My first time trying the Real Fruit Bubble Tea. This location is new and looks amazing. Lots of sitting space. There are three self ordering kiosk. Menu has variety of items like milk tea, green tea, smoothies, slush, juice and ice crush. All of them are customizable including choice of toppings, ice and sugar levels. When I came to the store there was only one girl working very hard behind the counter. She was cooking the bubbles and preparing everyone's drinks at the same time. She was notifying everyone that bubbles would take about 30 minutes to be available. We got the strawberry banana smoothie and honey lemon green tea. Both drinks were good. Skip the bubble tea. I know that this place is known for its fresh fruit smoothies, sooooooo hopefully their mediocre bubble tea isn't a reflection of that... I ordered a small Taro Milk Tea with tapioca pearls (~$6). Prices are steep, so expect to pay anywhere from $6-$11. I'm a bit of a boba snob so my standards for a BUSSINNNN' drink are high. I knew from the first sip that they use powder. I could even feel some of the grains in my drink. The taro flavor was overly sweet and too artificial tasting. I could not taste any tea at all... The only redeeming factor was the tapioca. They were chewy and perfectly cooked. Also... Don't expect to get friendly service. When I walked in, I wasn't acknowledged or greeted. I spent a total of 10-15 minutes in the store and I noticed that every customer that walked in after me was also not acknowledged. There was one employee who was busy making the drinks. I get the vibe that they really push customers to use the self-service kiosks, which is too robotic for my liking. If I come back, I'll stick to a fruit smoothie. Mostly agree with the other reviews here. Located in the busy 99 ranch and Home Depot plaza (really where pretty much everything is) sits this place. Overall, it was a clean store, and had quite a bit of seating available. This is a good spot to catch up with a friend. They have kiosks near the entrance so you just place your order there, which some may prefer. There wasn't anyone by the counter most of the time I was there, so didn't seem to have much in the way of customer service. The bubble tea was disappointing. One sip and I immediately could tell they used the powder, and the drink was extremely artificial flavored, far from being quality bubble tea. It's entirely possible I may have just gotten the wrong item but I couldn't even finish half my drink. The tapioca was better but nothing to write home about. I probably wouldn't come back for bubble tea since competition in the area is pretty steep, but perhaps they have other items that might be better. read more

I've tried the mango slushie at another location of Real Fruit and really loved it. We came to this location but this time, I was in the mood for a milk tea. There was only one person working there on a Monday at around 12, and after I walked in and said hi, she didn't even look at me - just pretended I didn't exist. Well, good thing for the kiosks you can self order on. I had the dragon oolong milk tea and it tasted kind of watered down. This one was also more expensive so I might as well have just gotten the regular milk tea. Hubby had the taro slush, which tasted powdery. We both got tapioca, and that was good at least. I would still come back but going forward, I'll only stick to the drinks that have real fruit in it, hence the name. read more

The low ratings is no surprise. The drinks have wayyyyyy too much sugar. They would not accommodate to put less sugar in. The young girl working alone on a Saturday afternoon takes forever with bad attitude. Puts in rap songs with curse words so I can't bring my daughter. There is no wonder place is empty. read more

Decided to try this place despite the mediocre rating... Now I understand why. Most of the comments are true. I ordered an Oolong milk tea, however, it tasted exactly like regular black tea. Why charge and name it Oolong if it's not? I was asked the girl behind the counter, and apparently it's oolong with powdered/artificial milk. We had taro and boba for our orders as well. The taro was clearly artificial and too sweet. The boba was stale and hard. Unfortunately there won't be a second round, even if they miraculously discount half the unusually high price. I absolutely LOVE real fruit bubble tea. I fell in love with their Mango diamond slush. And I was so happy that they opened this location here which is much closer to me now! When I went there were no customers. So I got attended to right away. They weren't the nicest people with the best customer service manners but I got my order just fine and it tasted delicious! Nice spot for a drink! I was leaving Home Depot and I looked around thinking this would be a great place for a Boba. Lo and behold they opened one up directly across from where I was! Real Fruit Bubble Tea is a great addition to the this mini mall location with the Home Depot and 99 Cent Ranch. it's such an easy place to get your boba fix after your other fast food meal, like BonChun, Five Guys. Just as their brand name says, it's all real fruit. The mango bubble tea is the best and tastes like what mango should taste. but I was in the mood for taro and saw the Taro Sherbet on the menu and that is what I got. The taro taste was real good and more of a drink vs a smoothie , the only let down was the tapioca, a little gummy and the taste adds zero to the drink. read more

I was excited to see another bubble tea spot open in this plaza! The interior is very pretty and spacious! I ordered a lychee green tea bubble tea - one with 50% and one with ~25% syrup. Definitely recommend getting 50% or more syrup; anything less than that is like water. Will come back and try a drink with real fruit in it! read more

This location always happens to be closed 30 mins before the actual closing time. Fix your hours, horrible customer service...

I walked in not knowing they were 8 minute to closing. And was treated horribly because the employee that was there was in a rush to close and kept reminding me that they were about to close. I ordered a mango slushy and she told me that They don't have it" and I ended up picking anything feeling rushed only to get it and Realise it was grinding hot fruit with no ice. As she ran to the door. I asked her does this have ice and her reply was " oh you wanted ice" I drank a hot slushy Honestly I want her fired. I read all the reviews about poor customer service, and was witness to it within 30 seconds of walking in here. As soon as you walk in, no one greets you or says hello. I had a question about the menu, and tried to get the lady who was working's attention- she seemed extremely agitated and said "it's going to be a couple minutes" before I could even address her and ask a question. I ordered a mango diamond drink. I saw some other mango drinks on the menu and had no idea what a "diamond" drink was as there was no description. I was going to ask the person at the counter but she was helping another customer. I just placed the order as I didn't want to wait. I saw the counter person cutting up real slices of mango and understood that is what takes time when preparing the drink. The drink overall tasted good but I just felt the store could be more welcoming. It seemed a bit empty as well. Mango smoothie bubble tea is the only good drink here. If you want the classic black milk tea bubble tea or other tea flavor bubble tea, they just taste very bland and no tea flavor at all. Bubbles are also not sweet and not as soft. Also I don't like how their credit card machine asks for tips, I guess this is becoming more common in these establishments. read more

Been going there for a few months using cash and receiving change but now and as of yesterday 8/3/23 there are new rules for purchasing. Either you use a c/c or (exact money if paying with cash). I had a $20 to purchase2 drinks and with a rude and sarcastic tone the girl behind the counter said we can't help you. Must be exact or the rest is tip for them. Left the store to probably never return. The arrogant girl who refused to give her name should be fired because her failure to be more sympathetic to customers. Let me start by saying I love my mango slush. I was so excited when they decided to open a location in this area. I'm not happy with the fact that I have gone after work, once at 7:36pm and another time at 7:45pm and was told they couldn't serve me because they were closed. I didn't understand that since there hours were posted as closing at 8pm. I then went on Friday at 8:07 and again was told they were closed. I looked up there hours and it said 9pm. When I tried asking about the hours the rude woman said because I said so! This is a location we're the animals are running the asylum! They always say there's not a manager you can speak to. If this continues they won't be open for long. I have since started going back to Paramus for my drinks. The lines and wait are much longer but at least they're open when they say there open. read more
