The energy and vibes are 100%! So many healthy juice, smoothie and bowl options! Also breakfast and lunch options available- and vegan / vegetarian options too! Although this place is new, the staff and owner are so welcoming and knowledgeable! I love that there's a variety of soaps, oils, live bitters, and more for you to explore with descriptions of health benefits. Also- this place is dog friendly! And there's so much table space for you to hang, do work, and get creative! Hours are super convenient too- this is the only place open as early as 7am and as late as 7pm on weekdays that I've seen in the area! Definitely coming back!

I was super impressed when Gigi created a scrumptious smoothie per my exact specifications of what I wanted to go into it. This place deserves your attention! It is efficient, HEALTHY and has a cool vibe! On my walk back to the office 2 random strangers stopped me on the street asking how was the smoothie & where did I get it, that's how big of a smile was on my face.. it's simple things in life that matter, right?! I do highly recommend LiveRiteHealthBar!!

Buffalo Chicken Caesar for the win…read more My mom recently stopped by the Hackensack location and brought me back the Buffalo Chicken Caesar Salad, and baby, it was delicious. Y'all know I love a good Buffalo Chicken Caesar salad, but I love it even more when it's done right. The chicken was cooked perfectly, the dressing was on point, and everything tasted fresh. The salad was light but still filling, which is exactly what I want when I'm eating a salad. It satisfied me without making me feel heavy afterward. We also got the sweet potato fries and the fried zucchini sticks, and both were really good. Now, if you know me, then you know I love a fried zucchini stick, so I was excited about those. The sweet potato fries were also a hit, and they came with a chipotle mayo that paired really well with them. One thing I liked is that you can customize your order. You're not stuck with the dressing that automatically comes with the salad. You can switch it up and choose whatever dressing you want, which I always appreciate because sometimes you want to change things up. My mom got a salad too, but unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of hers because she took it down before I could. And when my mom takes something down, I already know it's good. Overall, everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. So if you're looking for a good salad spot, I'd definitely recommend giving Salad House a try. As for me? The Buffalo Chicken Caesar gets my vote every time.

I always get the wraps with spinach wraps. They're yummy every time! The only thing is the wraps are normally loaded with a lot of sauce, otherwise no complaints! I will continue going as it's a nice quick lunch!

We're so glad we did, because this hole in the wall turned out to be a diamond in the rough. With a nondescript exterior and limited signage, Foodies Diner is easy to miss. It's in an area with mainly houses and mixed use commercial buildings, but the space inside is cozy. I especially appreciated the way the owner greeted everyone who enters and thanked everyone who leaves with notable warmth and small-town friendliness. The menu reads like a true diner - with all-day breakfast and brunch options, as well as standard lunch fare. We ordered a Santa Fe salad and an L.A. burger - which comes with avocado, bacon, onion, lettuce, and tomatoes. The burger was pretty standard, but having it delivered on a warm brioche bun feels a little bit special. The accompanying fries were also great - crisp and potatoey on the inside. The salad, on the other hand, was a near triumph. Served on a large platter, there was a small field of well-seasoned chicken, shredded cheddar, vegetables, avocado, pico de gallo, and - best yet - some pieces of warm, toasted pita. I even sprinkled some pieces of bacon from my burger into this salad, and wow did that take it over the top. I dug into this salad with fair gusto and would absolutely come back for it...which is saying something, since I wouldn't expect to fall in love with a salad at a diner. Service was fantastic, and we were pleased with how reasonably priced our meal turned out to be. There's plenty of parking - either right out front or in the lot further back.

These sandwiches aren't small; each half is likely a pretty hearty meal on its own, and when served on decorative wax paper and a wooden serving board, it's a pretty sight. That said, nothing really wowed. I ordered the vodka parmigiana sandwich while my husband went with the sausage sandwich. The orders took some time to come out, which felt like an assurance that things were being prepared fresh, but I was surprised at how lukewarm the chicken cutlet, sauce, and sausage pieces were. On the plus side, the bread is the seeded variety (in my book, the ultimate type for a sandwich) and nicely toasted. My husband thought his sausage sandwich needed some sort of a sauce, to which the owners happily obliged with some ketchup. It helped, but his overall impression of his meal was similar to my own - good, not great. While our meal didn't blow us away, what everyone else has shared about the owners is true. These are the nicest, most welcoming folks behind the counter. They greeted us the moment we entered and guided us through the bestsellers of the menu.

Street parking; only a few seats to eat inside. Basically a To Go place. These empanadas were awesome!! Big & stuffed with a very nice crispy, fried shell.
