I'm back again on Sunday at around 10:30a...I preordered a handcrafted hot latte the "Biscotti Testarossa" which I believe is a new addition to their menu. I hope they keep it permanently as it's sooo Good! The barista got my order correct and I'm very pleased with the whole experience! My previous review a few months back was quite the opposite. It was a simple order: house drip but was told half & half was no longer available around the same time (10am Sunday). That was a first for me because I know Gregory's Coffee would never drop the ball like that. Yes I know people have bad days...the Gregory team responded quickly upon seeing my review and awarded me generous reward points to come back and give them another chance. So I did and it was what I knew and expected from Gregory's! My handcrafted drink was made to my liking and as I entered it was waiting for me! And of course it was Delicious. Thank you Gregory's Coffee for your professionalism and courtesy. And kudos to the male barista that was working today. Even if I was not treated with the reward points, I'm always loyal to Gregory's coffee cause they "see coffee differently" and they're worth the try. Once you try Gregory's you don't go back! LoL The interior is clean, luxe and a great place to enjoy your beverage and/or food. They offer free WiFi so customers can happily sip and use their laptops. Great place to bring a laptop and get some work done, with a nice highway view and spacious, comfortable seating. I do wish the sofas were a little cleaner, but aside from that, everything was great. There are plenty of parking spaces all around the building, which is super convenient. The Full Moon Matcha I tried was really unique. Stopped by Gregorys for a quick bite and, of course, good coffee. I always enjoy their bright lighting, various types of seating (long sofa seat, chairs, booth). During today's visit, I had...for the first time...their Spicy Avocado Toast and a Cappuccino. The Avocado Toast was amazing. First, it's a thick piece of bread, that will not break/flake apart, is strong enough to just grab and bite, and the avocado was smooth, creamy, pleasantly spicy, and filling. I'll be ordering this, during future visits and is highly recommended. The Cappuccino is always incredible, at the right temperature, and enjoyed. The service is friendly, quick, and accommodating. My love for coffee brought me to this spot while heading to the ferry for a boat tour of Lower Manhattan. There was no wait, and our drinks arrived quickly. Here's what we ordered: Hot Drinks: Fall Oat Boy: A well-balanced drink. The maple syrup added just the right amount of sweetness without being overwhelming, and the creaminess was spot on. Mocha: Tasty and satisfying, though nothing extraordinary. Cold Drinks: Strawberry Hibiscus: A great flavor at first, but it left an unpleasant aftertaste. Island Bolt (not pictured): A refreshing drink with a fruity taste. I personally would have liked a little more sweetness, but overall, it's a solid choice. If I have the chance, I'd love to experience the inside of the café next time. It may accomodate vegans perfectly. Overall, I'm giving it 3.5 stars. read more

We stopped here for the first time yesterday after having passed it several times. The first thing to note is the space: big windows allowing in lots of natural light, lots of greenery inside, white subway tile, dark wood. Definitely not a bad place to be, especially if you're into the modern look in a space. Line had a few folks on it, which took a few minutes. No big deal. The barista was incredibly kind and friendly. I opted for a simple iced latte with a double shot. Coffee was smooth, strong, and had no bitterness. It was certainly flavorful. The Mrs. opted for a blueberry coffee that she greatly enjoyed. We had hoped to buy a growler of cold brew, but the staff did not know the price on it. That was a bummer. As a result, we purchased a bag of their coffee to make our own cold brew at home. Shop is spotlessly clean and laid-back. Staff are courteous and kind. Prices are about what you'd expect (maybe a bit more than average). However, the coffee is certainly worth it. read more

I tried Gregory's a little over two years ago and will never get coffee anywhere else now. The service is professional and efficient, they are never rude compared to other chain coffee places. They have allergy and diet options most places do not have. Whether it's vegan, dairy free, and sometimes even GF. The inside is clean and bright. However sometimes hard to get a seat or table as many people work remotely from there it seems. I always opt for the drive thru as it is fast and fresh made coffee every time. read more

