We had ordered the corn beef and hash that was on the menu, but that was not available that day so subbed for this instead. They also offered us croissant service that came with strawberry butter. The croissants and butter were delicious, but the croissants themselves very small. The lobster roll was yummy. The fries and roasted red potatoes that came with our dishes were only okay - nothing special here. The steak themselves were seasoned well. I ordered my steak medium, but it was served medium well. It was still delicious but a little disappointing. They have you cut in to make sure everything is good when served, but since it had already taken so long, I didn't want to waste food or time so didn't say anything in the moment. The remake came and somehow the ribeye was even thinner. It reminded me of the size of ribeye you get in a value pack from the grocery store. If it was ¾" thick, I would have been surprised. Seemed to be cooked as requested. The filet was ruined. For some reason the side of bourbon mushrooms was not on the side this time. They dumped the mushrooms and gravy on the steak! Totally changed the whole profile of the steak and basically ruined it. I commented that to the server and he replied 'yeah I saw that but didn't say anything'. My wife asked him why he didn't say anything and he had nothing to say. She asked him if he had something to say and he remained quiet. He finally offered a weak apology.
