THE FOOD ----------------…read more+ 99.9% of the food was EXCELLENT!!! + Picanha, Sirloin, Beef Ribs, Garlic Picanha, Lamb, Sausage, Bacon-Wrapped Chicken, Grilled Pineapple and all of the Salad Bar food was absolutely delicious. ++++ All of the mentioned pieces of steak were fresh, juicy, tender and verrrrrry flavorful. Also, the meats weren't very gamey at all, which tends to be my gripe with churrascarias. ++++ Grilled pineapple was to die for and the perfect way to complete our meal. Easily could have eaten 10 slices of this! + Salad Bar was surprisingly quite large with many different salads, pastas, rice, beans, maduros, soups and freshly sliced fruit. - The pieces of Filet Mignon were really the only disappointment as they were well done and just not very tasty. THE SERVICE ------------------- + All of the waiters were friendly and on point with their service. ++++ Very quick in clearing our plates. ++++ Refilled our water multiple times. + All of the gauchos bringing the meat skewers and carving up the meats were friendly and accommodating with letting us grab multiple slices/pieces of meat. THE SURROUNDINGS ------------------------------- + Supppppper spacious, clean restaurant with classy, modern decor. + Located on level 1 across from Cheesecake Factory. RANDOM OBSERVATIONS -------------------------------------- = We dined in at around 12:20ish on a rainy Saturday afternoon and we were the verrrrry first customers inside. In fact, there were only 3 other tables occupied during the 1.5 hours that we were there, so there were A LOTTTTT of empty tables. It was quite strange being the only customers in this large restaurant for a good 45 minutes, so they were bringing the meats out for just us! CONCLUSION -------------------- = Didn't expect that Picanha would be right up there with the best churrascarias I've ever been to, but not only are they up there with the best, but they MIGHT BE MY FAVORITE....ever!

It is currently priced at $67 per person for the full experience, this is the place to go to for Great Brazilian cuts as well as saving a few extra dollars compared to Fogo De Chao, you get the same/better experience for cheaper. Service was 10/10, server were coming around every other minute with different cuts each time and after a few different ones they had asked if we prefer any cuts to be served. Our drink was always refilled and we had different workers asking us how everything was through the whole lunch. Everyone was very attentive the whole time! Atmosphere was calm and great to have a family/friends lunch/dinner here. Will definitely be coming here more often as well as introducing it to family and friends. Simply put, our $600 dining experience was pathetic to say the least. So let's take it from the top..... Made a reservation a week beforehand and proceeded to be walked passed numerous available tables to be seated completely in the back of the restaurant by the kitchen door. Let's just say.. no windows, no atmosphere just a kitchen door swinging open and shut the entire meal and UNBEARABLE HEAT. It must've been 85 degrees where our table was and we could've been easily sat somewhere else to alleviate this issue but instead when we told the staff how uncomfortable it was they said they'd turn the AC down and made a joke about us having the meat sweats... This was not a laughing matter, be professional, you claim to be an upscale establishment. The service was comical. We've dined at plenty of Brazilian steakhouses before so we knew the routine but talk about being annoyed the entire meal. After being in our seats for no more than a minute we are bombarded by 2 or 3 servers at once with meat. How about a greeting and some drinks first, give us a second to get settled. My aggravation really started when we were served HOT WATER, not ice water, not room temperature water but hot water. We had to ask for glasses of ice but it melted in a few short minutes. Trying to make the best out of the situation we ordered a bottle of wine and sure enough the red wine was hot in temperature as well. Knowing we were fighting a losing battle with this heat we did our best to eat and made the effort to leave quickly. Somehow we went from being bombarded with servers to just sitting around hoping someone would come to our table to offer us another meat or anything at this point. Yes, our cards were all flipped to the green side. I even stuck it on my forehead at one point using all the sweat dripping down my face. In conclusion, what a terrible dining experience...by the end we walked out drenched in sweat after begging for the check. Not even a simple apology for anything. I could go on and on but I leave it at this, $600 well spent I guess. You should be ashamed of yourselves LeBlon Steakhouse, thank you for ruining my birthday dinner. Side note: Don't believe the hype like I did, the buffet was severely lacking in options and the food was sub par.

Unfortunately, the reality did not match the marketing. Instead of being offered these premium selections, we were repeatedly served chicken and lower-cost meats, which filled us up long before we had a chance to try many of the cuts prominently featured on the menu. To make matters worse, when one of the premium cuts finally came around, my wife became full and saved a portion to take home. We were then told by the manager that we could not take it to go because they consider themselves a "buffet-style restaurant." This was surprising, as nowhere during the ordering process was this clearly explained, nor is that the dining experience they promote. We paid $74 per person expecting to enjoy the meats advertised and reasonably assumed that any uneaten portion of food we had already been served could be taken home. The manager repeatedly stated that it was their policy and even acknowledged that the food would be thrown away rather than allowing us to take home what we had paid for. That was frustrating and wasteful. The service only added to the disappointment. Our waitress lacked personality, provided very little explanation of how the dining experience worked, and failed to mention the no-takeout policy before encouraging us to order the most expensive option on the menu. Had these policies and limitations been clearly communicated upfront, our expectations would have been very different. For the price charged, the experience felt misleading, the service was poor, and the value simply wasn't there. We will not be returning.

