It was supposed to be delivered the night before the party, but the delivery was cancelled 15-20 minutes ahead of the store's closing time. With such short notice, I was unable to pick up that evening, and the store does not open early enough for me to pick up the next morning ahead of the scheduled party. The staff were not very helpful or accommodating. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told he was out due to a family emergency and there was no covering supervisor I could be directed to. Since I never received the cookie cake I paid for, I tried disputing it through my credit card company. Despite repeated attempts to get my money back for an item never received as a result of circumstances beyond my control, Great American Cookies refused to credit me. I would hate to see anyone else end up in a similar predicament where you pay a lot of money for a service you never receive. Go elsewhere for your next cookie cake purchase!!!!!!
