    Mango Milk Crush
    Tommy H.

I came by here for a drink after finishing lunch. The drink was pretty tasty but I had to wait over 25 minutes for just one drink. Unfortunately I will not be returning due to the extremely slow service even though there are other drinks and food on the menu that looks tempting. With all the new competition within the mall, I would try my chances elsewhere.

There are kiosks and also a person who can take orders; it's very pretty inside and clean. The jasmine smoothie mixes with taro 5/10 was not so good but that's prob my fault for thinking that combo would work; their tapioca pearls are very fresh and good. The mango smoothie 8/10 with mixed jelly got my kids approval and so did the passion fruit smoothie with mixed jelly 9/10 - but even with less sugar it was still very sweet. The only items without caffeine for kids are the smoothies but also note that the smoothies only come in the large size while the others come in a smaller size option as well.

Taichi needs to open a store all across the state! Their menus really cater to everyone, especially more with all the possible customizations they offer. They have the kiosk stations that right at the entry point so it's easy to skip the line, order on your own and wait at the pick-up side. The custom menu is also on the ledge so you can get started with your picks even before you reach the register. There are also visible examples on what each bowl look like so you can pick your fancy. The person at the register was really helpful, patient and accommodating. She gave recommendations and I did not at all feel rushed. I didn't have to wait long for my order either. It was a quick pickup and I was able to find a seat right away. Most customers did not linger so the turn around is pretty quick. I really love that they have this divider wall between the inside and outside of the store. As if it was pre-meditated and wanted to keep their customers' privacy. If that is the case, thank you! It was well thought! While dining in, I almost forgot that I was in a mall away from the bustling outside. Food is delicious! Boba is delicious! I'll be thinking about that meal in my dreams.

Great service. Lots of boba flavor options. They also have ramen! Tried the mango this time and it was delicious. You can sit in the place or take it to go.

I had an excellent bowl of Ramen here! I ordered the pork miso Ramen, which was outstanding and we also tried the tonkatsu Ramen, which was amazing as well. The broth was savory and the noodles were just silky and delicious. To accompany these bowls of Ramen, we tried two different milk teas, the watermelon and the brown sugar. The brown sugar is their best seller, which was really rich and delicious in flavor. I loved the watermelon one which was a little bit sweeter, yet delicate. The employees were really nice and explained everything and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back to try the different types of Ramen as well as some new bubble teas!

I went there to check out their bubble tea, but their menu kind of threw me off. We asked for a tea with oat milk but they told us we couldn't get it with any milk at all, which is totally different from other places I've been to that let you use any kind of milk. In the end we got a mango slushy with no added sugar and it was super tasty and refreshing!

Newly opened store on 4th floor of Palisade Center mall. Very modern looking store, with bamboo and grass vibe. Lots of merchandise dolls around the store displayed. Two kiosks at entrance of the store to self order. It was very convenient to put the order according my customization. It was ready in few minutes. The lemon mango drink had amazing taste. Very citrusy with hint of mango mixed with green tea. The boba, mango and lychee jelly were so soft. It really great first experience for me.

Great food spot for tea and rice bowl. Tea is good. Bubble is 3/5. Just regular bubble not coat with sugar. Many booths for customers. Quick service. Friendly staff. Cute decor inside. Lots dolls.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. The tonkatsu ramen an indulgent delight of fatty, unctuous, meaty, and umami broth. The noodles were a plush al dente. The brown sugar milk tea boba at 50% sweetness is a blend of rich brown sugar swirled with creamy milk tea. The pearls are a supple pillowy delight. The grapefruit fruit tea is bright and effervescent. The drink is filled with slices of grapefruit, kumquat, and varieties of citrus. It's sweet, tart, floral, and crisp. Good location by the Target and Barnes & Nobles in the Palisades Center mall.

Loved this spot so much we returned more than once while at the mall! Love their milk bubble teas and packaging. I've tried the taro Zangzang and this time had a jasmine strawberry milk tea. Both delicious! Fully customizable with sweetness and ice level. The Zang milk tea was veryyyy dairy heavy (made with whole milk) so keep that in mind but the texture was unique and like nothing I've ever had! The Taichi rice boxes are soo simple but good. Love the sauce and portion sizes are prettty generous. For 2 bubble teas and 2 rice boxes I think we paid about $47 so a little on the pricier side for what you're getting but I do think the food quality is there! You can order via kiosk or if something isn't clear there's helpful staff at the register to answer any questions. Our take out orders are super well packaged, secure and always correct with condiments and utensils.

