Say goodbye to Dunkin' Donuts and Krispy Kreme because GLAZE DONUTS is here to stay!!! If I could, I would eat a donut from here every single day. A girl can only dream. I've been coming for close to a decade to get my donut fix. This location is the OG. There are so many creative and unique flavors! My favorites are maple bacon, New Jersey cheesecake, and guava. Some of the other popular ones are the Italian Rainbow Cookie, French Toast, Kronut, and Smores. You must try the maple bacon if you're into that "sweet and salty" taste. They rotate flavors around so you can get a chance to try a bit of everything. They offer seasonal and holiday ones as well. If you're not feeling too adventurous, they also have your classics like glazed, chocolate, vanilla, jelly, and strawberry. Now just a warning...some of these donuts can be overwhelming. They are large in size and packed with fillings and toppings... That's probably why the artisan and signature ones are close to $4-$5 each. I do think it's worth it every once in awhile. One bite into these donuts is just pure heaven. They are baked fresh daily, so you don't have to worry about anything being stale. These babies are curated culinary masterpieces.

Yummy yummy in your tummy donuts. My favorite are the custard filled, but all are fresh and so filling.

Good donuts. Pricey but good. Pretty good donuts. Worth the price, maybe in NJ these things go for a premium.

I love this donut shop! Honestly the best donuts in the area (and I still have to drive 40 minutes to get them.) everything else is just Dukin Donuts so for a great artisanal donut come here. The have the best copycat entenmann's donuts, they always have fun creative holiday donuts, and probably best known for their Italian Rainbow donuts which I believe they only sell on weekends. Pro tip: Come early or order ahead for holiday themed donuts because they sell out of everything FAST!

One of the best donut shops in the country. You have to get their Rainbow cookie donut! The rainbow cookie donut is actually the reason why I stopped by in the first place. Then when you get there, you will see a large variety of creations that you won't see anywhere else. You know what separates them from other donut chains is how they use grade A ingredients that you can taste with every bite such as the jelly in the jelly donuts. On top of the donuts being amazing...the customer service is spot on at every location. I have been to at least 3 different locations and all of the employees look happy to help for a great experience. You won't feel rushed to pick a donut because they know there are seemingly an endless amount to choose from. There is a donut for everyone. I would definitely recommend 10/10!

The banana cream donut hits hard

This is a great spot if you want to try donuts that are on another level compared to other donut shops. When you go somewhere else, you kind of just get sweet treats. Vanilla frosting, chocolate frosting and maybe some flavorless sprinkles. Here, they slap those sad little donuts from your hand and gives you the best GD donut you ever had. I had the banana cream and the PB&J donuts and you can taste those ingredients. they weren't overly sweet, I mean they're sweet, but it just doesn't taste like sugar. The service is great too, they're always nice, they wait for you to look at the plethora of flavors and choices, and this place gets pretty busy as you would guess so I truly appreciate the patients when i'm wondering if I should get that bacon maple donut with my three other choices. The store itself isn't one of those "instagram" spots either, which is great. I always say, if the joint you're going to is dressed up like theme park - they're compensating for bad food, this is a donut shop, it has a few seats but you're not really meant to sit and eat.

Hole in the wall donut shop with a TON of different unique flavors of both donuts and drinks. I tried their Cronut and a caramel apple latte and both were delicious. There were only 2 tables inside, but 3 outside 9

Such a cute little hole in the wall spot in Dumont! There were so many flavors to choose from, it was overwhelming! However, the French Toast was definitely my favorite! All the ones with Nutella were also really good! The worst part about this place is probably having to choose! Everything else is great! Phenomenal Customer Service!

Our wonderful neighbors brought these doughnuts to us for Valentine's Day. The oreo donut was delicious. The cakey doughnut was perfect in every way. The banana foster donut was a little bit much for us. The filling and topping were overwhelming. It was tasty, just a little overwhelming.

