The food is awesome delicious nutritious as well as the smoothies and pure fruit drinks. So many food items to choose from. For those of you who want to eat clean food this is the place to go. The restaurant itself is one of the most cleaniest establishment i've ever been to and i've been to many. We had chosen Rock's Kitchen for our establishment to feed our client's. many of them have not eaten this kind of food before and they enjoy it as much as i do. Prices are reasonable and worth it. read more

Glad there is a spot like this in stony pt...very easy to make a bad choice when eating out esp if you want fast...but Rocks is always healthy, good, fast and nicely priced. I usually get açaí bowls there the very berry with PB that's always a home run. Staff always very nice and ready when you are type of service. I recently went in for an açaí bowl and was told to pick a coupon out of this tub a promotion they were doing for their 3 yr anniversary and it was for a free açaí bowl. They honored it right then and there! Hope Rock's is here to stay for many more yrs to come. Keep up the good work...support local and small businesses!!!! read more

Found this place yesterday while we were in the area for a kids' soccer tournament, and so glad we stopped in. The choices are really good, the açaí bowl was bigger than I usually see at other places, like Planet Smoothie, and the toppings and ingredients were great. Additionally, the workers were nice and friendly. We ended up talking to the owner also, and he is really great. It's nice to see a hands on owner who cares and is interactive. The prices were very reasonable, much cheaper than some of the similar places I've been to. We will def stop by next time we are in the area. read more

Great experience! Sweet staff. They even gave us a free açaí bowl on the house because the previous customers had requested something different. My kids loved it! What a convenient place with healthier options in the area. We will definetly be going back. read more

Had the most wholesome experience at Rock's Kitchen. The man, who I believe was the owner, treated my family and I with the kindest and most welcoming respect. Him and the girl who rung us up were incredibly helpful. We ordered smoothie bowls before hand but took a little bit to get there. They kept our bowls nice and cold in their refrigerator/freezer and it was absolutely delicious. Rock's kitchen definitely needs more recognition for their amazing food, drink, smoothie bowl selection and especially for their immaculate customer service. read more

I am so happy to found this place. I'm new to the area and I had been driving 18-20 minutes to get a good smoothie bowl. The owners daughter was so helpful who really sold us on the food! She was engaging in conversation with us but didn't miss a best while she was prepping food. We got the white coliflower pizza and most coliflower pizza or gluten free pizza is kind of sad this one was not it may not look like much but it had a punch of flavor that was a nice punch to my taste buds lol. We are very excited they offer meal prepping I had been looking to find one online but I'd be happy to support them in my future endeavors! They are really allergens friendly most everything was gluten free and they are willing to shift their food to support a vegetarian diet. My husband got the parm chicken meal prep food and said it was super flavorful. I was also very happy to see every ingredient listed including information about ehe sauces! Most places just say BBQ but they listed information about it. read more

Went there to eat! Wasn't impressed with the food and service was slow! Place was clean at least.

The food here is great and there are so many healthy options! The smoothies and acai bowls are delicious, but there are also other great meal options! I have tried the pizza and zoodles and enjoyed both. There's a lot of meal prep options too. This is a great place and I definitely recommend it! read more

Stopped in for an acai bowl on our way home from Bethel Woods. The acai bowl I asked for wasn't made exactly how I expected, but delicious just the same. When I bought it to the attention of the employee that it wasn't exactly what I expected, who I assume to have been Rock stepped in & asked what the problem was. I explained it to him. The employee offered to make me a new one which was totally not necessary. I commenced to eat the acai bowl & much to my surprise, Rock bought over to me a new acai bowl, exactly how I expected the first one to be, free if charge. I told him it was not at all necessary and he insisted and said, customer satisfaction is the most important thing. I thanked him repeatedly. What a gracious way to handle the situation. He is truly a businessman who appreciates & understands customer satisfaction & I will definitely stop in again if we are in the area. Thank you again Rock!! We need a Rock's Kitchen on Long Island in Suffolk County!! Would love to try their gluten free pizza! read more

My husband and I discovered this neighborhood gem soon after moving to the area and I am sooo glad we did. There should be an option for 0 stars. This place does not serve healthy food it's disgusting. Greasy, soggy and horrid flavor. I literally threw it in the garbage. The bowl was not edible. The pizza was burnt, soggy, oddly spongy, loaded with salt and had the most disgusting cardboard flavor. The smoothie tasted like dirty water. I don't get it. Who's reviewing this place ? Their friends ?? I honestly tried to make the best of my trip there but words cannot express how gross it was. Try it if you're brave it's literally the worst "Health" food restaurant I've ever been to. read more

I've been to Rocks kitchen about 5 times now and every time is delish! Today we walked in to take out some lunch and it was the first time Rock wasn't there, but thankfully the two young men behind the counter/kitchen were so embracing and courteous! We ordered 2 pizzas and they recommended soups or sweets to go with them, even gave me a taste of the Chicken Verde soup made fresh today that was so good, I ordered a container to go! It's so nice to know that even when the owner isn't there his employees are doing a great job and the food is still on point! read more

It's so great to have a place this like in Stony Point. In the land of bobos and diner food, it's hard to find a place serving up genuinely healthy foods that aren't salads. Rock's Kitchen is full of delicious, creative options -- from pizzas with protein-packed chicken crust to low carb alternatives like zoodles and cauliflower rice. Everything I've tried so far has been super fresh and tasty. Prices are very reasonable with plenty of options under $10.
