    Custom mochi menu
    April T.

Still a really solid dessert place but everytime I've come, I've had to wait more than 30 minutes for dessert already made. I'm not even getting the mochi made on the spot. I just don't know if I can keep frequenting if the service doesn't improve because it's very apparent that they need to hire more people to handle the traffic. I've waited for more of the item I wanted to be made because they chose to serve the people who came after me first with the stuff I ordered. It's just very disorganized. Makes me sad because I do really like the food here

Mochi! Yes! We stumbled upon this bakery and decided to come on in and see what it had. We were nicely surprised by the mochi donuts and all the different yummy looking pastries! There was a self serve section where you can choose from a variety of yummy looking treats and another counter where you ordered from at the cash register. We couldn't decide but finally got a couple of mochi donuts: the taro and caramel donut and regular mango Mochi. Everything was so nicely packaged and we were excited to try all our treats! The mochi donuts were very good. The taro mochi had some yummy white chocolate which complemented the taro flavor. The mango Mochi was also very good. It was nice and gooey and it had a good mango flavor. They also had boba milk tea drinks that we will have to try next time. But now we know all the yummy surprises this bakery had!

After coming back my third time I can say I've noticed some quality issues. I ordered a Taro boba and usually their boba is very soft and fresh but this time it was very hard and old and mixed with some soft ones, it was very unpleasant. I got their tiramisu and for the price it's ones of the more poor ones I've had, for their prices crystals is a bit crazy to pay for when the food is just alright. For me their standouts are the cheesecake, their real Tea bobas (oolong, etc) and mochi. If this was better priced and more consistent I would be back much more. Decent spot I've come to a few times.

Stopped in because I have been hear all the hype about the fresh mocha, lemme tell you it doesn't disappoint and was delicious, the mochi is so fresh, the filling is light and airy. We got a four pack and should have gotten an eight pack. We also got drinks but I didnt photograph, they were all good too. I will be back, parking sucked but we found a fairly close spot.

This bakery is a little bit outside of Boston, but worth the trip! The mochis are amazing. The cream is so fresh and I love the texture of the handmade mochi. Ordering at the desk is really chaotic, so I recommend ordering at the self-service kiosk. I tried ordering at the desk but there was no menu readily available, so I couldn't figure out what I wanted. A lot of people in there and not much room to sit, so I recommend getting something to go!

My first time at this bakery and won't be my last. My friends and I enjoyed their mochi which was soft and not too sweet. We thought the milk tea boba was very light, more milk than tea and was a bit watery. For mochi we got the following flavors: Mango - My favorite. It contains fresh mango and whipped cream. Strawberry - Tasted like strawberry shortcake. My second favorite. Matcha - Filled with matcha cream and some red beans. It was a bit too much even as a person that loves matcha. Cookies and cream - Surprisingly pretty good. It has bits of cookies crunch. Chocolate - dark chocolate mousse like filling.

The hype is truly worth it. Delicious and fresh mochi! They have pre-made options and made to order options as well. I got the Matcha Mochi from with rice powder and my friends got Peach with Oreo dusting. Absolutely delicious, super soft and chewy. They also serve mochi donuts, drinks and other bakery items so there is definitely something for everyone. The service can take some time if you are getting made to order item but it's worth it trust! Super cute bakery but the space is limited.

The mochi is good; however, I bought the taro, purple rice & pork floss sandwich with an expiration date of 4.27.26 written on it and it was definitely already expired as it was sour.

The customized mango vanilla cheese mochi here is one of the best things I've had this year. I don't say that lightly. The strawberry mochi was delicious too, and the matcha was a solid classic. Everything is made fresh in-house daily the texture is exactly what good mochi should be. The mango boba tea was amazing, rich and filling. The jasmine tea was a nice lighter option alongside it. The space is cute, unpretentious, and the owners are super friendly and welcoming. Loved it so much we put together a full reel about the experience find it on Instagram @bostonvegeats if you want to see it before you visit. Newton's most underrated dessert spot. Worth the trip from anywhere in the Boston area.

We stopped by for a quick treat and really enjoyed the mochi. We tried the mango and matcha flavors, and both were delicious. The mochi layer was nice and thin with a generous amount of filling, which we loved. My boyfriend got the Matcha Smoothie with Cheese Foam. It had good flavor but was a bit too sweet for my taste. There were also some larger chunks of ice in the smoothie. Not a huge deal, but it would have been better if it was blended more smoothly. I ordered the Boston Summer. I didn't really like it at first, but to be fair, I didn't know what I was ordering and still don't quite know what was in it. The bakery itself is very small. While we were waiting for our drinks, a lot of people came in, and it started to feel pretty cramped and claustrophobic. Not the most comfortable space to hang around in, but it seems like a popular spot. Overall, the quality was solid and I would definitely come back for the mochi!

