What a fun summer spot! I tried their shaved ice with Mango and Guava flavor. Super refreshing, smooth texture and just right amount of flavor- not too overpowering. Their menu looks amazing, so I will sure come back to try more. Great vibes and perfect treat on hot summer days.

The best hometowns have the sweet spots. A spot for the high schoolers to spend time on a nice Friday. A spot for before they can legally go to bars instead. In Tyler, my spot was a standard Andy's. In Lubbock, there's J's Creamery. In Georgetown, that spot is Frozen Flamingo. Frankly, custard is far superior to ice cream. This is my review, so I'm right for the next few paragraphs. Custard is far superior to ice cream. Frozen Flamingo knows what they're doing with the concretes and the sundaes. The space is cute. There's a definite tropical vibe going on with the wooden chairs, the straw umbrellas, the string lights, and the potted plants. It's selling its aesthetic, and the branding clicks once you see the front of the space. There's total charm here. In front of me, I watched a kid get some sort of concrete with gummy eyeballs on top. I then watched him drop one of the eyes, ask for another, and immediately drop the new one. This doesn't help the review. It was just really funny. I went for a small, create-your-own concrete with Oreo on vanilla custard. No need to reinvent the wheel. One thing I noticed looking at the menu was how many options they have. Concretes, sundaes, shakes, cones, floats, frozen daiquiris, frozen lemonades, and frozen margaritas. Most places only focus on custard, but the beverage side could definitely speak to me on the right evening. They do run a little slow, at least during my visit, but not enough to shift the energy I was feeling. Once I got the custard, I thought it was great. Your standard affair. Better than ice cream. It's a place where you can hit the drive-thru and take your sweets home, or step aside and really take in your friendships, your life, and your well-being by living in the moment. The Frozen Flamingo is a place of love. And eyeballs that a kid drops.

With the summer heat to its maximum capacity, this is the type of place to which you want to go and cool off. They offer all kinds of frozen treats from shaved ice to custards, milkshakes, and even frozen cocktails. You can order to go or sit on their patio to enjoy yourselves fun creations. The custard is specially good with the best texture and flavor. It did not need toppings but it's nice to add a little fun sometimes. The staff is super happy and helpful and they make sure to get you served quickly in order to get the best experience.

Last week, I came in with Thing Two to get a quick treat! I love this local gem as the vibe is funky, and the treats offered here are a plenty! Turtle Concrete The main difference between frozen custard and ice cream is that frozen custard is made with egg yolks, and ice cream is not, giving the former a richer flavor and mouthfeel Some ice creams are made with egg yolks, however, which would technically make them custards. This concrete was thick and made with earthy pecans and rich caramel. This treat was a welcomed addition on a hot day. Birthday Cake Shaved Ice Thing Two ordered this treat and found it to be sweet, which makes sense as flavor-wise, this is basically vanilla, with added notes of sugar and butter, making it just about the sweetest flavor on the market. We were able to sit and enjoy our treats in the shade a picnic table on the premises. We also took in a game of jenga and took some foodie photos in front of the Instagramable neon signs. If in the area and are in the mood for a sweet treat or a cool libation (yes, frozen margs and other adult bevies are sold here), come here and support this local gem! #supportlocal

I've been following Frozen Flamingo on TikTok for years and was so happy to finally visit! The place is so amazingly decorated. I got the raspberry cheesecake concrete in the smallest size they offered. The portions were huge! I couldn't finish all of it because of how cold it was outside but I'll definitely visit again when the weather warms up :)

What a great place!! Especially for the hotter months! I got their pink drink and my husband got their blue shark beverage and it did not disappoint! I know bro going my friends here come summertime because they put your drink in a pouch that resembles a larger capri sun pouch! The taste was sweet and enjoyable! I got pretty messed up from the pouch and the side flamingo shot they gave. The service there was very pleasant and helpful! I will absolutely be a returning customer!

Why leave Austin and move to Georgetown? It's places like this. Fair prices. Great service. Huge portions. Delicious. Absolutely amazing! Driving through the drive through felt like going through one of those holiday light tours. It was retro. It was so warm and welcoming. Ordered a blue raspberry shaved ice with the dome for the wife...it was huge and exactly what she was craving. Have to try if you are around town. So so so so good!

chocolate concrete with one huge cookie dough

Overpriced and not consistent. I got a chocolate concrete that melted in two minutes and tasted more like ice cream than custard. I added cookie dough and got one enormous cookie dough that was impossible to eat with a spoon. My partner got a vanilla concrete that had much better flavor and texture and didn't melt immediately. I wouldn't bother going back for their custard but they have many other fun drinks and items (like jello shots).

Did a quick drive-thru and was just expecting ice cream. To my surprise, you can get alcoholic beverages/ice cream to go! What a treat on a hot day! My nieces got to get their ice cream, which came in a variety of flavors, combinations, and sizes, and I got a nice refreshing vacation treat as well. I got the Goombay Smash alcoholic slushee and it was tasty, boozy, and cheap for the size you get. I feel like Las Vegas definitely needs a few of these places.

Great place to get something sweet! Great owner and staff! Definitely a must try. I love everything about this place.

The patio and decorations were amazing. This place always pops up on my TikTok page. So I had to try it when I went to Texas. The customer service was awesome and she was very helpful. The sundae was HUGE and DELICIOUS. The quality and presentation were amazing. You also get a lot of food for the price. I will definitely be returning! 10/10

Enjoying "Mango Margarita", "White Pumpkin Cocktail" & "Pumpkin White Chocolate Espresso Martini"! DELICIOUS!

I was definitely sad, but hey...no worries I did try something else! I got the Cheesesteak with a side of fries (loved the unique cut) and a honey mustard sauce for dipping. The food was overall good, I just wished that the meat was finely chopped and seasoned just a tad bit more, literally a tad! Service was quick and my food was super fresh; I messed up for not eating it there because my sandwich bread roll was a little soggy on the bottom, but that was my fault for taking it home lol! The staff was friendly and I most certainly loved the girl with the ginger hair, she's super awesome and had a smile on her face! Y'all better keep her! Another female staff member gave me a compliment on my sandals, keep her too! The inside is very soft and comfortable. I didn't snap many photos since there were other customers eating with children.
