Drinks tasted good. Got the lychee milk tea and coconut taro bliss. Not a lot of seating. Ambiance was quiet. Service was efficient.

Their brown sugar bubble tea is pretty good. I have tried others and haven't liked them enough to order them again. My complaints with them are: - They do not add enough tapioca. This is the only place i've ever gotten bubble tea from where the tapioca runs out well before the liquid finishes, so I always have to add on extra tapioca. - Half the drink is ice even when you ask for less ice. If you dont drink fast, it's a watery mess. I've gotten the 1000 ml a few times and every single time its packed with ice. It gets gross if you dont finish the drink before the ice starts melting. - They take FOREVER to make the drinks. If you dont order before hand they take at least 15 mins. I have ordered two drinks only in the past and have had to wait 25 mins for my drinks. The older lady with the kid is pretty quick but the younger lady is consistently SO slow, especially when her friend is there. TLDR: Slow service, too much ice even when you specify less ice, not enough tapioca.

I'm so glad I found Tsaocaa in Englewood -- this spot has quickly become my go-to for bubble tea! The drinks are not only super aesthetic with their clean design and signature cups (complete with a handle!), but they actually taste amazing too. We tried a few different flavors -- the milk teas were smooth and not overly sweet, and the fruit teas were super refreshing with real fruit slices and bursting boba. You can tell the ingredients are high quality and fresh. I especially loved the passion fruit green tea -- had just the right amount of tartness and natural sweetness. The staff was quick and friendly, and our takeout order came neatly packed. Even the packaging was thoughtful -- no mess at all. Great vibes from this place overall. Definitely recommend if you're in the Englewood area and looking for a quality bubble tea spot that stands out from the usual chains. Will 100% be back!

The drinks are great. The pho broth is also great. The tripe doesn't taste frozen, the meatballs have good flavor and texture, and the eye round isn't grainy. But the noodles are always overcooked, they fall apart as you eat them.

Walked in for the first time, and they were just finishing up taking marketing photos. Even though the own was preoccupied, he was super nice to make sure all the walk in customers were being taken care of. Location is easy to find since it's just across the parking lot from the Englewood Shop Rite. Store is bright and clean. 2 kiosks add to the ease of ordering, but if you want anything deleted or taken out (customized), you need to get on the line to order in person. My first encounter with Tsaocaa was in Boston, which was delicious. Ordered a fruit drink and was so happy it did not disappoint. They offer many choices of fresh fruit drinks, tea based drinks, and, of course, standard milk tea and slush. They also offer mochi donuts for those with a little sweet tooth.

Ouch. We've tried their tea at a different location on the NY side and thought the service was better than their tea or boba at the time, so came here hoping for a better experience. Instead, their jasmine green tea was so impossibly bitter that I apparently needed "full" sugar level and even that didn't cover up the bitterness. They have white (or clear) boba and, while it had an acceptable sweetness to it, it may either have been sitting for too long or cooked for longer than it should have, so it didn't have the fullness I expect. The staff was reasonably friendly and accommodating, but it was ultimately the tea and boba that turned me off and left me disappointed. Their king of oolong was surprisingly smooth though, so lack of consistency may be an issue here. I hope they continue improving to serve great foods and beverages. For myself, this place won't be at the top of the list for the next boba tea occasion.

I visited during the grand opening special and ordered a bubble tea and a taro bubble tea! I think both tasted good, nothing special, but I did like the chewy texture of the boba! I also thought the staff were very welcoming and nice! They gave me a boba plushy keychain and a donut as part of their promotion! The space is a bit small inside but has a few stools to sit! This is a great addition to the bubble tea options in this area!

We found this place after parking in the parking lot of ShopRite. We decided to give them a try after doing the groceries. It's a small space with no menu in sight. Forces you to look through the kiosk which I find annoying. Anywho.. Boo decided to get an ORIGINAL korean hot dog, Two employees asked him several times if he wanted any sauce and all times he said he didn't want any. I ordered the Coconut Lychee slush. My slush was delicious with tons of jelly in every sip. His hot dog ended up having cheese in it. He was so upset because he was really craving for one and didn't want cheese in it. If he did, he would've ordered the cheese dog.

Free dunot :) This establishment is the finest in all the land. They provide the upmost engaging customer service hitherto heard of. Quality of ingredients is beyond expectation. May the legacy reign for a thousand years.

