get cleared and handed food while I sit at the curbside pickup waiting for my order that I placed 35 minutes ago . It's fast food if you go through the drive through. Expect to camp in your car or go in and beg for your food. read more

I'd give the burger a solid three....compared to a Mighty Fine, I'd rather drive all the way to Round Rock for the bestest burger around, However the service is excellent and the menu amazingly large. I'll go back and try something different. read more

Not Consistent. No manager overseeing food quality and presentation. Husbands hamburger thrown together in a rush. Onion rings were burnt and my fish sandwich was not crispy. Ordered the 2pc. Cod Dinner for online order pickup. The fish and batter had no flavor whatsoever. The to-go packaging made the batter super soggy. Thankfully, it came with a lemon & I ordered malt vinegar. And I found a spare packet of salt in my car, which it desperately needed. Mashed potatoes also had no salt or flavor whatsoever! Definitely would not order this meal again. Even Long John Silver's would've been more flavorful. Flavor of the day - raspberry cheesecake was a small redeeming quality. read more

First visit to a Culvers. Burgers, fries and onion rings were very good and the staff was efficient and pleasant. I would have given five stars except for the EXTREME gastro distress I experienced about 45 minutes later. Note though that my wife had no such issue. The only difference in our orders is that she had no lettuce, onion or tomato on her burger. I will go back again as this may have been a one time aberration, but I strongly suggest that management check those vegetables. read more

We had been waiting for this location to open. We'll very disappointed. We ordered at the drive thru the lady repeated my order back to me and it was correct. I made a big mistake by not checking my order ,but you should not have to and it was not busy. Of course we get home my son needed to eat before work and our sides are missing and I was charged for something we did not order. I tried calling but noone answered the phone I was not driving 15 minutes back. I sent a email we will see what happens. I should have double checked my order. read more

I've been a Culver's customer for decades dating back to when I lived in Indianapolis and Chicago. The butter burger, crinkle fries and the frozen custard are my favorites. The new Culver's in Georgetown has excellent service. The atmosphere is brand new and clean. This is the third week they've been open and I've already eaten there 4 times. read more

This place is terrible. Organization is nonexistent. Went when they were not busy. One car at drive thru and waited 30 minutes. Upon talking to management they acted as if I was a bother and they'd have order when it was ready. Once we got the food it was uneatable. Dry cold greasy onion rings. Obviously very old. I had the sourdough burger and the bread was soaked with so much grease it made me gag to eat it. And all this for the highest priced fast food in town. Don't see them lasting unless something drastically changes. read more