Double-check that customer orders are fulfilled correctly. Why would I return when I could go to competitors that do it correctly.

We chose the signature option and it definitely did not disappoint. The meats and seafood were delicious. Our waitress was very patience and took her time explaining everything. I've visited numerous times and have recommended it to others. Unfortunately, my experience on Saturday, 2/21, was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had, and it completely ruined my 30th birthday dinner. On 2/9, my actual birthday, I dined there with my brother. The manager at the hostess stand informed me that for parties of four or more, the birthday guest eats free as part of their all-you-can-eat promotion. I was told very clearly that I had up to two weeks from my birthday to redeem the offer. Because I enjoyed my experience that day so much, I made plans to return within that timeframe with the required number of guests. On 2/21, I returned with a party of four, followed the instructions given to me, and informed our server that it was my birthday celebration. He acknowledged the promotion and stated he would simply need to check my ID after we finished dining. At no point prior to us eating was there any mention of a "7-day before and 7-day after" rule. This restriction is not listed on the advertisement, not on the menu, and was never communicated to me previously. After we finished our meal is when everything went completely left. The server returned and informed us that the manager on duty would not honor the promotion because it was supposedly limited to 7 days after the birthday. The manager struggled to communicate clearly and insisted this was the rule. I explained that I was told two weeks by prior management and that I returned specifically within that timeframe, bringing the required number of guests. I simply asked that they honor what I had been told. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was handed a phone to speak to the owner, Andy. The conversation was shocking. He was rude, condescending, and argumentative. I was told I had "misheard," that they would not change rules "for me," and was even threatened with police involvement if I did not pay the bill. Being spoken to in that manner, in front of my guests, over a promotion that was not clearly advertised, was humiliating and deeply upsetting. After nearly 30 minutes of back-and-forth, the manager ultimately applied the discount anyway. Even with the birthday special applied, our bill still came to nearly $230 before tip, as we ordered multiple rounds of drinks in addition to the $39.90 per person all-you-can-eat. This entire confrontation was over approximately $40. The food at Gyuzo is good. However, management's handling of this situation overshadowed everything. I was made to feel dishonest for simply following the instructions given to me. What was meant to be a joyful 30th birthday celebration turned into an argument and public embarrassment. There was no dessert celebration, no acknowledgment, just tension and frustration. As someone who has worked in hospitality, I understand policies matter. But so does accountability, clarity in advertising, and basic respect when resolving misunderstandings. This situation was mishandled from start to finish. It is extremely disappointing to support a business from its early days, return within the timeframe given by management, and be treated in such a dismissive and hostile manner. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning.

This Asian fusion spot in a nondescript plaza has a large menu with a lot of small plates/street food, baos (with varying fillings), tacos/quesadillas/tostadas, curry, traditional Asian dishes, poutine, burgers, noodles like pad thai and plenty of veg-friendly items. We most enjoyed the chicken empanadas (generous filling, good flavor), cod tacos, and vegetarian spring rolls. The tofu lettuce wrap didn't have a strong flavor even though it seemed to have a lot of sauce. The beef Jerky (a bit tough and chewy) and vegetarian dumplings were okay, but not favorite items. We didn't order any items that were larger portion and it's very easy to rack up the bill with $9-12 small bites. Inside, you could forget that you're in suburbia because this place is pretty trendy. There's artwork and words on the wall and the menu tries to be clever (succeeds in some ways but not necessarily to grammar snobs). There's a 3% surcharge for credit card purchases. There's a Chinese food restaurant and Taimoca coffee place in the plaza as well.

We were sat near a table of Moms who were accompanied by almost a dozen elementary school aged children. Their children were completely out of control... running sprints back and forth in the room, running laps around the tables bumping into other customers chairs, wrestling and laying on the floor and that goes without mentioning the noise. This party was finished eating before we were even sat at our table but the Moms continued to sit and drink for the duration of our entire meal while their children ran wild. At this point the dining room was turned playground and other patrons requested to not be sat for Hibachi. Others had to get up from the room and take a break from the chaos. The reason for this review which has very little to do with the actual restaurant, yet it does is.... This situation definitely danced the line below calling the police for a disorderly group but above the line of the management should've stepped in to inform these mothers they are causing a major disturbance to the entire restaurant, their meal is over and it's time for them to leave.
