    Taro Bubble Tea - small
    Bea R.

Skip the bubble tea. I know that this place is known for its fresh fruit smoothies, sooooooo hopefully their mediocre bubble tea isn't a reflection of that... I ordered a small Taro Milk Tea with tapioca pearls (~$6). Prices are steep, so expect to pay anywhere from $6-$11. I'm a bit of a boba snob so my standards for a BUSSINNNN' drink are high. I knew from the first sip that they use powder. I could even feel some of the grains in my drink. The taro flavor was overly sweet and too artificial tasting. I could not taste any tea at all... The only redeeming factor was the tapioca. They were chewy and perfectly cooked. Also... Don't expect to get friendly service. When I walked in, I wasn't acknowledged or greeted. I spent a total of 10-15 minutes in the store and I noticed that every customer that walked in after me was also not acknowledged. There was one employee who was busy making the drinks. I get the vibe that they really push customers to use the self-service kiosks, which is too robotic for my liking. If I come back, I'll stick to a fruit smoothie. But the unwelcoming service turns me off.

Super fresh and tasted amazing! The staff ( Samantha, Dianna) was super chill and had my order ready fast. Drinks were exactly how I wanted not too sweet, just perfect. Definitely one of my favorite smoothie spots in the area. & never a long wait.

I've tried the mango slushie at another location of Real Fruit and really loved it. We came to this location but this time, I was in the mood for a milk tea. There was only one person working there on a Monday at around 12, and after I walked in and said hi, she didn't even look at me - just pretended I didn't exist. Well, good thing for the kiosks you can self order on. I had the dragon oolong milk tea and it tasted kind of watered down. This one was also more expensive so I might as well have just gotten the regular milk tea. Hubby had the taro slush, which tasted powdery. We both got tapioca, and that was good at least. I would still come back but going forward, I'll only stick to the drinks that have real fruit in it, hence the name.

This place should be called "Real Deal Real Fruit Bubble Tea" shop is soooo refreshing! They make your drink to order and with fresh ingredients. They have plenty of options to make your desired drink. If you are indecisive then feel free to ask the staff, they are highly competent in their drink making abilities. Located in a hug shopping center with plenty of parking.

I absolutely LOVE real fruit bubble tea. I fell in love with their Mango diamond slush. And I was so happy that they opened this location here which is much closer to me now! When I went there were no customers. So I got attended to right away. They weren't the nicest people with the best customer service manners but I got my order just fine and it tasted delicious! The space was clean and there were order kiosks by the wall too. The mango diamond slush is sooo good you're literally drinking a whole mango.

Nice spot for a drink! I was leaving Home Depot and I looked around thinking this would be a great place for a Boba. Lo and behold they opened one up directly across from where I was! They make real fruit drinks and some pretty good tasting milk teas. Nice people and good service. You can't go wrong!

Real Fruit Bubble Tea is a great addition to the this mini mall location with the Home Depot and 99 Cent Ranch. it's such an easy place to get your boba fix after your other fast food meal, like BonChun, Five Guys. Just as their brand name says, it's all real fruit. The mango bubble tea is the best and tastes like what mango should taste. but I was in the mood for taro and saw the Taro Sherbet on the menu and that is what I got. The taro taste was real good and more of a drink vs a smoothie , the only let down was the tapioca, a little gummy and the taste adds zero to the drink.

I was excited to see another bubble tea spot open in this plaza! The interior is very pretty and spacious! I ordered a lychee green tea bubble tea - one with 50% and one with ~25% syrup. Definitely recommend getting 50% or more syrup; anything less than that is like water. Will come back and try a drink with real fruit in it!

This location always happens to be closed 30 mins before the actual closing time. Fix your hours, horrible customer service...

My son insist I taste both of them first. I put on a poker face because I wanted to see his honest reaction too. After he took a couple of sips he said, I don't want to finish it. In the trash it goes. I consider myself a hardcore tea lover. There was nothing Oolong about it. Not sure how the lady made it, if it's from powder or actual tea leaves but we absolutely could not detect any tea flavor, mostly water and sugar and the lingering aftertaste was NOT PLEASANT AT ALL. It was a long drive for us to get here. Do I regret it? No, because I am always willing to venture far for a boba tea experience. Can't win them all. I don't know if the high rating is for the drinks or the Vietnamese food they serve here. Tsaocaa is a chain and I will not be giving this one another chance. The first thing my son and I did when we got home was brush our teeth. Positives... - Friendly service. - The drinks are not as pricey as other boba shops. - I got to see how beautiful Englewood, New Jersey is. One star rating for the soft and chewy boba.

Very friendly staff. Drink was quick to come out. Saw couple online order pickup while I was waiting. It's quite popular. Some seating but mostly a takeout place. I got brown sugar bubble tea (less ice and 50% sugar). It's average to me. I wish the bubble texture is more chewy. It's too soft for me. And it's not as strong flavor as other tea stores. Milk tea itself is ok. Not my top 3 choice but not bad either.

Lemongrass Grilled Pork Banh Mi - Just okay. Not bad, but not great. I'd skip it and stick to the boba here.

All baked goods are made on premises ( not just the crepes.) Croissants, mini Bundt cakes, brownies, cake pops, etc. Many styles of coffees, hot teas, and bubble teas. Signature drinks. They're made out of leavened egg batter cooked in a honeycomb-shaped mold. The distinctive feature is the egg-shaped bubbles on the outside. I had a late night craving for one and visited Double Bubble Cafe in Maywood. They just opened 3 months ago and are located in the business district on Pleasant Ave. There's plenty of angled parking in the area. The interior has a rubber duck theme. Adorable and fitting! It's a small spot with very limited seating. There's one table and a few stools near the window. The menu offers bubble waffles, crepes, pastries, bubble tea, baked goods, and coffee. You can build your own crepe/waffle or you can choose from signature creations with pre-selected ingredients. They have a large variety of toppings and sauces. I ordered the Ying & Yang (~$9) signature bubble waffle which comes with crushed oreos, mochi bites, nutella, and white chocolate drizzle. Service was quick and friendly. The waffle came out hot and fresh. It was crispy on the outside with a soft and chewy inside. The flavor was similar to egg custard with hints of vanilla. They did not skimp out on the toppings! I indulged in the chocolatey goodness. The mochi bites were chewy with a mild sweet rice flavor. GET BUBBLY!!!
