I had Crumbl once before when we ordered it at work, but I have never been to one before. I tried to go to the one in Paramus once, but the line was unbelievably long. Therefore, I was extremely excited when they were opening one up so close by. We went on a Saturday night after dinner around 8. It was busy, but they were moving quick. There is plenty of parking. When you walk in, their lights are very bright. They have a lot of staff members working there, which I think helps make it move quickly. If you have never been before, the way how it works is there is a weekly rotating schedule of cookies. We weren't too crazy about the offerings this week, so we just got the classic chocolate chip cook. Warning- the cookie is LARGE. You can easily spilt it. My husband wanted to get his own and I said trust me, you do not have to. The cookie was outstanding, it was slightly warm, soft on the inside, a little hard on the outside and with large pieces of chocolate chips (but not too many). After, he understood, we didn't even finish the one cookie that night. I am happy to have them in town and look forward to trying more cookies!

The combination of ube and matcha is unbelievably creamy, smooth, and rich without being overly sweet. The ube has that perfect nutty vanilla-like flavor with a deep, authentic taste, while the matcha is earthy, bold, and balanced beautifully. Swirling the two together makes every bite even better. What really stands out is the texture it was light, fluffy, and silky soft serve that melts perfectly. The flavors taste fresh and premium, not artificial at all. The presentation is also gorgeous, making it almost too pretty to eat. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staffs make the experience even better. They also serve bubble milk teas, Dubai chocolate cup and more!! They even have a pretty mirror to take picture with

I'm giving Robin's Creamery another try after two very different experiences here…read more My first visit was five stars. The flavors were excellent, everything tasted great, and the cones were big and solid. My next visit dropped to three stars because service was painfully slow with only one employee working, and then we discovered that our cones had hollow centers. So we came back and gave them another chance. This time, service was speedy. There were three people working, everyone was friendly, and we got our orders quickly. The ice cream tasted great all around too. But... the products are still inconsistent. Two people had the ube cones, and those were solid. Three other people received hollow centers in their cones and cup. It's just disappointing. Everything was also extra soft this time. The ice cream was much meltier than what we've experienced here before. Not bad tasting, just noticeably different. So yes, this visit was better. Much better service and great flavor, but we still didn't walk away feeling the same way we did after that first five star visit. At $9 per cone, I think they need to deliver a more consistent product. The flavors are good and there's clearly something worth coming back for, but when the experience can vary this much from visit to visit, it's hard to justify that price.

Squeeze the day!…read more Beets Juice Bar is a small local business with 3 locations in NJ: Park Ridge, Allendale, and Montvale. I was in the Montvale area and decided to stop in because ya girl was PARCHED and in need of a refreshing pick-me-up. The store is located inside The Shoppes at DePiero Farm, so there's plenty of parking available. The interior is bright, modern, and decorated with lush plants that create a relaxing atmosphere. There's five tables, along with counter seating where you can watch the kitchen in action as they prep and blend each drink fresh to order. The menu is packed with options--it almost feels a little overwhelming! They've got everything from fresh juices and smoothies to protein shakes, wellness shots, and coffee, all made with a solid variety of fruits, vegetables, and superfoods. Looking for something more filling? There are acai bowls you can fully customize with different bases and toppings. There's also grab-and-go items like overnight oats, wraps, protein bites, and veggies with hummus. Most of the menu is organic, gluten free, and vegan. It's technically healthy and an easy way to get in some extra antioxidants and nutrients. But it's also worth keeping in mind that some of the drinks and bowls can sneak up on you with high sugar levels and calories. After going back and forth between a few options, I decided to order the Inflammation Fix Juice [~$10], made with cucumber, kale, apple, lemon, turmeric, and ginger. There's a 2.6% discount for cash payments. Service was quick, and my drink was prepared within a few minutes. Was it worth the $10? No. It wasn't like any juice bar drink I've had before...not in the good way. It came out almost lukewarm instead of cold. The texture was a bit frothy. It tasted a little too sweet. The apple and cucumber really took over the flavor profile and masked the rest of the ingredients. I could barely taste the ginger and turmeric, which was a disappointment because I LOVE that strong, spicy kick they give. I'm giving it 3 stars because it wouldn't be fair to write them off after trying just one drink. If I'm in the area again, I'd probably give them another try and maybe get a smoothie instead. And honestly, I'm not a big fan of spending money on juices and smoothies since I prefer eating fruits and veggies whole. But every now and then, it's just easier to pay for the convenience lol.

