If you're looking for a unique dessert spot in Rockland, Robins Creamery is absolutely worth the visit. The combination of ube and matcha is unbelievably creamy, smooth, and rich without being overly sweet. The ube has that perfect nutty vanilla-like flavor with a deep, authentic taste, while the matcha is earthy, bold, and balanced beautifully. Swirling the two together makes every bite even better. What really stands out is the texture it was light, fluffy, and silky soft serve that melts perfectly. The flavors taste fresh and premium, not artificial at all. The presentation is also gorgeous, making it almost too pretty to eat. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staffs make the experience even better. They also serve bubble milk teas, Dubai chocolate cup and more!! They even have a pretty mirror to take picture with read more

I'm giving Robin's Creamery another try after two very different experiences here. My first visit was five stars. The flavors were excellent, everything tasted great, and the cones were big and solid. My next visit dropped to three stars because service was painfully slow with only one employee working, and then we discovered that our cones had hollow centers. So we came back and gave them another chance. This time, service was speedy. There were three people working, everyone was friendly, and we got our orders quickly. The ice cream tasted great all around too. But... the products are still inconsistent. Two people had the ube cones, and those were solid. Three other people received hollow centers in their cones and cup. It's just disappointing. Everything was also extra soft this time. The ice cream was much meltier than what we've experienced here before. Not bad tasting, just noticeably different. So yes, this visit was better. Much better service and great flavor, but we still didn't walk away feeling the same way we did after that first five star visit. At $9 per cone, I think they need to deliver a more consistent product. The flavors are good and there's clearly something worth coming back for, but when the experience can vary this much from visit to visit, it's hard to justify that price. read more

Found Robins after having dinner around the area. I'm a big fan of matcha ice cream and after looking at the pics and reviews I was looking forward to this spot. I ended up getting the matcha and ube ice cream in a cup ($10). Don't get fooled by the cup size, the amount they give is a lot. I was pretty full after I finished the cup. The matcha had good flavor and it was creamy and didn't taste watery. The ube was a nice combo. If you're in the mood for matcha ice cream, I highly recommend Robins Creamery. * Parking in premise * Indoor dining available * Cute interior read more

Super cute little place highly recommend the staff is always sweet and polite and helpful and everything I've ordered has been impeccable

Came in on a summer Monday night in August after some fun in Lake Welch. Young man Kayzo welcomed us warmly and happily assisted us with making a decision. We tried a couple of Gelato flavors, the Macha and Ube soft serve. Most of the gato flavors were a bit off, either too sweet too artifical or breeze burned. We ended up liking the match and Ube combo soft serve. Place is small and cool with games to play during your visit. Will stop by again when around the area - reccomend! read more

Robins Creamery - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Nanuet, New York

Robbin's Creamery @ Nanuet We visited this place in Nanuet on the way home from hiking at Bear Mountain. We ordered Ube, Taro and Matcha soft serve. They were all soooo good. Not too light, but with heavy creamy texture. Just that the inside was quite hollow once we dipped into it. read more

Robins Creamery - Vanilla Chai - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Nanuet, New York

Newly opened bubble tea and ice cream/gelato place at The Shops at Nanuet, just in time for summer! The flavors are special and interesting: the soft serve comes in matcha, taro, and ube(!), and the gelato has a wider assortment including flavors like white chocolate salted caramel and red velvet alongside more familiar ones...mmm! I had a custom milk tea float with taro milk tea and lychee popping boba, topped with ube soft serve ice cream and it is delicious! Loved the ube ice cream which is incredible and so creamy. The proprietor was sweet to give my toddler a little cup of his own to taste, which he devoured of course. The inside of the shop is chic and cheerily decorated. We'll be making our way back very soon. read more

Robins Creamery - Ube soft serve - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Nanuet, New York

