Really good coffee. I don't eat a lot of sweets but the family has been consistently blown away and, from the bites I've had, I agree!

I've also tried the Bavarian, Nutella, guava and jelly cronuts, and must admit I'm enamored with the generous size of the fillings.

I'll put it simply Our first visit to this establishment was…read morequite pleasant. The restaurants interior is warm and cozy, with outside seating and a well stocked bar. Service was decent and pleasant. Then came the food. Steak tartare, oysters and Beef Bourguinon. The only complaint the steak tartare, no t the best a lil bland. But otherwise everything else was tasty. Now the second visit as a completely different story. We observed a lobster salad, off menu and asked if we could have one. Well, it looked a lot better than what it was. It was totally bland and certainly not a pound and a half of lobster meat. It was truly disappointing. We ordered some oysters which were fresh and tasty but that lobster salad was definitely lacking. All in all the first visit hands down was truly a nice affair but our second visit was disappointing. For me consistency is key , shouldn't be hit and miss

I ordered an old fashioned that came to the table red, and when I questioned the look the waiter assured me it was an old fashioned. Upon tasting it, it had the correct ingredients, but so little bourbon that the color and balance of the drink was off. Then, for the entrees, we both ordered the filet mignon au poivre. The steak was fine, as were the vegetables, but not worth $44 by any stretch. On top of that, the "frites" were clearly frozen rather than freshly made. The waiter was nice, and we enjoyed the ambiance. But we were blown away by the gap in quality of the food and its cost. When you visit French restaurants you expect a certain tier of cuisine that Brasserie seems to be emulating on the surface but swinging and missing on in reality. Not worth the visit unfortunately. Try elsewhere and you'll undoubtedly be more satisfied.

The baklava cookie with the honey dip was my favorite of the cookies we got. We ordered online ahead of time and our order was ready when we arrived. We purchased these a few days before Christmas. I never had these types of 'cookies', I always thought it was all hype, but figured I'd try it and see how it is. I came into it thinking the cookies would also be overly-sweet, especially due to the size and filling of them. Boy was I wrong. We ordered a cookies and cream and two Biscoff. The cookies and cream was SO good. None of us like cream per-say, more so in cookies, so it was surprising that we LOVED it and it WORKED. None of them were filled with TOO much cream, which would've overpowered everything else in the cookie. Not only that, but they were big and soft, but not too soft - just firm enough to have a good bite. The Biscoff were DELICIOUS. I never though a cookie....with a COOKIE in it would be a thing - let alone taste THIS good. The lady at the front was very nice and answered all of our questions and broke down their selections. We will definitely be returning, they have 3 cookies for $15 and that's what we got. They were warm, so we had to heat them up when we got home, but man were they amazing with milk. They had a few other cookies I wanted to try, too. We will definitely be back soon!!!
