What a disappointment this place was. We had a couple of burgers and my son and I got cheeseburgers with pickles and onions and this is the pickles they gave us- like come on that's ridiculous and when we asked for some more they charged us---really! The soda machine was dirty and the counter was disgusting and needed cleaning. The employees were mostly teenagers and were more worried about chatting than being helpful. Overall I wouldn't come back due to our first experience.

Stopped here for the first time at this location. It's Culver's by gosh and you have to support them. They have the best Custard Ice Cream on the planet! I ordered the fried shrimp and hubby ordered a cheeseburger plain. We shared a fry and I of course had a turtle sundae! Everything was good. The shrimp tasted like it was seasoned with garlic. Not my favorite but still good. The sundae is top notch! It was a little melty by the time o got to it. Next time I may go back up and order it separately but I'll definitely be back. They had plenty of workers today. Seems like they were training a bunch of newbies and that's good. The store was clean. We will definitely be back!

I really don't understand why Culver's has such bad reviews. I've been here many times, and was always greeted and treated nicely. My order was correct even when I asked for modifications. The burgers are great, and if you go with the right time, there isn't much of a wait. Also, you can order ahead online, and it's ready when you get there. It's a little different than your normal drive-through being that you pay and move forward into a holding area, but it's more efficient if your order happens to be ready before someone else's. You won't have to wait in a long line to pay before you get your food to all the haters out there, give them another chance it's a good option for Georgetown.

I have been a Culver's fan for a very long time. And, full disclosure, I am waiting excitedly for another location currently under construction in Leander TX. I have been to numerous Culver's locations around the country. I ordered the Cod dinner (I LOVE Cod). Good job. I especially like doing the "Fish and Chips" thing with Malt Vinegar. It hit the spot right. I particularly like their crinkle cut fries (especially with Malt Vinegar on them). I can't forget about the Root Beer. It tastes about identical to A&W (good thing). I learned a while back that they make their own Root Beer. We are chilling for a bit to make room for dessert (great frozen custard). I ordered a single scoop Turtle Sundae - 1 scoop vanilla custard, roasted pecans, hot fudge, and hot caramel sauce (I skip the whipped cream). Just arrived. Really good. All in all excited to be getting Culver's nearby. Everything very good. Casual atmosphere. Service was nice and friendly.

I went to this Culvers for the first time today. I opted to use the drive-through. They have a beautiful menu with lots of items to choose from. The prices are rather high. My husband got a shrimp dinner. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and french fries and it was $30. We didn't even get a drink. Upon placing my order in the drive-through line I was asked to drive forward and wait and they put a little sticker on my mirror. Then I sat there for maybe 10 minutes. I saw two other cars behind me get their food and leave. I found that a little unsettling. Everyone who worked here was very nice. They have a nice outdoor seating area. That looks nice and clean and inviting. The chicken sandwich was fine. I got a gluten-free bun, which is nice. The sandwich was nothing special. The french fries were also fine. Nothing special. I would go here in a pinch, but it's not a place I would seek out. It's too expensive and not anything that I would look forward to.

    Bun with grease

Always the same problem at Georgetown location. Tables are dirty and trash needs to be emptied. Survey's are completed but never acknowledged. This time, we asked for the bun with the chicken sandwich not to be grilled with butter or whatever fat they use. When it was returned to the counter for correction, both the counter employee and Manager Ted disputed the bun was grilled with grease. The picture shows the truth.

    What I got!

I had high hopes when they opened near my house. But, unfortunately it's just another fast food chain with poor food. I ordered the beef pot roast sandwich. Nasty tasting and cold. It's nothing like the picture on the menu. I don't know what the burgers taste like but I'll not take a chance.

