Came into Bunbury's to cool off, but did not have a pleasant experience. As much as I am very lenient on the "entire world is short staffed, please be patient," this cafe did not qualify for this category. There were plenty of staff members preparing orders, but it seemed chaotic. Aside from my order taking a lot longer than patiently expected, lids were not provided for the coffees, my Iced Cafe Latte tasted burned and not enjoyable. I hope, that this was a one off, because Bunbury's has potential and plenty of good selections.

This was such a cute coffee shop with plenty of pastries and snacks to make anyone happy. I stopped by after a hike and although it was almost 4pm the place was pretty packed. With limited seating, most people were ordering to go, but they have a cute little seating area with free books to read and a couple of games. The coffee itself was delicious (I got an iced caramel latte) and they have plenty of teas for those who prefer the alternative. They also have cakes/cookies/etc. I got a raisin scone, and although I'm not a huge fan of raisins, it was good! Definitely recommend stopping here!

I loved this little coffee shop while I stopped in the charming town of Piermont! It has a variety of drink options and pastries, muffins, snacks for everyone--even vegans! ***My only stipulation that would maybe make me take off half a star is due to how expensive it is. My matcha was $6!!! That's is more than NYC.*** However, it was tasty and they had unsweetened almond milk and stevia which is a huge bonus in my book and the reason I splurged . I would come back and try other things like their fresh baked chocolate chip banana bread that I was so tempted by. Or their stuffed croissant muffins with jam or Nutella. Stop by and support the little guys!

Quaint cozy coffee shop that sells pastry and books. Had their iced latte with raspberry and it hit the spot. 3.8 stars for their service and tasty drink.

Perfect place to spend time on a Sunday, watching the bikers pass by in the window, and enjoying a iced chai (they use powder, not syrup- big plus) and a fresh muffin.

PROS: The place is very cute inside and fits into the neighborhood. Looks like a nice lounge place that offers free water and is pet friendly. Many cyclists, hikers, and laptop workers come here with nice prices and fresh baked goods. You can even read/buy books from here. The workers are also nice. CONS: Despite two fans this place doesn't have a good a/c system and it is cramped. The service is a tad slow which makes a line form. OVERALL: Very nice place that's meant to support a few people at a time. Just don't go in when it's crowded

The cutest coffeehouse EVER! Before I even get into the food / beverages, let me just say that I love that Bunbury's is named in reference to The Importance of Being Earnest, one of my fave Oscar Wilde plays. Seriously, I might love this place just as much as I love that show. We came here this past weekend following an awesome Yelp Event at neighboring DVINE PIES Pizza across the street, and I'm sure glad that we stumbled upon this great little hidden gem! They actually have some of the best iced tea I've ever had, and this is coming from a girl who used to work in a tea shop that sold custom-made tea blends. The Cranberry Orange iced tea is to die for, and I'm still thinking about how good it was a few days later. It has a wonderfully warm, fruity flavor with subtle hints of vanilla. Honestly, it doesn't even need sweetener - the natural flavors are so good as is! Extra kudos to Bunbury's for keeping the tea away from the coffee... nothing worse than when you can taste coffee flavor in your iced tea. Ew. I also got an Espresso con Panna (my fave coffee drink), and it was strong and had a great, bold flavor. The prices are cheaper than even some of the local coffeehouses we have in Rhode Island, so I was pleased, and so was my wallet! Because I had a few extra bucks to spare, I treated myself to a house made mini blueberry muffin, which hit the spot after an afternoon of savory delights at the pizza place. Yum! The coffee shop itself is very warm and homey, and you'll want to bring a book or a laptop to get some work or leisure done. It's a popular spot on weekends, especially with cyclists, and they have ample bike racks outside. The folks that work here couldn't be nicer, including the friendly mother-son team behind the counter, plus the other young lady who took my order with a smile! The cheerful atmosphere of Bunbury's matches the small-town charm of downtown Piermont, and should be at the top of your list for a great cup of coffee, tea, or treats when you visit this cute little town!

Not worth the wait or price. Super cute decor and they have games. In a very cute town by the water. Can get crowded.

Croissant was SO GOOD - the cheese was really melty and the croissant was so fresh and flakey. The chocolate chip cookie was also really good - you can tell they use really good quality chocolate and it was one of those cookies where the crust is crunchy and the middle part is softer. The cookie also had a ton of chocolate so definitely a must try if you like your cookies with less dough (but not overly sweet!) Overall, would come back to try other pastries. TIP: Gets crowded on the weekends with bikers. Go early or late afternoon to ensure you get parking. They do have a parking lot but it can fill up fast.

The shop is small but they use the space wisely, nice counter filled with one hit after the other. Literally everything in there looks magnificent. Today I went with a double shot of espresso and a chocolate peanut butter chip cookie. Service is prompt and professional. We sat at a picnic table outside the bakery. The espresso was quite good, nice well rounded flavor. The cookie was decadence personified! Chocolatey, pops of peanut butter, in a perfectly chewy cookie. Really enjoyed La Tabatiere!
