I normally dont go to this location, but I was in the area shopping & I'm not a Starbucks drinker. Did a quick coffee stop. The staff was all gathered at the registers, talking amongst themselves. There was no greeting, just eye contact and me giving my order. Service was quick got my coffee in under 5 minutes. When I went to get a sugar for my drink. The counter was in disarray. Obviously not tended to recently as sugar and coffee remnants could be seen. There was a dismal supply of sugars and a stray tray left. The staff seemed to be more concerned with talking to one another than to making sure the store was up to par. The location in Ramsay is far better- staff that acknowledges you, cleaner & better stocked with products. read more

Wonderful PB at Northvale NJ. It has parking lot in the front, very convenient. They have standard pastries, cakes, bread like other locations. Quality is just as good. I am a sweets girly and Paris Baguette always comes through with the fresh baked goods. They have a lot of delicious options to pick from-some sweet and savory. The baked goods aren't only American, they feature desserts from different cultures such as Korea and Portugal! The service is pleasant but most of the pastries are self serve unless you would like a cake or coffee. All my interactions with staff have been good. The ambiance is clean and welcoming. I believe they have free wifi and open till at least 9pm. It would be great for students, remote workers, friends groups or solo! Another well situated and clean location of Paris Baguette with pastries, cakes, teas and coffees, pre-made sandwiches and more. It's not the largest location but there seem to be enough tables and seating. Otherwise there are plenty of things to grab and go. No real complaints as it's what's expected at a PB. Beautiful modern store with gorgeous interior and wonderful floor tiles. They had all popular PB bakery items on display. Lots of sitting area, all clean and well maintained. We went to get a cake. It was evening hours, so a lot of the popular ones were sold out, still we had 5-6 kinds to pick from. Cake was packed precisely in the box, got knife and candles with it. Staff were very friendly and got our order ready super fast. The mini strawberry soft cream cake was pure quality. Delicious! Newly opened in the area. We've been to others and are happy that one opened up closer to us. The pastries are delicious, they are so light and airy with a buttery flavor. Lots of different choices. My wife really likes the crab cake pastry and I enjoyed the apple croissant. The pastry are not overly sweet, which is good. We bought a bunch of other things to bring home. Prices are not bad either. Service is pleasant, especially when the owner is in the store, he is very nice and friendly. I went in on Tuesday evening to pick up an order I had already placed, and it wasn't even ready. After I showed my receipt, the staff member handed me the cake by slamming it onto the counter without a word. I also tried to order drinks, and he made them while aggressively slamming everything he touched. On top of all that, the cake didn't even have the message I had requested on it. The whole experience was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I will never come back here again. Stay away from this place. read more

Overall good bakery..... but the coffee not so great. Sometimes the pastries can be a hit and miss. Staff is pretty mute.... I still remember one staff ( Asian guy ) held onto my coffee and pastries bag because I was a bit slow giving the outstanding balance of 1 penny.....true story. Items ordered were not delivered. Paris Baguette took it upon themselves to substitute available items and prices were not equivalent. Paris Baguette did not adjust price difference. Also placed order in the morning for early evening delivery so, Paris Baguette had all day to call and they never did. Called Paris Baguette after delivery and staff lied about calling to inform of unavailable items. The cakes are amaze!!!! The fruit cake is my favorite. It is so light and airy and not overly sweet. The pastries and more savory bread options are so good just make sure you grab a tray and tongs or you will get the stare from people who work there. Grab a bag of Texas toast. Been here multiple times to try and give the benefit of the doubt and the same things happen over and over again. You need to watch as they make any espresso beverages. I order extra shots of espresso and have paid extra for them. I have then watched multiple staff members not put them and hand me my drink. When I pointed it out to them they lied point blank to my face. Even though I saw them make it. They have basically stolen money from me. Save yourself the headache and go to the one in Montvale. This is the lowest quality Paris Baguette I've seen. read more

I have been to so many Paris baguette locations over the years but this location seems to be over baking all the puff pastry items. Came by tonight for some croissants and they are ALL too well done. Just at the edge of inedibly burned. Terrible. No wonder they have so many trays of them available untouched. I hope they realize no one wants burnt pastries. Paris baguette locations usually offers fresh baked good and good taste for the price. I bought some pasties that were placed next to the window. I think the sun must have spoiled them. We got really sick. Not the type to report them to health authorities but they need to be aware of temp and conditions so their pastries don't spoil. read more
