We were there around 8 pm and were able to use the kiosk without waiting but about 20 min wait until getting the box of 6. 6 large for $25 Definitely tooooooooo sweet for me !!!! A small piece of each to taste, and my favorite was the Oreo Cookies and Cream. 830 calories for a large one !!!! Crumbl is extremely hard to rate because of all the different types of cookies but the basic ones like chocolate chip, sugar they are very tasty. This specific one is the snickers one and it's very good, love the frosting the pieces of snickers on it but I just feel like it's very hard to eat a lot because there very rich and very filling. People say it's expensive but 1 cookie could easily be split with 4 people. Service now is good and fast but when they first opened it was hard to get in. You can order with a person or on an iPad. I also like that you can get a big cookie or they have normal sizes ones. All the cookies are made there you can watch them make them. Delicious cookies! Since that first visit, I've stopped in a few times to bring in treats for the office, surprise my husband, and buy a birthday box for a coworker. Lots of hype, crazy long lines on weekends and I STILL DON'T GET IT. Having opened just a few months ago at the Bergen Town Center, if you passed by recently then you will see that it seems that the hype hasn't slowed down one iota. Apparently, unbeknownst to the non-Tik Toker in me, Crumbl made quite the dent into the social media world over the last few years, which led to many locations opening up nationwide and lots and lots of wanted attention from teenagers. After this location opened, we couldn't help but notice the ridiculously long lines outside everyday for the entire summer. Were they giving away gold? Was there a magical carpet ride on the other side of the door? Yes, we were undoubtedly curious! But I wasn't going to wait 1 hour for some cookies. So what did we do? Well, we visited on a weekday instead when there were no lines at all to see what the craze was all about. And, for those who are really in desperate need of their cookies, they actually open at 8AM daily, so if you don't want to be elbow to elbow with some young sugar-filled whippersnappers, best to visit before they roll out of bed. FYI, we visited on a random Thursday at about 1PM. Yes, there were about 15 people waiting inside for their cookie orders, but nowhere near the lines we saw on weekends. We ordered a mini 3 pack of cookies on their kiosks, however, what really motivated us to come try them was the fact that there was a free semi-sweet chocolate chunk cookie giveaway for T-mobile Tuesdays, which we also picked up while we were visiting. In total, we got 2 free Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk cookies + a mini 3 pack of Peanut Butter ft. REESE'S PIECES, Dirt Cake, Blue Monster ft. CHIPS AHOY. Verdict? Hate to be harsh, but what's the big idea?????? To us, it was just OK. It was a cookie. Nothing extraordinary. Definitely VERY sweet. If you have a sweet tooth, you'll probably like it, but, to be perfectly honest, nothing really set it apart for me from any other ordinary cookie. I've had my fair share of amazingly delicious cookies in NYC, including, from my favorite, Levain Bakery, and this was not even close. In addition, these cookies run about $3-$4 each, which is not cheap at all. Sorry Crumbl, but I don't understand it. Kudos to their team for marketing the hell out of these cookies and making them insta-famous because teenagers are absolutely hooked on them, but, for those with a more intelligent palette, you'll know right away that it's a large hype train that will get your glucose levels way up. read more

Finally got to try @crumblcookies !! The verdict: yummy!! I totally enjoyed though I'm glad they were brought to me and no one waited in line. (Hot tip: go on a weekday during the day!) Choc chip: this was milk choc so not dark choc enough for me BUT the texture was glorious (crisp! Soft middle! Still warm!) so I very much still enjoyed. Banoffee: yum!!! There's been a lot of hype about Crumbl, and I finally got to try it, thanks to a T-Mobile Tuesday deal for a free milk chocolate chip cookie. We stopped by on Friday at around 10:30 and there was already a line inside. They have two self-serve kiosks, and one with an employee but I think they need to install more kiosks. It's the ordering that takes a long time but once you order, it's pretty quick to get your order. The cookie itself is really good. It is a little on the sweeter side so it's definitely something you want to share. I liked that the chocolate chunk had a touch of sea salt on it. It seems their flavors rotate, so I want to go back and try some other ones. They also had some chocolate chip cookie dough chunks that caught my eye, so I'll be getting those next time. read more

It's nothing Crumbl Has done it's just way overpriced and overrated. How much sugar are in these cookies? I'm not impressed and don't understand the craze. So each cookie has 76 grams (18 teaspoons) of added sugar--about 1 1/2 times a day's max. That comes with a hefty 16 grams of saturated fat and 760 calories.
