The best quality!!!! So many options here!!!! I love it yum so many high quality meat. They flash freeze everything and they cut out the middleman to keep the prices down. You won't be disappointed here!

Wild Fork is an interesting concept where 99.5% of what they sell is frozen. This store is conveniently located on a major highway with plenty of parking and a very friendly, helpful staff. The store was very clean and bright. Huge selection of vacuum sealed meat & fish of all sorts ( small cuts to large cuts including game meats). Also smaller selections of frozen vegetables, fruits, desserts, and prepared foods ( Asian spring-rolls, mashed cauliflower, etc) Prices are comparable to Whole Foods. What is convenient is that everything is already frozen and vacuum sealed so as soon as you get home, right into the freezer everything goes. I spent a decent amount buying all sorts of meats and other products. I will point out that not all the meats are Prime, more Choice. There are some higher end items like Berkshire Port or Wagyu beef but you are going to spend for it. Only item I tried so far were Coppa thin cut pork chops (on the bone) that were on sale for $5\lb which were very fatty. I would think Wild Fork is good for those that are not price conscience, don't mind adding another store to buy provisions at to their routine, but just like the convenience of everything being wrapped for the freezer.

Tried to order online and realized they actually have physical stores with one nearby. However, I went to check out and they gave me a price range up to 30% higher than advertised due to " many of the products we sell are variable in weight." While I understand products can vary in weight, do I really have to pay for a 10 lb roast if I only wanted 6 lbs? That's a huge difference, and more is not better in my case. So I called customer service who sounded like they were sitting on a street corner and had a very difficult time understanding them. Called the store (I think) during business hours and got no answer, while the recording said to leave a message but with no mention of Wild Fork. All in all, it doesn't feel super professional, and for a first time purchaser I'm not comfortable. So I guess I'll have to drive down there and figure this out, but not super impressed.

Good selection of frozen meats and seafood as well as desserts and vegetables. Also sell various spices and rubs as well as prepared frozen meals and appetizers. Very crowded on day of grand opening. The lava cake sample and sirloin sample were delicious. Bright and spacious with friendly employees. Worth returning, but I have to clear out my freezer first!

Love this frozen food shop from Florida. This is closest location from NYC and though a little small they stock almost as much as ones in Florida. i need to try a little by little but I'm buying their products from Philly stores so I basically trust them. First visitors might see something you never see in the fridge at any nearby supermarkets.

So far I have bought the frozen ground bison, elk, duck and kangaroo meat; everything had been soooo good. Highly recommend this place if you looking to try something different. If not, there is also regular frozen cow meat, chicken and seafood. Service is always good and pleasant and the ambiance is good. There is parking too.

Had a good friend recently tell me I needed to come back, so we did. Tonight we ordered a half rack of ribs, a pulled pork sandwich, and the pulled pork Mac-n-cheese. In a word, the food was fantastic. I've had BBQ in a LOT of places and also have my own smoker that I've gotten pretty good at using it so I know good BBQ...and this is good BBQ. The ribs were delicious - cooked perfectly the way the want them in competition...not fall off the bone, but with a little bite, and the flavor was great. Amazing bark on the outside with tender meat on the bone. The pulled pork sandwich was so tender and delicious that I wish I didn't have to share it with Wifey. And their homemade BBQ sauce is absolutely great...a little spice on the back of the tongue, but still sweet without being overly sweet (they have four kinds, but I only wanted the traditional). The pulled pork Mac-n-cheese was very rich but full of flavor with a nice breadcrumb topping as well. Each platter also came with cole slaw, something often overlooked by BBQ places, but not here. Very tasty, very fresh, though I think it needed a pinch of salt. I do wish we had gotten some cornbread, but honestly, we walked away very full. The service here is super friendly and our food came pretty quickly...and I really love the layout and vibe here. I spoke to the owner about how much I loved the food tonight and how it was such a difference from my first experience. I'm so glad we came back. The people behind the counter all seem to LIKE what they're doing...and that means a lot. Real BBQ places are always pricey, because you aren't paying for just the food, your paying for the hours and hours and hours of cooking it takes to get the food to taste as good as it does and to be tender. You can't take shortcuts with BBQ. So yeah, Embark isn't cheap, but if there's one thing I've discovered over the years it's that you DON'T want cheap BBQ. Embark is a BYOB place so bring your favorite beer, order some great food, and sit with friends savoring the deliciousness. I will NOT wait this long to come back again.

There is a decent amount of seating, although there were more takeout orders at the time I visited. It's very clean inside and decorated nicely. I ordered the 2-meat sampler with brisket and pulled pork. The brisket was awesome, super tender and packed with flavor. The BBQ sauce really complemented the meats. The pulled pork was also very good, but the brisket was definitely the star. The mac and cheese was just okay. The breadcrumbs on top made the mac and cheese a bit soggy. Portions were a bit small for the price. Overall, I thought my meal was good but I would definitely come back just for that brisket.

That plan died instantly. We had just gone to Rocco's Steakhouse yesterday for steak... so naturally, we decided to go out for steak again. Because balance. Four of us rolled out like we had a reservation with destiny. We started strong: Grilled bacon with peanut butter and jalapeño. My coworkers loved it. I personally don't believe peanuts belong anywhere near my bacon, but I respected the chaos. Massive cocktail shrimp with three sauces--we split those like civilized people. Cobb salad, for health. Obviously. Then came: Dry-aged porterhouse meatballs with gorgonzola crema and black garlic. Good--but in my world, meatballs belong in a proper red sauce. I'm traditional like that. Main event: Bone-in dry-aged prime sirloin. Delicious. Tuscan-style, not drowning in butter. Ordered medium rare... received "this cow has a LinkedIn profile." Sides absolutely stole the show: The Quality Potato (elite) Gnocchi & cheese (life-changing) Brussels sprouts (so we can keep pretending we're making good choices) Dessert:Carrot cake ice cream slice + espresso. But the real stars: Definitely the bacon with jalapeño peanut butter jam so addictive, sweet and spicy all at once. I come back just for that. And the sides are everything. The mac & cheese is insanely creamy and comforting, while the Brussels sprouts are crispy, perfectly seasoned, and actually make vegetables feel fun. Overall, it's a steakhouse that gets it right, classic, chic, and reliable, but with just enough creativity to keep it interesting. Definitely a must-visit when you're in NYC and want a little luxe without feeling stuffy. I bring my parents here!
