Visited this small and cozy cafe for breakfast on the weekend. I got a matcha latte and the hearty omelette. The matcha was sweeter than I prefer, but still good. Omelette was tasty, but nothing special. Presentation was super cute though! Inside was clean and cute. Not many tables, so there may be a wait depending on how busy it is when you come. Our server was easy going and helpful in accommodating me as a vegetarian. I had the panini without the chicken and substituted mushrooms and avocado. My husband ordered the crepe. They offered two little slips to each customer - one for a savory crepe and one for a sweet and you can build you own. Great concept but it would be beneficial if the server confirmed the order because we asked for nutella, banana, strawberry, and ice cream and got 2/4. We were in a rush to leave so forgot to check the receipt to see if we were charged for the others; however it was $48 (w/o tip) for 1 panini, 1 crepe and 1 latte so a bit overpriced for the quality of food, in my opinion. The sandwich and crepe were both just okay, nothing to rave about. The drink was aesthetically pleasing with the iced Bear and tasted great. We asked for whipped cream on the latte but our server forgot that too. She also forgot to provide us water until we asked and it came at the end of the meal.  Outside dining was not optimal as it's right next to the railroad tracks and quite loud. There is a kids play area which I thought was a nice addition to the space, but I do wish it was gated off for the younger kids as it's so close to the road! Went here for a Father's Day brunch with a party of 7. They didn't take reservations so we waited for a table inside to be available however it was very small. We were in a rush and bc it was potentially going to rain we weren't able to be seated there so we just waited. This place definitely is more for to-go or small groups. All of the food was great and the coffee was delicious but nothing really stood out in all honesty. The crepes were expensive to make your own and the mozzarella sticks tastes like the frozen ones. Cute place! While this place is tucked away and almost hard to find, they have a good amount of outdoor seating and tables inside too. Decor is cozy and they serve an assortment of pastries, codes, gelati. Their espresso is bold and flavorful. I had one over a scoop of vanilla gelato. I was there for an event last night and impressed with the server. She single handedly tended to everyone's non-stop requests for fancy coffees, pastries, gelato cones, etc. She politely took care of everyone, nobody had to wait long and everything she created was beautiful! My boyfriend and I went to Soma for brunch last Sunday. I had a crepe filled with marmalade which was delicious. My boyfriend had a crepe filled with spinach, cheese, chicken, etc and really raved about how good it was. Cappuccino was wonderful, beautifully presented and served with a tiny Italian cookie. This is my first time at the café, and after reading the rave reviews, I have to agree about the amazing service and scrumptious menu selections. It's a small but quaint café near the train station which features customizable crêpes that are made fresh in front of you. I'm not one for overly sweet crêpes so the dishes are the perfect balance of sweetness. We also ordered Panini and more savory crêpes, and everything was amazingly fresh and tasty. I also have to give high marks for the amazing service. The only thing to be aware of is that the parking is limited in that area because of its train station location but if you don't mind paying the meters, the place is definitely well worth the visit. Such a great addition to the area! My sister and I visited on Christmas Eve and immediately fell in love with the cute interior. The ambiance was peaceful with lots of natural light, fun lighting fixtures, greenery, art, and seasonal decor. Our server let us pick any table we wanted and brought over menus right away. The specialty coffee drink selection was amazing, and we had the hardest time choosing what to get. I went with the Creme Brûlée latte and my sister chose the Kinder Surprise (also as a latte, though it comes as an espresso, too). The presentation of both drinks was beautiful and they were absolutely delicious. I loved torched foam on the Creme Brûlée latte - I'd never seen that anywhere else before! For food, we shared the Avocado Benedict and a Savory Crepe. The menu came with a little checklist to build your own Crepe and we chose smoked salmon, cream cheese, tomato, onion, and capers. The Crepe was so tasty, and it was cool watching them make it fresh. The Avocado Benedict was also pretty good, although the avocado wasn't quite ripe. We were in the area for some work and searched for good brunch places nearby. This place comes at top with good reviews so we thought let's go. The decor and ambience was soo beautiful and inviting plus they have small games on each table which were fun.. the perfect cozy cafe vibe..We both got omelettes and it was really good along with their coffees. Their coffees are really next level good and above that I like the service while doing the payment they had cookies and other bakery items on their counter. I love this place even though this is my first visit. Will return as it is a relaxing atmosphere. Service is amazing and friendly. Support Waldwick local women own business. I loved the avocado benny, a great non meat option. It was fresh and very tasty. The hot cafe latte was very nice, and I loved the presentation. The iced cafe latte is even better with frozen teddy bear coffee. It will not be watered down. Check out the picture, it is so cute according to my wife. I will return often to try their other offerings especially their sweets. Unfortunately they do not open later than 6PM as this would be a great weekday dinner option. Great place to eat relax ! The cafe is hidden by the waldwick train station. It's nice and peacful. When pulling up they have street parking and not really a lot. You park near the new condo it's misleading. This was the only issue. When we walked up you can sit outside or inside . The atmosphere is nice you could meet up with friends or read a book. The staff were very nice and didn't rush us out. We order sandwiches ,coffee and gelato . It was delicious and big portions. One of the people in our party never tried gelato they gave us sample. I visited Soma with a small group on a rainy Sunday. We thought that we would be able to order to-go, but it's really ideal for a sit down visit. It was rather busy, but the amazing staff prioritized getting every customer into a seat. I've never seen such efficient staff, so I was beyond impressed. We all ordered coffees and food, all of which tasted fresh and delicious. The server was very helpful with making sure my item was gluten-free, allowing me to enjoy my experience even more. This past Sunday my wife, daughter and I stopped in for brunch to this quaint little cafe' not knowing what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised to say the least. We had to wait a few minutes for a table to open up, which wasn't a big deal at all and worth the wait. I ordered a double espresso to start and let's just say they make a great espresso, give it a try. The freshly squeezed orange juice is an excellent addition to your meal. To start, the location is perfect for any commuters taking the NJ transit train as its right next to it. They have a long list of coffees with a breakfast and lunch menu. The ambiance is cute and lovely, they have comforting photographs on the inside. The outside is nice and cozy and has two swinging benches making a cute photo op. The tables inside have tic tac toe games and cards with questions to keep a conversation going! We ordered the icy bear latte (this was genuinely so good) and the not marshmallow latte.