So I said you know what... let me try Texas de Brazil. I went on a Monday--figured it wouldn't be packed, no reservation needed. And it's just me... table for one. Now let me be clear--I'm not trying to spend an arm and a leg. I got cocktail dresses, wigs, and heels to fund So I went with the salad area buffet. Unlimited salad and charcuterie? I'm good with that. It's $31.99 and you get three sides included. They gave me fried banana--I thought it was plantains. Nope. A whole yellow banana, fried in sugar till it caramelized. Baby... AMAZING. You also get delicious crispy fries and creamy, silky mashed potatoes with a little skin in there. They were so good. They also give you a basket of Brazilian cheese bread. Salad is salad--your usual suspects. Romaine, spring mix, all the fixings. But I wasn't there for that. I was there for the charcuterie And they did not disappoint. A whole spread--cheeses, cured meats, olives, hearts of palm, roasted peppers, marinated artichokes. Fresh mozzarella, manchego, goat cheese, salami, prosciutto... Also pineapple carpaccio. The thinnest slices of pineapple fried in sugar for a delicious glaze. Was a good palate cleanser to combat the saltiness of the charcuterie. I could have eaten the whole platter. If you want to see the entire spread go to the website. But what got me? Smoked salmon. They had me at smoked salmon. Add some red onions and capers? I'm sitting there feeling like somebody's Bubbe Oh--and yes, they had linen napkins and actual water glasses. Real cute. Shame there were no linen tablecloths though... I love that kind of detail. Please look into it. I washed it all down with caipirinhas--had the traditional lime and the strawberry. Both did what they were supposed to do. They even serve their soda in wine glasses. Fancy AF lol Service? Amazing. From the hostesses to my server, Deliah--she was a doll. Answered all my questions like a pro. I left full and happy. Ngl the meats did look delicious. So one day I'll bite the bullet and get the full experience. I did order dessert. I got the pecan coconut pie. Didn't taste much coconut but it was good. PS: The bathroom? Clean and FABULOUS. Something about a full door stall that goes all the way up to the ceiling... yeah, that does it for me

Invest in blinds so that the cars parking don't shine their headlights through the windows. Make sure the waiters make eye contact with the guests, don't let them walk away from the table and not serve everyone. Verify that the food being served is not being over seasoned and is the correct temperature. The salad bar was good ! Make sure the grease catchers are emptied, ( they spilled grease on my pants ) Fix the bathroom doors, both men's and women's doors are being blocked open and that is not classy. I want to bring my family ( party of six ) back, but these deficiencies cannot continue.

It was not a bad drive from College Point, around 40 minutes crossing the bridge. Parking is super limited since they have a small parking lot and street parking could be a little challenging. The restaurant is very small but very cozy. Their decor is very elegant with low lighting. I really loved the service and how attentive our waiter was; he gave recommendations and explained the whole rodizio experience. They have a small salad bar with a selection of cold pasta salad, Caesar salad, arugula salad, white rice and different sauces. The waiter brought sweet plantains and cheesy bread balls to the table which were both absolutely delightful. Now the meats; I honestly enjoyed all the meats but my favorite were the skirt steak, picanha, chorizo and the chicken hearts. I loved that they bring the meat to your liking temperature wise; we requested medium well which was so juicy and tasty. You definitely get your moneys worth since you can keep repeating as much as you want. They end the meal with a beautiful slice of pineapple with cinnamon which is sweet. Since it was my birthday, my boyfriend requested a tres leches for the table which was honestly the most delicious tres leches I have ever had. It was a generous portion and was so moist and sweet. Enjoyed every bite of it. I will definitely be returning the next time I have a steak craving again.

The sides are good but not great, but that's not what you come here for. They have some meat add-ons that cost extra and they were intriguing but not enough for us to order them. The meats were delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection. The server asks how you like your meats cooked prior to the service starting. They've got most of the typical cuts for rodizio and it's finished off with cinnamon-coated pineapple. Brazeiro just might be the new go-to for rodizio.

I very much have always loved the experience of Texas de Brazil…read more I love the cheesy bread, the salad bar and tried a really yummy Brazilian soda this time around. At the salad bar, I got some cheese, prosciutto, rice, potato salad, green beans, asparagus and potatoes au gratin. The only thing I found worth getting again was the potato salad but I didn't even need it because the mashed potatoes they bring out were enough for me, they're pretty good. I didn't like how the vegetables were all cold. The potatoes au gratin were warm but weren't good in my opinion but I was here for the steak so let's get to it: Picanha top sirloin - fire honestly, my favorite. Perfectly cooked. No notes whatsoever. This heavily weighed my rating. Tri tip - Pretty good taste, could've been more rare in my opinion. Flank - Okay, a little tougher than I was expecting. Garlic steak - Tough, not garlicky enough, overdone :/ not good. Barbeque ribs - Alot of cartilage, flavor was fine, not my favorite especially when there's steak involved. Bacon-wrapped filet - it was first brought out well done so I asked if they had it more rare. The server was nice enough to put in a medium rare request for me! He came back in about 5-10 minutes and it was more medium than rare (he asked me if it was alright and I lied because I didn't want to cause more stress so that's on me lol) I will say that it was definitely more rare than that first one and was more tender than the garlic steak but it fully absorbed the bacon flavor and it was a bit too much for me to enjoy. Other notes: I avoided the chicken because I remembered that it tends to be dry and I was right based on my family's reactions. I'm not a huge fan of sausage but my brother did have three of them so they're probably good lmao. The bananas are a good palate cleanser for in between and after. Since my birthday is coming up, I got a piece of the banana's foster pie and it was good! Just could do without the nuts inside personally. I would try something else next time probably. I think overall, Texas de Brazil is a bit hit or miss but I do enjoy the experience of trying and comparing different cuts, and there are some really good ones that make it worth it especially when I've been to expensive steakhouses that definitely don't have anything as good as that amazing picanha steak.
