I completely agree with the other review mentioning the "weird energy" because I've experienced the same thing every single time I've come here, without fail. The employees always seem bothered to be there, and when they don't understand what you said, they respond with "What?!?" instead of simply saying, "Excuse me, what was that?" On top of that, they often forget to add the customizations or modifications you specifically ask for. We're always polite when ordering, so there's really no reason for the attitude. I understand everyone has bad days, but when the same experience happens every single time, it makes you question management's customer service standards. A little kindness, and basic courtesy would go a long way. read more

This location closes their lobby earlier than posted but still allows for drive thru orders. The employees are kind but they make the ordering process VERY difficult. We had to repeat our two double scoop orders more than three times. I'm not sure where the confusion was coming from or if we were hard to hear but it just wasn't a functional and enjoyable way of getting ice cream. The ice cream itself was great- although I did make the mistake of ordering Jamoca instead of Jamoca Almond Fudge so that was a bummer on my part. I was pretty disappointed in the presentation of my cone; it was cracked in half nearly all the way down making it very difficult to eat. They packed the ice cream in too hard and instead of re-scooping, decided to hand it out anyway. If I visit this location again, I'll be sure to go inside for a smoother ordering experience. read more

Ice cream was delicious! Cones weren't the best. Inside was nice, clean and quiet. The staff was fine. They were out of milk which was disappointing because my husband wasn't able to get a milkshake. One of the employees walked in has we were getting ready to leave and her work tshirt was wrinkled and dirty with ice cream spots. It was a very short work tshirt. No professional for a customer service type of job in my opinion. read more

Perfect treat. Reminds me of my childhood. Cookies and cream forever. The app now has all of the deals - instead of going on the 31st of the month to get a special promo. Very happy with the friendly staff. read more

Wow. Lot of hate for this location. Well, our visit was perfect, so here's some love. Me and the kiddos. Post-hike. Warm and humid day. Prime for quality ice cream. We all got a single-scoop cup, and the server was nice enough to give me 2 small scoops instead of 1 big scoop because I couldn't decide which flavor. Heck yeah. Single scoop is generous. It's not cheap, but quality ice cream places aren't these days, so there you go. Ice cream was delicious and quality. Service was friendly and professional - very sweet. Only thing they need is a patio. Pretty cold inside so we ate out of the trunk of our vehicle, backed up into the shade of a tree. Not bad. read more

Just went by with my friends at 7:40, and the girl at the window was so rude. She sounded like she was tired of talking to us when we only ordered one scoop of ice cream in a cup and were nice. Not sure what the girl's problem was, but she proceeded to act weird at the window and took our payment. Then another girl gave us our ice cream with the same weird energy. Not sure what their problem was, but they need some kindness lessons. read more

Yum. I love Baskin Robbins. Today I tried two of their seasonal flavors; winter white chocolate and German chocolate. I opted for the German chocolate, however both were delicious. Other favorite flavors for my family and me are: peanut butter and chocolate, jamocoa almond fudge, pistachio, and butter pecan. They are not stingy with the samples and their cakes are really good. read more

We realized we haven't had an ice cream cake in forever so opted to order one for my dad's 75th birthday. It was better than I remembered and perfect for the occasion. Really like the 1/3 sheet options which was just enough for our group of 5 with a little leftover for dad. Plan ahead - several offerings with a 48 hour notice. Choose your own flavors. We opted for chocolate cake with pecan praline ice cream. The cake was ready when promised. read more

Today the waffle cone and ice cream flavors were out of stock and there was only 1 person working in the store for both the drive up and front of the store:, as a result we waited more than 15 minutes for a double scoop cone. Not the first time this has happened so usually don't bother. I understand this time of year (November) is not typically a peak season but when it's 80 degrees out, staffing should be appropriate. It's been similar waiting times in summer time which is disappointing. Big positive is the ice cream is really tasty., read more

I didn't order an ice cream cake or do anything complicated. I showed up on a Sunday night with my 81-year old mom and my brother for a rare ice cream outing. It was crunch time when we got there and crowded. It apparently had been busy for a while as the floor on the customer side of the ice cream display had some napkins and tasting spoons on the floor. When you are standing in line there is no menu of flavors and you have to depart the line and move up and down the display case to see the variety of ice cream which is awkward for people who think you're trying to cut into their space. That being said, the young ladies behind the counter juggled drive-thru and counter well, moved people along well and engaged the customers with energy. I honestly felt like I was back in high school -- and I think my mom did too. She loved her daquiri ice and left smiling ear to ear. Something about the experience took me back to the 70's when Baskin-Robbins was the destination ice cream place for everyone. Well done. read more

