Cake batter/Cookie Cake mix with toppings: YoFresh, Park Ridge NJ
    David-Thomas H.

Went here Monday night with my girlfriend. Ive been here before & what I have always liked about this particular place is all the frozen yogurt choices that they give you. This establishment also makes sure to put out new flavors every so often so that it's not the same ones all the time. What is also good about this place is that they let you mix & match as many flavors as you want. The toppings are always fresh & they also have a wide range of them to choose from. On this particular trip I went with a mix of cake batter & cookie cake. I then put on Twix, cookie dough bites, & crushed Oreos as my toppings. Both frozen yogurts were delicious & the toppings made it even better. This was the first time my girlfriend went here & she enjoyed her blueberry frozen yogurt with strawberries while also taking a few scoops of mine. What made this trip a great one was that when I went to pay, I got 10% off my order for checking in with my Yelp at. That was a very pleasant surprise. This is a place that I enjoy going to whenever I'm in the mood for some frozen yogurt.

The portion size…read morewas incredibly small there was barely enough ice cream for a few bites, literally about three spoonfuls. For a dessert at that price point, I expected something that at least resembled a full sundae. I understand that restaurants have different pricing structures and presentations, and I don't mind paying premium prices when the quality and portion justify the cost. However, what I received felt completely out of proportion to the price charged. It was disappointing to spend $17 on a dessert and leave feeling like I had barely been served anything at all. The ice cream itself may have been fine, but the value simply wasn't there. A sundae should feel like a treat, not a sample. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I hope management takes a closer look at the portion sizes being served because this experience did not meet expectations.

Nice vanilla flavor. A boatload of mix-ins. Literal boat load I saw the pontoon in the back, love a place committing to a bit. And the nice thing about this concoction was that it was still cold but oh so runny. Almost a hybrid milkshake consistency. Loved it. The service is typically enthusiastic, though sometimes slow depending on how busy they are. The biggest drawback is the price; it feels costly for what you get, and the atmosphere, while bright, is standard chain fare. Pro tip: I like to stock up on their gift card bonus offers, or you can purchase at Costco for discount rates to make the treat more worthwhile. It's a fine, fun treat, but it's not an everyday option unless you utilize those discounts.

I ordered a small milkshake for my daughter and this is what I was given (please refer to the attached picture). It should be noted they had a Roku remote on the counter that I grabbed to use as a size reference. I just want to emphasize that this is the amount of milkshake we were given, it was NOT drank from. Baffled by the lack of milkshake in the cup, I asked the employee if this was my small milkshake he confirmed it was. The employee was a very nice young man and advised he had simply followed the measurements given to him by his employer. I'm not sure if it was a mistake on the young man's end but if this is their "small" milkshake I will no longer be frequenting Stack Creamery.