Melted frosting 22.00 for 12 mini donuts

Whoever bought this place is a JOKE. Was told by BORIS that they do not make the donuts on site nor decorate them and they come from a factory. Ok fine. The process to order custom donuts is ridiculous. 10.00 per color. So 12.00 for a dozen mini donuts...and 10.00 for a drop of food dye. Ok fine you're doing something I don't. Specifically ordered 3 colors of blue and a separate box with PINK. P.I.N.K. For pick up at or after 4 pm Friday. That being said. Friday afternoon at 3:47 pm my phone starts ringing (4 times), "an emergency has come up so we're closing early. Can you be here in 10 minutes?" No I cannot I don't have a space ship. Asked if they would be ok the next day, they swore up and down they would be fine and that they would refrigerate them. Ok fine. The emergency was that someone CALLED OUT of work so they were short staffed and closed! That's not an emergency and Unless I lived out back how could I possibly get there in 13 minutes! I asked If they could stay a bit longer and I would leave immediately and was told no. The girl was rude to both me and my client who is also my friend who also received the same nasty call, minus the information that someone called out. We pick them up and they look ok...(our error for not checking both boxes) drive to an air conditioned location about 15 minutes Away. 2 hours later open the boxes...pictures to follow. The frosting melted off! Puddles of slop. On top of which the PINK donuts were STRAWBERRY. Not all pink Is strawberry flavor and not all strawberry is pink...especially when someone is ALLERGIC. Drops of blue coloring on the pink donuts. Immediately called glaze and was told I would receive a call back. Instead of My friend who is also MY client was called back and glaze trashed ME. Told her never to use me again, didn't address that the strawberry was pink/pink was strawberry. Nor that the donuts were clearly stale and not one dY stale because we purchased 2 single donuts the same morning and they were also stale. The fact that you bought a reputable name does not entitle you to put our sub par product because your staff called out. News flash. If you're going to trash another business perhaps recognize that another bakery knowing how donuts, glaze and refrigeration work is both unprofessional and sad. It's a shame because glaze was always fantastic and If it has been any one of those Issues you could chalk it up to a bad day but this was ridiculous. I've also attached a screen shot of why the glaze would do this...oh look. Refrigeration. Turns out we should re consider ever using YOU again.

Now THIS is a jelly donut!

Quality has suffered. Unrecognizable taste from what this place was. The original owner had this at the tip of my list. Worse than Dunkin.

Ask the Community - Glaze Donuts - New Milford

Do they have plain glazed and if so, how are they?

They usually have plain glazed. They're better than Dunkin or Krispy Kreme, but not twice as good, and they cost twice as much.

If i come around 1-2pm will there still be a good selection?

Should be, they restock throughout the day however the earlier the better.

When do they have the napoleons?

Hello Lauren, We have them Friday through Sunday. We can't guarantee supply, they either sell out…

Are the cruelers really that greasy? One customer said they are, I need something light(not too dense or oily) and glazed. Would the cronuts fare better for that.

Cruelers are light and are not greasy. Unfortunately our cutter broke. We will be out until July 10. Cronuts absorbe more grease than cruelers. Thank you for your question.

Are the cannoli donuts served all day?

I don't go every day, but every time I have visited , they were part of the lineup .

What's the best time to go to get the best flavors? Or do they restock flavors once they sell out?

I've only been twice but when I went on a Saturday early afternoon for the three-layered Italian donut they were out and said to come back early, like when they first open, the next day. They were also low on other flavors so I'm thinking once they…

So which one is "Original"? This one, or one in Wayne?

The original would be the one in New Milford, the Wayne location is the newest one as of now. I recommend going to the Wayne location as the new Milford location always sells out on your favorite donuts.