Used the Drive-Thru today to get a small strawberry shake. $6.50 for a small, extremely thin, tasteless milkshake that tasted like it was made with sour . milk. No thanks, I'll go to Sonic. I waited a long time to try Baskin Robbins, and thought I'd give it a chance today. Staff was very nice but the milkshake was awful, and I don't know how one can mess up a milkshake. read more

My sister in law chose Baskin Robbins for their quality and ordered an ice cream cake for Mother's Day. She went to the driveup to pick it up. What they handed her looked NOTHING like the online picture. It was very sloppy looking. She handed it back and said this was supposed to say Happy Mother's Day. Please write that on the cake. They handed it back and she drove off to get it home so it wouldn't melt. When she got home she couldn't believe her eyes. They spelled Mother wrong! Seriously! The frosting and ice cream tasted freezer burned and the cake was stale tasting. Very disappointed. Franchisee would only offer $10 credit. She wants a full refund. This cake was a hot mess and very poor quality. These are not cheap cakes! Very poor customer service. We will never go back. Posting pictures of what the nice online cake was supposed to look like and the picture of disaster she was handed. That cake looked like one of the memes from Nailed It. Shameful! read more

About 9:35 pm last night someone delivered an order of ice cream treats to our home. We didn't order this and we didn't notice it till about 10:00. No receipt, no address, nothing on the outside of the bag. Unable to call company because they were closed by 10:00 pm. Since their opening time at 11:00 am today I have been calling to report the incident, but instead of someone answering the phone a recording comes on saying this phone number can not take your call. (512) 863-4478 Needless to say who ever placed this order didn't get it last night. Be careful out there with unwanted deliveries. read more

The ice cream is good. The employees were very quiet when asking what I want. I'm not sure if they are shy or simply intimidated, but it's weird. I bought two scoops of ice cream for myself and she asked if I wanted to split the cost with my friend. I thought that was odd, but who knows. Other than that, it was quick and easy. It's good, but I'll probably choose local next time. read more

I am totally disappointed in Baskin-Robbins!! The ice-cream may be good but customer service is lousy!!! A few days ago, I ordered an ice-cream birthday cake for my husband. When I ordered, I waited in the drive thru lane forever! When it was finally my turn . . . I told the girl the infomation that I had (from online) - she didn't have anything to look it up. Then, I decided/ordered another cake. I was told that they open at 11, so I said I would pick it up at noon. Well, 12:00 came and there I was . . . no one was there!!! The sign in the window read "Open"!! I called when I got home and the recording informed me that they open at 2!!!! I am not longer interested in the cake, to say the least! I couldn't even leave a recording saying they can keep their cake!! The surprise is on them. Luckily, I didn't pay for it ahead of time. read more

My new "Go To" for ice cream!! When other places started grinding toppings into indistinguishable crumbs, or minimally sprinkling them on the top of the ice cream, I decided to try Baskin-Robbins. Oh my gosh!! For a comparable price, the scoops are larger, and chock full of mix-ins! (You can taste chunks of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, or ice cream loaded with almond halves!) the toppings (and even the whipped cream) always taste fresh!! I won't waste my time or money anyplace else when I'm craving good ice cream! And don't forget to leave a tip in their tip jar! These people, this place, and the menu items, are all great! read more

This Baskin Robins was delicious! We came in around 6:30pm on a Sunday. We were greeted by a young lady. She was nice and patient with all 4 kids, even let them sample a couple flavors. The store was very clean which a big deal! No sticky tables or chairs. I had a banana spilt, and love how you can pick any ice cream flavor and toppings. My hubby went with their waffle cone and his favorite chocolate chip. read more

This review was originally posted about a year ago: The ice cream was good, as ice cream usually is, but the lady that worked here was terrible. She was disgusted that we wanted to sample a flavor... She was rude. Maybe she was pissed to be working on a Sunday. I asked her for a small cup of water and she only filled it up a quarter of the way. I hope she meets somebody that makes her feel special. read more

