Got the HK style milk tea with boba, delicious, good consistency of boba, I had it 25% sweet Fried chicken, it was so good! Juicy inside and crispy and seasoned really well. It comes with a dipping hot sauce which I didn't need. Kimkap, I got the vegetable kind, also delicious. They make everything fresh so it takes a while but it's so worth it!! The restaurant is very clean, spacious, and visually appealing. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered a variety of dumplings along with a few stir-fry dishes, and everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. My personal favorite was the eggplant in garlic sauce--it was incredible. My family loved the dry stir-fry green beans, and the crab and pork soup dumplings were a hit for all of us. Service was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive and helped guide us through the menu, which made the experience even better. Everything came out hot and fresh. Overall, such a great experience. This will definitely be our new go-to spot whenever we're in the area!

Specifically, if you're near Macy's, Crate & Barrel, or H&M, you'll be close by. There's nothing particularly outstanding about this location. I don't think there are any seats, but you can just sit at the nearby Milkshake place. I suppose it's pretty impressive that 2-3 people are able to work in such a small space. I've ordered from this spot a handful of times and I can't complain about anything. My drinks are always made just how I like it. Over time, I've learned that bubble tea preparation can take surprisingly long--even if there are just a few customers ahead. I particularly like their citrus-flavored drinks, and I always opt for the "white pearl" option since I'm not a fan of the traditional chewy "pearl" option (black boba).

Their kitchen is tiny and can't sustain the amount of patrons. The cuisine is delicious and the ingredients are super fresh. Their ramen is outstanding, with various types of noodles and broths to choose from. It has even earned the ultimate "Asian elder approved" stamp of admiration from my parents, making it a fantastic dining destination for families, small groups, and large parties alike. The food quality is consistently good, and the buffet area is kept exceptionally clean and well-stocked. They even post helpful sauce recipes so you can mix and match your own dipping blends. The menu can feel slightly limited in specific areas, for instance, the thin-sliced meat is only on the hot pot menu, meaning you have to opt for both the BBQ and hot pot combo to order it. It would also be great to see popular additions like steamed egg and cheese corn on the menu, but the current selection is still more than good enough to warrant regular return visits. The staff is a massive reason why this location stands out. The team goes above and beyond to make guests feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Water glasses are always full and dirty plates always get picked up before I can even put it down! During a birthday celebration for my dad, the shift lead was incredibly thoughtful down to the last detail--he proactively offered a candle, perfectly timed the tiramisu dessert delivery, requested my dad's ID for a comped meal, and made him feel remarkably special. On a separate visit, the team noticed my mom really enjoyed a specific after-dinner mint that they have in the candy bowl at the front. He handed her an entire handful on her way out. That level of personal, homey attention makes a lasting impression. The restaurant is notably cleaner than typical AYCE hot pot and BBQ joints (no greasy floors or sticky tables - yay!) , and the astronaut-themed decor gives the space a unique, cute aesthetic. Because dozens of individual table grills are running simultaneously, the dining room can get quite warm, so it is best to dress in easily removable layers before heading inside.