What does Gen Z call mediocre or average things...? Mid. This is my second time at Gregory's. Let me start with the good first. The ambiance is perfect for work or studying. There's big windows, natural lighting, lots of comfortable seating, outlets, and reliable wifi. The light fixtures and greenery really add to the beautiful and peaceful environment. One side has spacious booth seating that can easily fit a large group. The employees are very friendly and they have a drive-thru. But from my past two experiences, I don't have anything good to say about their coffee and food. Skip the breakfast food. The sandwiches are SO SMALL and the ingredients are low quality. You're basically going to pay $6-$8 for a tiny sandwich that was probably bought from the frozen section of a supermarket and then reheated. I ordered the DELUXE (~$7) which came with "egg, turkey sausage, and American cheese on a freshly baked croissant". Y'all... the croissant was nearly the size of my iPhone 13 or my tiny baby hands. The presentation was sad. It was most definitely NOT "freshly baked" as per description. It was burnt and smushed. No buttery flavor whatsoever. The turkey sausage and egg were chewy and had no flavor. I think I've had better from McDonald's. I ordered the Salted Caramel Cold Brew (~$6) both visits and the first time was better. I got a medium size and honestly... I thought they made a mistake and accidentally gave me a small size lol. The drink was wayyyyyy too sweet for me, and this is coming from someone who has the biggest sweet tooth. They definitely nailed the salted caramel flavor, but it was too overwhelming. First time at this location and I loved it. The space is clean, modern, and has a great vibe. I tried the Hall and Oats cold brew with vanilla, cinnamon, and almond milk, super smooth and flavorful. Didn't get any food but my husband and I got drinks. I got the Nu Brew, which is Nutella with cold brew. It was just okay. Didn't taste any Nutella and the cold brew wasn't the best I've tasted. My husband got the strawberry hibiscus which I thought was delicious but he thought was too sweet. Service on the other hand could have been better. Just felt the girl behind the counter was a little rude. When we first got there and were waiting, there wasn't anyone behind us. When we finally were being helped, two more people were behind us waiting and she was rushing us to pick sizes. I asked which of the cups were 16oz and she goes "that one" without pointing at any of them. Service could be better. They have a ton of employees and most of them just clown around with their friends (coworkers & friends visiting them at work) Pros: - Spacious - Usually A/C - Good amount of seating - A couple of very friendly employees - Lots of drink options that rotate seasonally - Lots of food options Cons: - Not the cleanest location -- usually coffee stains and traces of towels stains from poorly wiped the tables. Ants on the windowsills, and I won't go into the bathroom condition. - Besides two or three very friendly employees, the rest are wholly unprofessional. From first-hand, I know how hard it can be to work in the service industry. But there shouldn't be 1 or zero employees at the register while 5 of them are yelling and goofing off in the kitchen. It's the only cafe I've been to where the employees make all the noise and the patrons are quiet. Loudly talking about mutuals they know behind their backs, yelling across the cafe, jokingly shoving each other while in the kitchen, singing at full volume, and on one occasion, saw a nonemployee given a headset from a team member so they could chat while the employee is in the kitchen and the employee's friend is out in the seating area. Keep hiring young people, but spend more time managing and training. read more

Even the receipt clearly said "No meat" under BOTH orders. Clear instructions. I called to get a refund and it's only text messages with no response. And I got back 2 credits on uber eats. Had a medium iced chai latte it was decent but I've had better. It was better than the one from Starbucks as you could taste the chai . I used the drive thru so didn't get to experience going inside however the women who took my order was very friendly and had my drink ready quickly. I would go back to try other drinks considering I like different types of coffees. Didn't try the food- we just wanted to try a new coffee spot and break the monotony! So glad we decided to try Gregory's. I had the "Nu Love" -I think it was Nutella cold brew with strawberry foam or something like that. The salted caramel was good as well! Also tried the peanut smoothie and it was really good! Tasted so fresh and natural- not too sweet at all. The environment is really nice and clean -and there were quite a few people working on their laptops so I'm going for to say they have Wi-Fi although not 100% sure. I can't finish this review without thanking Genesis who was an amazing worker there- friendly and patient- and just kind! What a great start to our anniversary! Good coffee and great service! A great location! We came here after eating pizza next door. I frequently went to Gregory's when I worked in the city so could not wait to get the Fall Oat boy. It sure brought joy to my Saturday morning! My husband got the NuBrew, Nutella and cold brew, it had me at the Nutella--- that's going to be added to my list next time we come back. My daughter got a hot chocolate and the barista was super sweet and made it so it wasn't too hot. I've been eyeing Gregory's ever since I saw the "coming soon" sign put up and now that they have opened (well Feb 2022) it's actually a pretty decent spot. Location is very good with ample parking. Only downside for me is that the shop is on the opposite side of the route I go to to get to work (obviously not their fault lol just sayin) Anyway, i first tried the drive thru and it was quick and convenient. I kept in mind not to expect too much knowing they have a lot of branches in NYC so its almost like a mini-chain but I did enjoy my drink. My very first order from Gregory's is their Maple Latte and i was pleasantly surprised! It was delicious! So much so that I revisited again with the husband in tow lol second visit i got the cappuccino and that didnt disappoint either. The interior decor was beautifully done. There is good natural lighting, seats are nicely spaced, and the indoor plants gave the cafe a fresh and homey vibe. Staff that day (4/14/22) was nice and pleasant too. As for the food, i could say the banana nut pound cake was okay but the zucchini bread was good. Not sure if i'll explore more on the menu or just stick to the coffee for now but at least there is always that option. read more

Came here on Presidents Day around 10AM and was surprised with how packed it already was (line moved quick though!). I brought some work to do and luckily was able to find a very small table to work on. I love the ambiance inside this coffee shop, it's a different vibe from your typical cozy coffee shop, instead it feels very serene with the black + white + gold décor with the gorgeous greenery. For drinks, I decided to treat myself and ordered the Blind Date drink (Night Vision Espresso with house made date syrup, strawberry syrup and oat milk), it was quite delicious!
