The restaurant itself is one of the most cleaniest establishment i've ever been to and i've been to many. Glad there is a spot like this in stony pt...very easy to make a bad choice when eating out esp if you want fast...but Rocks is always healthy, good, fast and nicely priced. I usually get açaí bowls there the very berry with PB that's always a home run. Staff always very nice and ready when you are type of service. I recently went in for an açaí bowl and was told to pick a coupon out of this tub a promotion they were doing for their 3 yr anniversary and it was for a free açaí bowl. Found this place yesterday while we were in the area for a kids' soccer tournament, and so glad we stopped in. The choices are really good, the açaí bowl was bigger than I usually see at other places, like Planet Smoothie, and the toppings and ingredients were great. Additionally, the workers were nice and friendly. We ended up talking to the owner also, and he is really great. It's nice to see a hands on owner who cares and is interactive. The prices were very reasonable, much cheaper than some of the similar places I've been to. We will def stop by next time we are in the area. read more

Had the most wholesome experience at Rock's Kitchen. The man, who I believe was the owner, treated my family and I with the kindest and most welcoming respect. Him and the girl who rung us up were incredibly helpful. We ordered smoothie bowls before hand but took a little bit to get there. They kept our bowls nice and cold in their refrigerator/freezer and it was absolutely delicious. I am so happy to found this place. I'm new to the area and I had been driving 18-20 minutes to get a good smoothie bowl. The owners daughter was so helpful who really sold us on the food! She was engaging in conversation with us but didn't miss a best while she was prepping food. We got the white coliflower pizza and most coliflower pizza or gluten free pizza is kind of sad this one was not it may not look like much but it had a punch of flavor that was a nice punch to my taste buds lol. We are very excited they offer meal prepping I had been looking to find one online but I'd be happy to support them in my future endeavors! They are really allergens friendly most everything was gluten free and they are willing to shift their food to support a vegetarian diet. My husband got the parm chicken meal prep food and said it was super flavorful. I was also very happy to see every ingredient listed including information about ehe sauces! Stopped in for an acai bowl on our way home from Bethel Woods. The acai bowl I asked for wasn't made exactly how I expected, but delicious just the same. When I bought it to the attention of the employee that it wasn't exactly what I expected, who I assume to have been Rock stepped in & asked what the problem was. I explained it to him. The employee offered to make me a new one which was totally not necessary. I commenced to eat the acai bowl & much to my surprise, Rock bought over to me a new acai bowl, exactly how I expected the first one to be, free if charge. I told him it was not at all necessary and he insisted and said, customer satisfaction is the most important thing. I thanked him repeatedly. What a gracious way to handle the situation. He is truly a businessman who appreciates & understands customer satisfaction & I will definitely stop in again if we are in the area. Thank you again Rock!! There should be an option for 0 stars. This place does not serve healthy food it's disgusting. Greasy, soggy and horrid flavor. I literally threw it in the garbage. The bowl was not edible. The pizza was burnt, soggy, oddly spongy, loaded with salt and had the most disgusting cardboard flavor. The smoothie tasted like dirty water. I don't get it. Who's reviewing this place ? Their friends ?? I honestly tried to make the best of my trip there but words cannot express how gross it was. I've been to Rocks kitchen about 5 times now and every time is delish! Today we walked in to take out some lunch and it was the first time Rock wasn't there, but thankfully the two young men behind the counter/kitchen were so embracing and courteous! We ordered 2 pizzas and they recommended soups or sweets to go with them, even gave me a taste of the Chicken Verde soup made fresh today that was so good, I ordered a container to go! It's so nice to know that even when the owner isn't there his employees are doing a great job and the food is still on point! read more

The minute i opened the door and smelled the food cooking i wanted to eat everything it smelled so Good.
