No. Hard no. "Do you make the cookies in house?" "No, but they're hand made by bakers" By who? The continental cookie company? The first bite you knew exactly what you just got ripped off for. The staff, was rude. "The ingredients are flown in from Europe and the cookies are handmade in the city" are you sure? "do you think I'm lying?" With an attitude? Well. Yes. In fact do less. Because if the ingredients are flown in from Europe they should know what they're doing with them because these my dear are from the continental cookie company. But don't bark at me when it's the single most dry cookie I've ever attempted to eat. The raspberry jam was so artificial. For 43.00 a pound at least get GOOD bulk cookies. Because for an employee to be as nasty and defensive but have an answer for everything? Just say you were wrong and move on, nope you wanted to argue. Brunette, glove on, to serve the dry cookies, only to then touch the lids with said glove between. Took cash while wearing glove, made change (23.00 for 5 small cookies and 2 small coffees) and then with the same hand put the cookies in a bag, while with the glove fiddling with stickers to close the bag. 7.50+ each for small coffees (one latte one cappuccino) neither made properly. An amalgamation of crumpled sugar packets that look like they'd been taken from other establishments stuffed in a small tin on the counter. You want to be some form of Parisian patisserie? Pretend better. Over priced and the entire case looks awful and if you're going to employ people who would rather play on their phone than do their job? At least make sure they can be composed. The young blonde was polite and kind throughout, the dark haired employee? Thankyou for telling us you're not the owner, because the owner should really evaluate your customer service. Needless to say we went back in to return the cookies because the one my husband choked down was enough but the abhorrent attitude solidified this being a terrible experience.

The atmosphere here is absolutely lovely--the interior design perfectly complements the European vibe they're going for. You can really feel the care and intention behind every detail. The knowledge of the staff truly stood out! She was incredibly informative about the cakes and pastries and even took the time to recommend latte flavor profiles that paired beautifully with the desserts. That level of expertise made the experience feel extra special. The entire staff was sweet, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. It's the kind of place that makes you want to linger and come back again. Wishing them nothing but continued success and a long, thriving future--this is a place the community is lucky to have!

My friend spotted this hidden gem as we finished our coffee and deserve from next door. I just wanted to take a look but was instantly attracted to what is inside of the shop: the paintings, the chandelier, the furniture, tables and seats, and music etc. I had to experience it! We ended up with delicious tea and chatted for another hour. I highly recommend anyone to visit and experience it on your own.

We bought a variety of things, everything looked beautiful! However, almost everything was stale! I was quite shocked.

The prices do not reflect their quality. Much too pricey for what they serve. Outrageous prices.

No guessing, no worrying like you may have from a restaurant you've never been to. I've been coming here for a few years and every experience was above expectation. I feel like family when I step in the door. Joe is always extremely accommodating making sure my reservation is held even if I got stuck in traffic coming from Brooklyn. Memo and Omid also make sure all aspects of your service is perfect. Some of the best quality food you will eat. Some of the best service you will ever have. Very fair prices, no rush, no problems, great wine, beer, drink menus, great food selections and deserts. This restaurant is set in the heart of Piermont which is a quaint little town with interesting shops. It's set by the Hudson River and very close to the Tappan Zee Bridge. For starter we had the beet salad, coconut shrimp, and the crab cake. Of course they were all delicious. They served fresh baked bread hot out of the oven. For mains we had the Halibut Provençal served with Basmati rice and snow peas. We also had the Pan Sear King Salmon served soba Japanese noodles and asparagus. For desert we had the Bailey's Cheesecake, and the Motrin Dark Chocolate Cake. I cannot stress how great everything always is. It is with the drive to come here. I highly recommend them.
