Very impressed with this specialty coffee shop! The staff is kind and knowledgeable, they have lots of indoor seating and the prices are $$. I am not one that likes to spend a lot of money on my coffee drinks, but this place is very exceptional. The vanilla cream cold brew was amazing.! Very clean and calm atmosphere. Would definitely come here again if I'm in the area.

    Almond croissant

The pastries here are pure delicious creations from butter! The muffins must have brown butter in them. The almond croissants, have that creamy marzipan custard like filling. The cubed croissants, are so creative, flaky, and hold a tasty filling inside them. What a lovely service and sweet and kind hostess (maybe the owner).

Clean and spacious for a good coffee and chat

Great new coffee shop; interesting iced coffees and lattes, and a few great pastries.

I was visiting friends in Nyack and wanted to bring something special instead of the usual bottle of wine or grocery store dessert. This turned out to be exactly the right place. The display case was filled with beautiful French pastries, fortunately, they tasted every bit as good as they looked. What really stood out was seeing so many locals hanging out enjoying coffee and fresh pastries. That's always a good sign that you've found an authentic neighborhood gem rather than just a place catering to visitors. BB

They had some interesting looking thick quiches, things like croissants, cakes, tarts and macarons (the girl behind the counter corrected my friend by saying "macaroon" which is technically incorrect). I'm a sucker for a good bread pudding but i should have reconsidered since that was the thing they seemed to have plenty of. They didn't heat that or the pear Tartlett up; eating them both cold was unsatisfactory (I know we should have said something but then a line was forming) and I felt sick after eating the bread pudding (perhaps too rich and just too cold and sad). I didn't feel very comfortable in the space, as I was expecting something more quaint and charming vs. old and in need of a makeover and cleaning. This was one experience so I would give it another shot, maybe earlier in the day. Metered street parking or there's a municipal lot around the corner.

The donuts I ordered were the peanut brittle old fashioned ($4), raspberry jam ($4.50), and the pecan pie filled donut ($4.50). The peanut brittle old fashioned was a cake donut. There was a nice texture, but a little tough at the same time if that makes sense. The peanut brittle was not overly done, and the frosting was good too. The raspberry jam was solid, just not enough jelly and the donut was lighter than I thought. The pecan pie filled was easily the best. It was one of the top donuts I ever had. It was so unique with the pecan pie filling. It was just very satisfying and delicate. The icing was a great compliment along with the crunch from the pecans that were on top. Will I go back? Yes.