This place popped up on my TikTok FYP page a couple of times so I've been dying to try it! The store itself is fairly small with just a couple of seats by the window. There was only 1-2 people working there when I went on a Sunday afternoon so there was a little bit of a wait. The mochi was 10000% worth it! The mochi is so soft and the fillings are the perfect sweetness! I'm definitely coming back here!

Wait time for actual items were slightly longer since they seemed understaffed and online mobile orders were coming in more. For instance in the fridge we see they had a certain amount of mochis but they couldn't see it because the online orders came in before I got to the register but they haven't filled those orders yet. If you pay with cash you get 5% off. Had the strawberry mochi and it was good with texture and fluffiness not being dry. The mango with cream cheese mochi was interesting, not my cup of tea as the combo didn't really fit for me personally.

    Ayatt A.

The fresh mochi is absolutely incredible. They are almost $5 each which is a bit steep but they're huge. The fresh cream is so tasty and this is definitely a must try if you love mochi. We tried the strawberry and mango flavors and absolutely loved them both. They had several other flavors like oreo, matcha, and more. So good!

Their prices are reasonable for this type of homestyle fare, so you have no reason to give your money to a big chain owned by fat cats! ;) On weekends, the wait for table seating can be an hour-plus but there is a reason for this. We ordered popcorn chicken to start and devoured our bowls of soup: chicken and braised beef. Mine was the latter and I ended up ordering additional noodles and Chinese veggies so the delicious broth would not go to waste! My side order of noodles was a healthy portion. I also tried the pork wontons and we finished off our meal with the sesame seed "appetizer" balls (4 small pieces: 2 skewers with 2 each). Dine-in seating is limited but what they have is clean and simple. The complementary jasmine and green hot tea is delicious. Andy served us and was attentive and affable. As a family run restaurant , grandma and the rest of the family had a flight to catch to Taiwan the next day; all the ingredients are fresh to prep daily and sadly for some, they had to get turned away that night... I went heavy hitter mode, I was in the zone. I got the salt & pepper pork chop- wasn't going to eat the rice but as you can see from the pic below of the noodles- I licked the entire plate clean. This pork chop was perfectly seasoned and it was insanely tender. Very impressed with how tender and flavorful it was. Next up had the spicy wonton noodles; just truly amazing, idk what else to say. The noodles are perfectly cooked, super flavorful dish. The beef noodles were also incredible and the braised beef pieces stole the show in that bowl. I left zero room for any to go box. Service was amazing, they were super nice & I even got to say hello and compliment Grandma upon leaving. I would give this place 6 stars if I could. I will definitely be back soon!

As soon as you walk in, you are in the battle of the drums between the Kumasi and the Djembe. So loud I couldn't think . I did ask to turn it down a few times, in the middle of my meal the Chef said I could eat outside. On that note I ordered way too much. The fried chicken was delicious !! Not greasy at all. But huge, sorry today I ordered two thighs that were the size of one large breast. A little condiment of shaved coconut and chive was on the side. Any sides were à la carte. I did try the " Cabbage Salad" that had a nice flavor, but was overdressed and is mostly iceberg lettuce, and rice with surprisingly sticky rice , so it was kind of yummy. The chicken came with one sauce I got the curry. It was divine.. & my friend got the chicken bites and some kind of mayo. I was going to leave a five star review because the food was that good however, on the receipt they charged $.92 for the containers and eating utensils. I'm disheartened because if they offered an alternative like a plate and regular silverware, I could see not adding it into their cost. If I refuse to pay for the containers, how would I eat it on that note the chef was nice enough to me to have me try a couple of items that I didn't have to pay for. Which I greatly appreciated and that is why I'm leaving such a nice review. I do recommend eating here, but take it home. Or call for delivery, they have their own AP. PS great smoothie's !!!

Yet spam was well not bad. We ate all of them. 2) bytes( mini fried chicken) they were overcooked. I attach the picture of it. So hard to chew and meat was nothing there. And I requested mayo but it was not there. But spicy sauce was with them instead in the box. The kids were complaining it was too spicy for mayo. 3) boba tea, I ordered with boba with extra fee. But it was not there just milk tea with brown suger. Later my girl who went to there to pick up, told me the server continued to speak to her even though my girl told to write down as she was deaf.