Hands down my favorite bubble tea place, maybe of all I've been to. Recommend the Lemon Tea Series with some popping bubbles. Creme Brûlée mochinut is also the best mochi donut I've ever had (like, from any place, ever.) Great service, cute interior, and you can even order at a kiosk and not the counter if that's your style. Perfect stop after you have some hot pot or kbbq around the corner.

The lady in the store was so nice , great customer service, the bubble tea was amazing!!! I happy this place opened I use to go to goncha but the parking space is horrible. This place has a lot of parking and it's so cute inside . So far it's good! Definitely will be back.

Great service, very friendly. It was some of the best boba I've ever had, and I've had a lot! The donuts were soooo good! I'll go again when I'm in the area.

Lots of their popular drinks feature various fruit teas such as grape, watermelon, mango, honeydew, and much more. They have the infamous cheese foam which if you haven't had it before, I would recommend it be something you should try. It adds a bit of a complex flavor to your favorite drinks with a bit of saltiness and great texture. These have a variety of toppings besides the cheese foam. They are the usual ones you would find at most boba spots. Their boba itself is very solid. Great flavor and texture. I have had many drinks here such as strawberry yogurt, watermelon tea, honeydew, and many more that I forgot. I love fruit teas and really enjoy their watermelon. There are inconsistencies with the sweetness at times which is probably due to the use of fresh fruit but still really yummy. The shop itself is very cute with lots of seating. The service is great and friendly as well. Parking is available via the street or a public lot located behind the shop. Make sure to pay for parking as the parking security can be pretty strict with ticketing.

Moge Tee is an international bubble tea brand founded in China. They specialize in "new-style" drinks that are made with high quality ingredients like: -freshly brewed loose leaf teas (no powdered mixes) -real milk (no creamer) -hand picked fruits (no artificial syrups) -house made toppings like cheese foam The menu is extensive and has a mix of classic and creative/artisanal drinks - milk teas, fruit teas, brewed teas, matcha, etc. You can adjust the sugar and ice levels to your liking. I remember trying the cheese foam tea at this location (Fort Lee) when they first opened ~ 6 years ago and I wasn't a huge fan. I recently decided to give it another go. This time I ordered the Super Fruit Green Tea (~$8). I took the first sip and I knew I wasn't going to finish it. Not sure if the drink wasn't mixed properly, but it didn't taste balanced at all. The flavors were all over the place and every sip was something different - bitter, overwhelmingly sour, or sweet/syrupy. Bleh. Didn't taste like a refreshing fruit tea. The tapioca pearls were good - soft and chewy. Props to them for using real slices of fruit in the drink. The interior is super cute and "Instagram-worthy". It's spacious with plenty of seating. There's animal plushies, neon signage, a green wall, and claw games. Snap your photos away! Service was quick on a late weeknight, but the lack of customer interaction was off-putting. Call me old-fashioned, but I can't stand it when I walk into a business and employees stare at you and give off the "just order on the kiosks because I don't want to interact" type of vibe. Would it hurt ya to at least greet a customer? This could've been an "I ordered the wrong drink" situation. Or not.

Being somewhat in the area today, I wanted to stop in to my favorite bubble tea shop (the brand not…read morethe location). I walk in, I'm the only customer there, 3 ladies working, all on their phones, not one of them looks up to acknowledge or help me. Finally after a minute or so of me staring at the one who appeared to be the order taker, she looks up and asks if I know what I want, in an annoyed manner since I'd interrupted her Instagramming. I knew I wanted a strawberry milk tea without bubbles, easy enough. I wanted to try something from the crème brûlée series but couldnt think of the name at that moment, she named every coffee drink except that, I ended up going into my phone and finding the name..all while the line is now building behind me. I told her I wanted bubbles in it, she proceeded to tell me how they were 'out of bubbles for now.' This boggled my mind as their entire business is based on BUBBLE tea. Since I was there after driving 20 minutes out of my way to visit, I accepted it without bubbles. As I'm standing there waiting for it to be made, the woman after me orders something with bubbles, was also told they were out but was offered other options. Why wasn't I offered? Not to mention I saw a few cups there waiting to be made, with bubbles in them! And after all that, the drink was NOT tasty at all. This was a very disappointing experience and I likely will not visit this particular location again, but instead would try the one on Fordham Rd which isn't too far away or in Hartsdale on my way home up the Bronx River Pkwy. My words of advice..be conscious of the fact they may be out of bubbles barely halfway into their business day.
