Had this waiting for me as the lady scooped a drink while i was busy across the street with the RMV. Brown sugar milk tea with boba! Best seller. The tea itself i give a 3/5 but the BOBA man it was GOOD! Still nice and warm, perfect chew no need to mix just enjoy it as is at the bottom haha! Nice that arsenal yard has transformed so much from the arsenal mall days! Will be back!

I was on a business trip and found this boba place. I am glad I saw it and got to try their brown sugar boba. It was refreshing!

Fresh brown sugar boba in a refreshing milk tea. - Milk Tea drink was flavor spot on, not overly tea flavor and maybe slightly milk forward - Boba is on the sweeter side and the texture was 10/10 for me, soft and chewy and freshly warm Recommend shaking it up before drinking. I haven't tried their fruit teas yet, so I'm looking forward to coming back to try their fruit tea options.

I've been wanting to try Ten One Tea House for a while now, & today was my lucky day! I was hanging out at Arsenal Yards in Watertown and saw that there was literally a Ten One Tea House located here... I was STOKED! They have self ordering kiosks , two of them, which are perfect if you have ApplePay or pay by tap. We were not sure what to try, so we asked the staff member for recommendations. Brown sugar milk tea is their #1 best seller! We decided to get three Lahr brown sugar milk teas with boba, whole milk, & less ice. Since the sugar is fixed for this drink, we were not able to ask for % less sugar. Thoughts: The boba was yummy! It was also still hot. Had a nice chew & was the star of this drink! The milk tea on the other hand was mid. I also think that this drink tastes way better unmixed. Once I mixed it, I found myself tired of drinking it. Boba 10/10, the actual drink itself, 6/10. I do want to come back soon to try some of their other drinks! Parking: lots of parking available. The garage parking lots are all free!

This was my second time trying milk tea here, and I was impressed this time! I ordered the Matcha Latte, and it was absolutely delicious. The sweetness level was spot on, just as I requested. They use organic milk and the matcha tasted high quality. The service was quick, making the overall experience even better. Lastly, the shop small but it has some inside seating and a lot of outdoor seating around the plaza.

Brown Sugar Milk Tea & Lavender Milk Tea I already drank some bc I was too excited before taking the picture

I don't usually care for Boba but Ten One got me hooked. I love the Brown sugar milk tea and the boba is consistently soft/chewy. Ordering on the tablet or on the app is super simple and after you get your drink there are always plenty of seats around Arsenal yards to sit. Ten one is in the ideal location and their drinks are the definition of Boba Tea.

I've tried countless boba places, from local to chain businesses. Out of the many places, TenOne has one of the best drinks when it comes to freshness and quality. I ordered the brown sugar milk tea with boba, and this has been the best brown sugar milk tea out of all the other chains. If I could, I would rate TenOne a 4.5/5 stars, but I had to settle for 4 stars. The only reason I did not give this a 5 stars is that the drinks are quite pricey, with my drink being $7.96. I am aware bubble tea has been inflating the past couple years, but $8 seems quite a lot. Besides that, everything from the milk tea and the tapioca is very fresh and well prepared. Not to mention, the service was excellent, and took less then 5 minutes for our drinks to come out. The store is well lit and has a great ambiance to it. I for sure recommend this place if you are around the area. Definitely not a drink to get every day, but for a treat once in a while.

I got a Mango Slushy and my son got the Lavender tea. It was good and the lady helped us out making out choices.

Chilly P.

tbh, their brown sugar fresh milk tea is the best i've ever had. and i've drank A LOT of milk tea. it's the right amount of sweetness and the boba is a perfect texture. i also love that you can get it decaf. this one drink alone deserves 5 stars. i'll have to try their fruit flavors next time.

empty boba cup cuz it was too good

Decided to stop by for something hot and sweet. I got the hot brown sugar milk tea and it was delicious. It wasn't too sweet either.

I love HeyTea! Still my favorite location to go to in MA…read more I've experienced the least amount of problems here, compared to the other two (Newbury St. & Natick). PLUS, they close later than both. I have this bad habit of going here almost every time I have a meal in the area LOL. The addiction is real! I love that they keep adding new drinks to their menu... keeps it interesting. My favorite is still the Mango Coconut Boom but I'm a fan of most of their new drinks, like the Golden Oolong Yuzu & their King Jasmine Guava! I tried the Pistachio Cloud Jasmine Coconut, as well, and it's super similar to one of my favorites from MollyTea. I prefer the one from MollyTea more w/ champaca tea. Since their opening here, I have tried almost all of the drinks & their mango coconut boom is STILL superior! Highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys mango. It is pretty much their version of mango pomelo sago (they have a version with pomelo but I like it without). SO GOOD! ***Pro tip: order ahead of time via HeyTea app. This is a lifesaver, since the wait time is pretty atrocious most days still. Usually takes ~20 min to be ready.

