Got this beauty from the February specials. Strawberry and Dubai combined was heaven! So tasty! Great service. Small cafe but seating available. Upon walking in I could smell the fresh baked empanadas. I didn't get one but regretted it after. Coffee here does not disappoint. Street parking only. read more

Charming and cozy café in Fair Lawn with a very local feel. I dropped in for a midday pick-me-up latte. Street parking only! The interior is very small, so it's more of a grab-and-go shop. The seating is extremely limited and very close together, so it might not be the best spot to study or meet up with friends. The barista was friendly and helpful with recommendations. They serve coffee, smoothies, teas, and juices. They make all their syrups in-house. In addition to beverages, they also offer a food menu with wraps, paninis, empanadas, and breakfast sandwiches. I didn't like that there weren't any prices on the menus... I ordered a medium Iced Triple F specialty latte ~$7 (double espresso, steamed milk, caramel sauce, vanilla syrup, cinnamon spice syrup). I told the barista that I don't like overly sweet lattes- just enough to balance the espresso. The latte was good- I really liked the added touch of cinnamon. We went here on a Saturday morning. The girl who works there started talking with a colleague about our interaction in the back. Called us "stupid". She apparently misunderstood when I asked if a latte could have art on it made with the foam of the milk instead of having sugar and cream on top. However, even if my question had been actually dumb, she should have asked what I meant. In addition to this, it is extremely unprofessional to insult your customers. This whole situation was extremely unpleasant. We came here to have a good time and enjoy ourselves and ended up leaving upset. I can only ask the owner to please address this situation. This kind of immature behavior is not compatible with quality customer service. read more

This place is amazing ! My kids love the ice coffee and say the whipped cream is the best the have ever had. The staff is very friendly and they have everything you could want in a cafe. Very nice. People were very friendly and everything was yummy. We sat outside and enjoyed the drinks. My friend had an Electric Garden smoothie and I had a lavender latte. We also had some pastries. All were lovely! We did not order much but my friend goes there often and loves everything. They easily accommodated another customer who asked for several personalizations in her already complex drink. I thought that was awesome. I will be back! read more

First time here today 8/31/23 & this place didn't disappoint at ALL. The food was cooked to perfection. Never underestimate the deliciousness of a BAKED empanada. WOW- the queen bee smoothie is AMAZING! Such a unique taste- loved the cherry mixed with banana and the hazelnut butter added a great twist! I literally just left and i had to hop on and write a review! I know how reviews can really help a business out and since the coffee was the best i've had in a long time 5 stars all around!! I got the "double love affair" iced latte its caramel and vanilla which are my favorite flavors and it comes with whipped cream (they add color to it to make it pretty its just normal yummy whipped cream) This is down the street from me and the girls were so friendly and helpful i will be back and the coffee was excellent. Great hidden gem. The large was $6.93 which is definitely pricier than my normal order at starbucks, but for the quality and the flavor its worth it. I dont know if i can afford to come everyday due to the price but this is def a new favorite spot :) read more

Ordered on Uber eats. White Mocha rose latte: so delicious. Fried egg and cheese waffle: The waffle was light and delicious and nothing was greasy. It made a very good sweet and savory mix. I asked for scramble egg instead of fried and the cheese was melted into the scrambled eggs deliciously seasoned to perfection. Added bacon and it was not fatty, 10/10. Very impressed to see a creative menu and such good quality. Kudos. read more

I came to this place twice . The first time I tried their lavender coffee . I wasn't satisfied at all being that all I could taste is syrup but not the lavender or the coffee . The second time I ordered some flower something coffee and it was the same thing. All syrup but no flavor . Overpriced for nothing . You'll have better coffee at Starbucks . read more

Just left Haus cafe and let's me say that I HOUSED the empanadas!! Lol! (Beef n cheese and Guava n Cheese) and both were deeeeelicious!! This is my usual weekend "treat" and I order the Queen Bee smoothie with peanut butter and Oats added. It was made to perfection!!! And hit the spot after Pilates!!! The people (esp the owner) is so pleasant and really engages with each of her customers! It makes a difference!! They are usually busy so if your in a rush- call ahead!! I found a lot of amazing reviews on Facebook and decided to finally check it out. The iced coffee was amazing - just what I needed on a hot summer day, the owner recommended her vanilla that she makes in house to add to it and it was so delicious! This is a great coffee shop on River Road. My wife and I come here every weekend. The coffee is always fresh and tasty, and the specialty lattes are great too. My wife loves the lavender and I usually get the drip but we always switch it up. It's also hard to resist the fresh baked goods they always have on hand. recently visited napa valley in cali and found this small coffee shop that sold me the smoothest latte ice ever had. it wasnt too creamy or sweet just right. i am on my quest to find that same drink. i got the caramal haus latte here and it was very sweet and creamy. i would next time try it with whole milk as my owner(?) suggested instead of half and half which was about 60% of the drink. i would actually double the coffee to truly taste the coffee cuz that is what im interested. perhaps oraering a coffee with cream and sugar will he the perfect order for me. cant wait to return to try other things the owner has. :) read more

I LOVE Haus Café! It's not just the great coffee (and it's really great coffee), it's also the community atmosphere. Although it's a small space, you can always count on the owner, Jamie, to make you feel welcome and invited. This is my favorite place to bring my toddler for a mommy date. Such an awesome little coffee shop! There's not a lot of seating so I normally order for delivery or to go but the coffee is fresh and strong and the owner is lovely and tries to work out any issue you might have (which to be honest aren't many since the stuff here is good). I love the colorful whipped creams (deeeelish and so cute). Yes, it is a little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend. read more

I love the spinach feta ,cheese, egg whites wrap also served nice and hot. It's a pretty busy Starbucks lots of young college students but with that said the service is pretty quick. When I go there I don't stay long but others are on their laptops doing their work so I gather they like the ambience.

Since Yemeni coffee and tea options aren't common for everyone, they take the time to explain the menu and answer questions, which I really appreciated. However, the Adeni Chai was the only saving grace of the visit. It was flavorful and well made, but the coffee was a massive disappointment. I tried the Jubani after the staff described it as a delicious light-roasted coffee packed with caffeine, but in reality, it tasted like bland cardamom water with absolutely no coffee flavor or body. It felt like I was just drinking hot spiced water. The atmosphere was also a major issue as there was no seating available whatsoever. The crowd was mostly of Middle Eastern descent and many were incredibly rude; people will bump right into you and not say a word. Even worse was the way some customers spoke to the workers, it was absolutely deplorable. Honestly, who raised you? It was uncomfortable to witness. The dessert selection was even worse. Most of what we ordered felt stale and old. The only thing worth eating was the bubble dessert with cheese because they actually toast it. We tried both the pistachio milk cake and the pistachio dream cake, and neither was impressive. The khattafi in the pistachio dream was the biggest letdown; it was so stale and bland I can't believe they actually put it out to sell when it was clearly weeks if not months old. The basboosa was also a disappointment, as it was a very small square of semolina cake for almost $5. Overall, It is not a good place for coffee or desserts, so if you do go, stick strictly to the Adeni chai.

The place was packed with a lot of people enjoying their evenings with their families and friends, so that was nice to see. After waiting in line for less than 5 minutes the staff took our order. It came in two cups without dairy but I feel like adding cream would have made it more viscous. We didn't find a table to sit at as it was busy but found a bench to share space. Everyone was super chill and we even were given extra almond oat milk to add. I didn't finish the whole cup but it was a memorable experience.