I ordered 2 wellness shots and my husband a latte. He was surprised at the cost of his latte in comparison to the big chain coffee places and their current pricing. Fluffy pita bread, marinated cuts of rotisserie meats, and aromatic spices... there's all of that…read moreand more at Pita Greek, a fast casual Mediterranean restaurant in Nanuet. The owner started his business venture as a ghost kitchen in 2020, and then opened up this brick-and-mortar location earlier this year. There's a parking lot in the back. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a Mediterranean-inspired ambiance - rustic pottery, white & blue color palettes, blonde woods, soft lighting. They have both indoor and outdoor dining. The seating areas are good for small to medium-sized groups. They have a simple menu with fresh ingredients and reasonable prices: pita sandwiches, salads, rice bowls, platters, pastries, etc. The rotisserie meats are the star of the show! We ordered... *Spanakopita $6 (layers of crispy, golden phyllo dough with a spinach, feta cheese, and herb filling) *Tiropita $6 (layers of buttered phyllo dough with a cheese and egg filling) The phyllo dough was flaky, crispy, and buttery. I preferred the tiropita out of the two. It was super cheesy, salty, and creamy. The spinach filling wasn't as good because it tasted oily. *Traditional Gyro Platter $20 *Chicken Souvlaki Platter $20 All platters are served with one grilled pita, tzatziki sauce, and your choice of two sides. The lamb/beef gyro was slow-cooked on a vertical rotisserie. It was super savory, tender, and seasoned in a blend of herbs and spices. The chicken souvlaki skewers were juicy and loaded with a zesty lemon garlic marinade. The pita bread was warm and fluffy. The tzatziki sauce was creamy and tangy. For our sides we chose: *Greek Salad (romaine, tomato, red onion, cucumber, Greek herbs, feta, dolma, olives, pepperoncini, red wine vinaigrette) *Marinated Beet Salad (red beets, red onion, herbs, balsamic glaze) *Lentil Soup *Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup All of the sides were delicious. The salads were very refreshing and made with high quality ingredients. Out of the two soups, my favorite was the lemon chicken orzo. It was like a good ol' comforting bowl of chicken noodle soup with a bright, citrusy aftertaste. The lentil soup broth was a little too watery and sour for me (I think they might've overdone it with the lemon and tomatoes). We had a lot of leftovers to take home. The prices are an excellent bang for your buck because they give you generous portions. The staff is very kind and attentive. We dined in and they brought our food to us in a timely manner. They were on point with clearing our plates, giving us extra utensils/napkins, and anything else we needed. I would happily return whenever I'm in the area!

Pita Greek offers bowls and salads (with added protein possible for $6-7), pita sandwiches, and big platters that come with two sides and pita bread. We really enjoyed the chicken gyro (tender), spanakopita (generously filled), and the falafel (surprisingly not dry but some people may prefer a crisper texture). For the sides, we enjoyed the chicken lemon soup and beets most. The lentil soup, scallion rice (similar to pilaf), broccoli (large pieces), and fries were ok too, in that order. The bowls and pita sandwiches are $12 base but we were a bit disappointed that the falafel addition to the bowl only came with three smallish pieces. The big platters are probably the way to go if you want shareables, as each separate item can be more than the $20 for the platter. They have a pita sandwich lunch special with a drink too. They also have kids meals and catering. Wish they had moussaka on the regular menu! They display desserts at the counter and they all looked very sweet. I wasn't expecting much in terms of atmosphere but it looked comfortable and clean in the dining area and there was outdoor seating. There's a shared parking lot in the back which is nice for Middletown Road. But otherwise, street parking is possible.
