It was overpoweringly sweet, when i took this back they said it was a premixed powder and already has the sweet mixed in ( very strange why i was told it could be adjusted then :/). Very little Italian pastries anymore; more generic cakes, donuts, cookies, etc are the norm now. Of course Korean specialties too. Their rice donuts were amazing. In short, I've ordered two custom cakes from Chic Sugars - a gender reveal and a baby shower cake. Other bakeries I've had cake at sometimes do decor really nice but the taste can lack so Chic Sugars really impressed! Their cakes are not that sweet and the fillings are to die for. For the gender reveal cake, it was white cake and raspberry buttercream filling. For the baby shower cake, it was white cake with one tier that had canoli filling and the other tier that had chocolate raspberry ganache.