Zero stars is too high for this business! Every single time we have been there, they are out of something. The staff acts like they are too busy to help anyone and they just want to talk about the party from the night before. We have never waited in the drive thru less than 9 mins...they always ask is to hold...get educated and customer oriented employees and get your stock on order. We were told tonight "sorry our product did not come in this week"....ummmm hello you sell ice cream, it would help to have it in stock! read more

I'm gonna have to only give 2 stars because I just picked up a cake and it's definitely not what I was expecting or requested. Wrong shape (square not circle), wrong name on cake which isn't a huge deal but I know I gave them the right name (Tasia not Trisha), it's even on the order paper. Idk what was going on but whoever did the cake was FAR off read more

I would give this place -10 stars if I could. My friend asked me to help order a birthday cake for their daughter last minute. I called them on a Friday to order a birthday cake for Sunday and inquired about a design. They said they'll ask the decorator and call me back. Nothing. Saturday morning I called again they said they're going to have to ask the decorator and have her call me back. Nothing. I called again a couple of hours later to just order a birthday cake because there was no time left. They took my order not telling me they couldn't do it only for me to find out when I went to go pick up my cake on Sunday that it was never done! In the end, I had to pick a cake from the freezer. Let's just say we had a very sad little girl. read more

Ok so apparently at this store the manager forced an employee to serve a sundae that fell in the trash can and give it in a drive thru order. Frankly, the type of terrible managing and lack of care towards the customers is disgusting and I will never go there as long it remains in business. Also one employee has been injured by falling shelves and objects, breaking her collarbone and her nose. The store has also failed 3 health inspections, so if you want trashy food that's been infected by rat droppings and want innocent blue-collared Americans being abused by rotting infrastructure, then I feel bad for you. In conclusion, this Baskin Robins is unfit to be called a business. read more

Kourtney J. needs remedial customer service classes. She is obviously clueless, trying to say something isn't true when yes, it happened. Me thinks Kourtney J. is the one involved. Sorry, Kourtney. Always a great frozen treats, hard to get into the parking lot on occasion.....but so worth it!

Only car in line waited 10 minutes for 2 quarts of ice cream, 3 cars came after us and got theirs while we continued to wait, I go in the store, they say,we can't find the quart containers we are trying to figure out how to give you 2 pints instead but its it's more ice cream, I had to explain it was the same amount, Their customer service is the WORST they are the rudest people ever, And it doesn't matter if you go in the store or the drive thu. I'm really disappointed, and I wished I would have gone to Shakes. I will in the future. I've never gone to a Baskin Robins and left disappointed. What really bugged me was the fact that the employ told me that I'm getting a children's portion for my brownie sundae and two scoops in a cup. It boggles my mind that you're telling me "I'm getting my usual order, but now I'm getting less for the same price?" Also when I asked for the waffle cone that comes with two scoops or more. He responded yes it comes with a cone, but that doesn't happen on a Togo order. I've had cones on the side before because duhh, I'm going home. I added a side of hot Fudge, and in the smallest cup, I probably had 1/3 of hot fudge. What a grinch!! If this is a management idea to save money... I would change my plan and rethink; because you're okay with losing paying customers to "fleece" ice cream "happiness" from the consumer, because you like a fat wallet To the employees, if this was your little game for the night and this is something you did to show your assholeness. I hope your employer sniffs your "ass" out quick before follies become a real numbers problem. read more

Me and my kids like coming here since we relocated to jarrell and this is near by. 1st time we went was ok not bad until we wanted to order a drink after we finished the icecream. No one ever came up to the register I literally had to poke my head in where the employee's come in and out. Kids were just back there on their phones. Fine I'll let it slide no biggy. But I questioned management they are all kids. Then a few times after that we continued to come. I wanted to treat my niece & nephew & also my kids . We walked in waited to be attended. People walked in after us in which they were attended first. Never asked who was first or anything. How could they have missed everybody and the grandma 5 of us.The husband of the lady that was being attended mentioned it so they then proceeded to us. No apology what so ever. But after they took our order . She apologized to them. Why ?? I wanted to scream is it because I'm Mexican ?? We didn't even sit to eat it in BR. Instead we left. That's BS. We might just have to find a new spot . read more
