The mango pomelo was missing the mango pieces and was too sweet even when ordered with no sugar. Most of the sago was frozen. Also it didn't look like anything on the poster. The chicken was disappointing in size and taste for $11. Was expecting crispy and crunchy but the chicken was soggy. Will not be back

I got the Chicken Katsu Noodles /Red Braised Minced Pork over Rice /braised and Braised Pork Belly with Rice My friend liked his noodle a lot We both enjoyed the milk teas The wall paintings and overall vibe was so nice honestly! The meats is a little salty but pretty good with the rice Not sure about the snacks but he dishes were quite good overall- would come here again Service is very nice too!

I got the passion fruit green tea which was a bit watery and not as sweet but they did use the passion fruity seed. They have a lot of options for drinks and even food which looked delicious

When you walk in, you are immediately greeted by some cute pusheen plushies! I'm sad that Royal Tea closed, but this new shop looks like it could be a worthy replacement. It's nicely furnished, and they even have a popcorn machine and keyboard! Mango Pomelo Sago Nectar was bomb. If you get the mango popping boba, it elevates the drink to the next level. The sago is great. The popping boba is great. They have the perfect blend of milk, coconut milk, and mango. We couldn't customize sugar for this drink, but the sweetness was perfect. Fantastic drink! The only thing that could be better is the price. $7.69 for a medium and $8.59 for a large is a VERY steep price... one of the highest I've seen. The lady at the counter was super nice. We did find a hair in our first boba, but she quickly made us another one. We'll definitely be back to try more drinks in the future!

Free range savory egg crepes and mango pomelo sago beverage. I love Chinese crepes, so I picked up one from here and love how they use free-range eggs. The ham and spam were cooked separately, so they were crispy and delicious. I ordered the large mango pomela sago drink with less sugar, and that was refreshing on a beautiful day. They also make sweet crepes, so I will need to try that next time.

I don't understand how places like this stay in business. We ordered almost the entire food menu. The only way to describe it is inedible. The garlic fried rice is clumps of white rice with burnt garlic flavor and tiny bits of beef that taste off. We added everything to the omelette which came with barely anything in it, with the exception of hot, slimy wilted lettuce which also made appearances in several other dishes. Both the pork dishes were completely flavorless, and the dumplings had thick skin with very little flavorless pork filling, sitting in an piling black sauce and more slimy black wilted lettuces. They should be embarrassed to serve food like this!! And unfortunately the bubble tea was just as bad as the food!

Really cute, I wanted a hot version of a drink on the menu which didn't exist so the barista made a custom one for me! :)

Just like the reviews said there is as paid parking lot right next to it and you may find free street parking around. Quiet with plenty of seating and very authentic Chinese food, not the Americanized Chinese food. They also served us water right away and kept coming around to make sure our glasses were always topped up. The friend who wanted Chinese asked the waiter for a shrimp recommendation and talked with the waiter about what he would like and when the food came it was exactly what he wanted. Everyone lived their dishes and the prices were very reasonable. We even agreed that next time we do the escape room in the area, we are going back to eat there again.

Even so, I managed to be disappointed, which takes a special kind of effort. I placed my order at 10:25 PM on a Thursday, ~4 miles from my door. I was shown, not once, but twice before and after checkout, to expect delivery at 10:55. Yasssss. I love a company that commits to a number! Y'all! They did not hit the number. My food arrived at 11:25, a full hour after ordering and 30 minutes past the promise. I received zero updates in between. No text, no email, nothing... Until a delivery driver materialized at the wrong door like it was a surprise party nobody planned. I even called the restaurant around 45 minutes in for a status update, which accomplished exactly as much as you'd guess. I legitimately considered calling my CC company and writing it off and going to bed... but then my khaki and flannel clad knight appeared. Onto the food, because that's still technically part of this transaction. I ordered the "Thai" fried rice and the kung pao chicken. I say "Thai" in quotes because there is nothing remotely Thai about it, It's just oily rice, bulked up with a generous quantity of filler and a few flecks of shredded chicken for plausible deniability. It's fine. It's rice. It exists. The kung pao chicken, meanwhile, is exactly what you'd expect if you've ever had kung pao chicken anywhere, ever. It's competent, though unremarkable, and easily forgettable by the time you've swallowed. Ultimately, I'm somewhat glad I ordered the fried rice as a side, because it turns out none of the entrees come with rice. Without it, I'd have been eating kung pao chicken plain out it's quadrangle delivery vessel, like some kind of feral raccoon. Raw-dogging kung pao chicken is not a bit I ever wanted to write, and yet here we are. One hour, one wrong door, and one rice-adjacent side dish saved me from a very sad, poorly sauced dinner. Maybe it's 3 stars if you dine in? But this was a very generous 2 star for delivery.