Not only is the food awesome - I ordered a ramen, plain hot dog, and halo-halo shaved ice (addictively good) - but bonus stars to the staff who were sooo sweet! The Hawaiian style shaved ice and home-made ice cream are top notch. The ice cream is rich and delicious, with some unique flavors, and the shaved ice is very fine - fluffy and evenly slushy in texture and sweetness, unlike the inferior versions where you run into bland chips of ice. The toppings are yum too. The ramen noodles are springy, settled in a savory light broth. For a non-prestige grade ramen, I have no complaints. I also want to acknowledge the lovely hospitality. My child was in a tantrum-y mood and went to sulk by himself in a corner. Seeing the pouty little grump in a small fit, the girls at the counter coaxed him over with ice cream and stickers, which he of course eagerly accepted, pleased by the attention and confection, and was soon back to his endearing self. So I really appreciated their extra kindness! This is a fab joint for a quick-casual or just a perfect sweet treat!

At one location I frequented, the coffee had really disappointed me. Once upon a time, their coffee was delicious, with rich, chocolatey notes, but the last few visits left me with bitter, almost burnt-tasting drinks, and no amount of milk could fix it. This was surprising, since they supposedly use LavAzza beans. I also never loved their cakes; I often found them too heavy on icing and light on actual cake. However, on a recent trip while shopping at 99 Ranch Market (which is conveniently right next door), we decided to give Paris Baguette another try and treat ourselves to pastries. I was immediately impressed by their selection and how frequently the display was refilled. Every item was behind a glass case, which felt very clean and hygienic. The cashiers were great at making the hot beverages, and they asked if we had a rewards program with them. We gave them our phone numbers, and it turned out none of us had signed up or that they expired. Here's what we purchased: - Cafe Mocha - 5/5 stars. Perfect balance of espresso and chocolate. The barista even made a heart on top. Although the lid covered it, the gesture was appreciated. - Cold Brew - 5/5 stars. Smooth and refreshing. - Chausson aux Pommes - 4/5 stars. A French apple turnover with a perfectly crisp crust and tender, flavorful apples that weren't mushy. - Croissant Donut - 5/5 stars. Flaky, buttery croissant-like in shape of a donut, filled with custard that was bright due to the citrus, and well-balanced between sweet and savory. - Blueberry & Cream Brioche - 5/5 stars. Their crust was crispy and light. It was an indulgent treat that was well balanced as the custard was rich, soft, and just sweet enough without being heavy. Patrons can help themselves to cream, milk, utensils, and napkins, which is convenient. The seating is roomy and relaxing, perfect for lingering over coffee and pastries. It's located in the Home Depot strip mall. Parking is usually easy on weekdays, but weekends can get a little hectic. Overall, this visit completely changed my opinion of Paris Baguette. The coffee and pastries were impeccable, and the environment made for a pleasant, stress-free experience. Definitely worth a stop if you're nearby.

The gianduja crunch hazelnut was what brought me back. I visited on a Sunday afternoon in summer with the family, and it was packed. There was real no space to enjoy the ice cream either. In line, I noticed no one offered samples or took my order proactively until I reached the cash register, by then it was too late to sample. There were two guys manning the ice cream station, a lady manning the register, and a few in the back kitchen. I ordered a pint of the gianduja crunch, a single vanilla, and a single flan. The vanilla was average, it didn't wow me (I was hoping for something less sweet, more like haagen dazs vanilla bean). I think they used too much vanilla flavoring. The gianduja was very good and appropriate with a crunch, and the flan was solid too, glad we went with those. They seemed a bit disorganized when paying/receiving the order (chalk it up to being busy young adults). I had to ask multiple times if they had given my pint since they called my name out to give me the single serving but they were still working on mine but were also bringing out different order pints to other customers so it was a bit lack of communication and clarity that needed polishing. They also didn't have any cooler bags to sell or give out, which would be helpful for a 30-minute drive home in summer. Pricing was fair, not too expensive. I saw the awards the owner has displayed and was happy for them. Overall, the ice cream itself is a bit above average with some really interesting flavors. Glad to see small businesses like this open up. I do hope they can refine the customer service experience a bit more. Their ice cream has real potential to impress the right investors and grow if they can hire the right management team.