This is a chill and zen, creamy boba place. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and lax individuals. My best friend and I came here and enjoyed the service from the gentlemen. My best friend got Mint Chocolate Chip gelato (1 scoop) for her boyfriend. Then Strawberry gelato (1 scoop) for herself. Along with 2 Lavender Macaroons. She enjoyed the Strawberry gelato she order along with her 2 Lavender Macoons. Her boyfriend was excited and enjoyed the Mint Chocolate gelato. My best friend even enjoyed the Ube and Matcha soft serve. Then two other ladies tried some of the Ube soft serve and enjoyed it a lot as well. I felt the combination of the Horchata and Marsala Chai mixed was pretty pleasant and subtle. It was not to overpowering or sweet. I felt the the Ube soft serve was pretty flavorful and tasty. The Matcha soft serve was equally delious. Then when everything combined together, it was overall pleasant. Looking forward to going back with my best friend again! read more

Robins Creamery - Boba Tea Float (Ube and matcha soft serve in horchata masala chai tea) - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Nanuet, New York

I think the bubble tea is overpriced.. Taste was good though. Although there were like 2-3 customers ahead of me, it took longer than I expected to have my order ready. The dessert section on the far right side of the menu on the wall, it doesn't clearly indicate if dessert is made with ice cream or not. Some desserts menu seems to be simply just chocolate but some desserts seem to have ice cream inside. read more

Outstanding drinks and service!! Everyone there was super nice and helpful!! I recommend stopping by this place to anyone!

Amazing service, beautiful store just amazing for summer days and they make their food fast

Delicious ice cream/gelato! The workers were very nice. I got a Matcha soft serve and my little one got a vanilla gelato with M&Ms.

1 star only cause there isn't a zero stars option! Went for gelato and apparently putting two different Flavor scoops in 1 cup is a department of health violation. I then opted for 1 scoop on a sugar cone. Ordered two cones. Each scoop Was the size of a golf ball in a tiny sugar cone. The cost was $21.00!!! Oh yeah let me not forget about the cameras that the worker wouldn't mix flavors in a single Cup because "they" will see him. Guess they're linked right to DOH!!! NEVER, EVER, go to this over priced, nothing special "creamery". Baskin Robbin's would give me all 31 flavors in a bucket if I asked. Probably cheaper too! read more

So happy they finally opened and it was well worth the wait! This space is absolutely beautiful from the awesome blossom wall to the table art, they really create a cool and fun atmosphere. Better yet, the staff is lovely, both friendly and attentive. Kiddo loved her ice cream, hubby's boba tea was great and my matcha float was fantastic. You must go support this new local business, I know we will be back real soon. Highly recommended! read more

Ambiance:5/5 Service:4/5 Food: 3/5 We must've went on an off day. The good: Ube soft serve and smores gelato. The bad: Taro Machine wasn't cleaned properly the night before so no taro soft serve, matcha soft serve was sour - not bitter like it's supposed to be, taro bubble tea had absolutely no flavor - which the gentleman/owner? remade but with 6 scoops of powder it still lacked flavor, 7 scoops made it too chalky. My son felt sick after the matcha soft serve and trying the bubble tea. For $50+, it was a disappointing experience. Its a beautiful establishment, just needs improvement in bubble tea recipes and establish quality control in keeping machines clean/proper refrigeration of dairy products. read more

Came here with the wife on a rainy Wednesday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised with this dessert spot. The soft serve ice cream is light and fluffy. The flavors are amazing and isn't overtly sweet but definitely rich in flavor. I got the ube/ matcha swirl and my wife got the ube soft serve in a cone. Definitely going to be going here often since we don't live to far from here. read more

Returned to the establishment because we were trapped in a thunderstorm while shopping, and the staff was so kind. And to update my thoughts on the soft serve: it's actually very soft the second time around, providing a very pleasant eating experience. Definitely becoming a go-to ice cream place in the area. read more

Robins Creamery - Ube/match swirl on a black vanilla cone - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Nanuet, New York

I wish I found out about this place sooner. So happy to see a spot like this In rockland county/bordering Bergen. The spot is conveniently located at the Shops of Nanuet. The shops have a large parking lot plus inside lots within the shops. The inside is clean. There's a nice photo op spot and also variety of games for you to play while you enjoy your sweet. At my first visit, i tried the Ube and Taro ice soft serve. I've never had this and I loved it so much. During another visit I tried the Taro bubble tea with mango jelly. I was worried about this combo but it turned out so so good I wish I got the larger size. The service is always good too. I'll definitely make this my go-to boba spot from now on read more
