This location is amazing. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. It's nicely decorated very festive. They have poinsettias and things in the flower boxes. The manager was out taking care of the lobby area keeping it clean and drink station very well stocked and wiped down. The employees seemed very happy to work there. Not too many people outside of Texas understand our love for our home state hamburger chain. They're big, juicy burgers with a huge number of toppings (not the least of which are their spicy jalapeños). They have seasonal specials as well and they're consistently high quality. They also do plays on burgers using Texas Toast (of course) like the Avocado Bacon Burger. There are an endless number of ways to customize whether its buns, add-on veggies or different sauces. This location seems to stay busy but maintains a clean interior. I have to advise you to either go inside to order or use the app and pick up the meal inside. The drive-thru is a crap shoot for how long the line will be but the longest I've waited inside is 5-10 minutes. OH! And it is open 24/7 read more

Whipped out his arm with my drink in his hand then stood there holding my food and waited for me to hand him my payment......STILL NOT SAYING A WORD. After swiping my card, he handed me the bag and card in one hand and slammed the window.....NEVER SAID A WORD! Very strange and very poor customer service. We have eaten at every restaurant in Georgetown that serves breakfast (amazingly enough not many restaurants offer breakfast in Georgetown?) and this location on Williams has the best Biscuits and Gravy in Georgetown! Usually I leave and I have to come back to fix my order but there's a worker named Kyle that always does a phenomenal job he's a sweet heart and always gets my order right. That man shows more managerial qualities then the actual managers themselves. He was working the window just now and has blue eyes, just want to make sure the right person gets the praise. Waited 15 plus minutes in the drive through for a very simple order (biscuits and gravy only, no beverage) Had 4 cars ahead of me, They waited at least as long as I did. I sat at the payment window for a good portion of the wait and saw many employees standing around and talking. An elderly man came to the window to ask if I needed anything. I told him I had been waiting 10 minutes for a very simple order, and he just turned away, not replying. Worst Whataburger around!! I bought a Chicken Sandwich & got home to find it only had 1 bun! I called & spoke to a manager & he just hung up on me! I called back but he just picked up the receiver then hung up!! I recognized the voice being a manager I had issues with several months before & he reacted the exact same way, instead of fixing the issue, he hung up the phone! I also had deported this manager to the Regional Manager several months ago thinking he would no longer be there. Nope! Regional Manager for this store did nothing! I had requested a refund the first time I made a complaint on the 1-800 number on the receipt. No one called me back nor followed up. I was given the Regional Manager's contact number later & asked him why no one called me or gave me a refund? He acted as if he knew nothing! Usually Whataburger has no issue making something that was once on their menu, but today they made it seem like it was the end of the world so I left. So I went through the drive-thru and requested the Monterey Melt ,and was told by employees what ingredients to add to make the burger being that it's no longer on the menu. The general manager then came on the intercom and stated she was the GM and this meal should not be made because it's no longer on the menu and who was doing it for me. She said the sauce comes in a big bag and they no longer have that anymore. I stated that would be okay just add the jalapeño ranch. Apparently it was to much to ask. Worst service ever. You work in the food industry. Your job is customer service. Make your customers happy. I understand it's no longer on your menu as to why I was adding the ingredients onto the burger myself, in which you do have. I will no longer be purchasing from this location. read more

In this case though I just wanted to make a quick comment about the what a chicken sandwich I had today. I guess the corporate philosophy on this must be the following: Take a perfectly good chicken breast then pound the crap out of it until it's as flat as a board. You then over bread and then fry it until it's so dry it tastes like cardboard. Maybe I'm just crazy but I look forward to a juicy chicken sandwich when I order one. Just stopped in for a milk shake. Customer service was prompt and friendly. Place was clean. Not very many people here on a Saturday evening. Not much of a choice on shakes. We, though, could not even get into the Dining Room, because -- Although the Assistant Manager told us the Dining Room would be opening at 6:00 AM and, then, we drove, specifically, our of our way to THIS location for THAT reason, the Dining Room did not open for another hour. The MANAGER just sort of blew us off ... even after he confirmed the misinformation we had been given. What a jerk! He could have offered to let us in ...