Menu-wise, they have a nice variety of both fruity and creamy flavors. Definitely easy to find something for everyone's palette. I really enjoyed their Grape Boom Drink! The sweetness level was perfectly not too sweet with plenty of freshness from the actual grapes. Their Mango Sago Drink was also great but a bit too heavy. If you're looking for more refreshing drinks, definitely go for their fruity options.

The mochi was so chewy and fresh, the matcha was rich and creamy, the strawberries provided a hint a tartness that gave balance, and the butter crunch made it the perfect texture combination. It doesn't get better than this. I think about this place often. You have the option of buying pre-made mochi. It was my first time trying taro pork floss mochi. I felt like the sweet cream, taro, and mochi was good, but it was sweet in comparison to the pork floss? the pork floss is supposed to make it savory, but the sweetness overpowers the pork floss, so I found it to be odd. Depending on the day and time you go, there could be a wait, but it's so worth it. I would go here again and again.

This bakery is such a cool experience- I love that they have lots of mochi options, but also let you get your own custom one. The mochi itself was delicious (although a little messy) and i definitely would make the trip for more of it! I personally am not a mochi connoisseur, but my friends I was with are and they said it was "life changing". The bakery itself is pretty small and there's not a lot of seating, but it's a fun vibe and definitely busy!

The menu offers a wide variety of classic milk teas, fruit teas, slushes, and specialty drinks. You can customize sugar and ice levels, which is always a plus. The boba pearls are typically soft and chewy, and drinks come out quickly even when there's a small line. We got the brown sugar boba, which was good though a little on the sweeter side. This location also serves food like popcorn chicken, which is crispy and well-seasoned, a solid pairing with any drink. Service is generally friendly and efficient, with staff keeping orders moving at a steady pace. Prices are about what you'd expect for bubble tea in the area. Overall, Vivi Bubble Tea Brighton is a dependable go-to for sweet, refreshing drinks and a convenient pick-me-up whenever the craving hits.

They were pretty much open daily until 1am (at the time) & was a great spot to grab some late night milk tea and snacks. There are 4 total locations in MA; most of which are in the Boston neighborhoods, with the exception of the one in North Quincy. My usual order that I get from Vivi's is: passionfruit QQ iced tea & spicy popcorn chicken. The passionfruit QQ comes with boba + lychee jelly! Very good. The chicken is one of my favorite street food snacks that they offer & OMG... delicious. Can't go wrong with any of the flavors they offer for the popcorn chicken. They have 5 flavors: pepper salt, spicy, garlic, basil, and curry. For me, I typically stick to the passionfruit QQ drink or get regular teas because honestly, their milk teas have never been that great... even before all of the more popular milk tea chains arrived in Boston. Overall, not a bad spot for a quick drink & snacks. They make everything pretty quick too and usually no lines.

Their prices are reasonable for this type of homestyle fare, so you have no reason to give your money to a big chain owned by fat cats! ;) On weekends, the wait for table seating can be an hour-plus but there is a reason for this. We ordered popcorn chicken to start and devoured our bowls of soup: chicken and braised beef. Mine was the latter and I ended up ordering additional noodles and Chinese veggies so the delicious broth would not go to waste! My side order of noodles was a healthy portion. I also tried the pork wontons and we finished off our meal with the sesame seed "appetizer" balls (4 small pieces: 2 skewers with 2 each). Dine-in seating is limited but what they have is clean and simple. The complementary jasmine and green hot tea is delicious. Andy served us and was attentive and affable. I will definitely come back to try the salt and pepper pork chop many have written about!

As a family run restaurant , grandma and the rest of the family had a flight to catch to Taiwan the next day; all the ingredients are fresh to prep daily and sadly for some, they had to get turned away that night... I went heavy hitter mode, I was in the zone. I got the salt & pepper pork chop- wasn't going to eat the rice but as you can see from the pic below of the noodles- I licked the entire plate clean. This pork chop was perfectly seasoned and it was insanely tender. Very impressed with how tender and flavorful it was. Next up had the spicy wonton noodles; just truly amazing, idk what else to say. The noodles are perfectly cooked, super flavorful dish. The beef noodles were also incredible and the braised beef pieces stole the show in that bowl. I left zero room for any to go box. Service was amazing, they were super nice & I even got to say hello and compliment Grandma upon leaving. I would give this place 6 stars if I could. I will definitely be back soon!