    Onion Rings

2nd time in since they opened. First was takeout, not so good. today we dined in to give them another chance. Ordered. Spicy chicken sandwich basket (sandwich, fries, drink) veggie burger no mayo no onions. large onion ring. cup for water. Received: No fries with basket. Completely dry chicken sandwich, server brought me some sauce after I mentioned it. Veggie burger with onions slathered in mayo. Rings crumbled when consuming, way over cooked and way too thin. Fries cold with a weird after taste. Charged for the water. Spoke with Manager he said they replaced my order of fries (basket) with the large onion rings. I told him that wasn't what I ordered. He was very pleasant in his responses, "comped" me the fries. Fried chicken patty was well done and about 1/8th inch thick. No ketchup in either of the two dispensers. Buns were good, interior clean, employees very nice.

The staff was not helpful. All the males that were working that evening show the expression "I hate my job". The order board in front of the cashier is only for drinks and shakes I believe. You can not use it to order ice cream. They ran out of the bubble waffle cone, and so that limited us to only being able to order scoops of ice cream which wasn't that big of deal. There are two different registers because in my opinion it looks to be two different businesses in one building. Their is a handful of chairs and tables to sit down once you ordered your dessert. My baby boy has grown up and is soon to attend Southwestern Uni. He loves all things anime, including fun foods of Asia, so bubble tea and related treats are in regular rotation. We just had to try out Nivi during SU orientation and were not disappointed. Know this: it's hard to find in the massive Wolf Ranch shopping center on the southwest corner of IH35 & Hwy 29. Nivi is co-located with bubble tea shop, Sharetea, so look for that signage between GNC and SuperCuts. The order & pay counters are separate, but they do have some menu items that seem to share products (ex: matcha soft serve). During our visit, we had to wait in line & pay twice since we wanted both ice cream and bubble tea. Nivi staff are super sweet and will let you have a sample taste of any of the ice creams and soft serves. I loved their eco-friendly reusable sample spoons. We loved everything that we tried but I settled on a 1-scoop cup of mango ice cream ($6.16) - soooo rich and tasty, full of fresh fruit flavor. Next time, I'll add ripe mango chunks on top. The full menu includes: * 11 premium flavors handmade with a rich 14% fat mix from Wisconsin dairy farms * 4 soft serve flavors including Ube & Matcha * 8 soft serve creations with toppings and swirls * 12 Bubble Waffles, loaded with premium soft serve ice cream * Milkshakes * Assorted candies, syrups, fruits, nuts, and whipped toppings for upcharge What else is special about Nivi? Natural ingredients sourced from across the globe:  - Rose Pistachio is made with rose essence from Belgium  - Salted Caramel has French sea salt  - Real fresh fruit in Mango & Strawberry ice creams  - Ube Honeycomb made with homemade honeycomb chunks A note on price: it ain't cheap. In Tyler, my spot was a standard Andy's. In Lubbock, there's J's Creamery. In Georgetown, that spot is Frozen Flamingo. Frankly, custard is far superior to ice cream. This is my review, so I'm right for the next few paragraphs. Custard is far superior to ice cream. Frozen Flamingo knows what they're doing with the concretes and the sundaes. The space is cute. There's a definite tropical vibe going on with the wooden chairs, the straw umbrellas, the string lights, and the potted plants. It's selling its aesthetic, and the branding clicks once you see the front of the space. There's total charm here. In front of me, I watched a kid get some sort of concrete with gummy eyeballs on top. I then watched him drop one of the eyes, ask for another, and immediately drop the new one. This doesn't help the review. It was just really funny. I went for a small, create-your-own concrete with Oreo on vanilla custard. No need to reinvent the wheel. One thing I noticed looking at the menu was how many options they have. Concretes, sundaes, shakes, cones, floats, frozen daiquiris, frozen lemonades, and frozen margaritas. Most places only focus on custard, but the beverage side could definitely speak to me on the right evening. They do run a little slow, at least during my visit, but not enough to shift the energy I was feeling. Once I got the custard, I thought it was great. Your standard affair. Better than ice cream. It's a place where you can hit the drive-thru and take your sweets home, or step aside and really take in your friendships, your life, and your well-being by living in the moment. The Frozen Flamingo is a place of love. And eyeballs that a kid drops.

In the picture you will see the same strawberry like slushy/snowcone type layered with vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with graham cracker crumbles. I could have gone without the Graham crackers because that isn't anything close to the taste or flavor or "cake".
