I've been coming here twice a week or so for lunch. Always a good experience. Fresh food I get the raw salmon and tuna in my bowls. Only complaint is if you ask for the noodles as a base it's inconsistent with how many noodles they fill. One time there were barely any but one time it was great. I get the tuna tartar every time I go. It comes with tomatoes, cucumbers, edamame, red onion and avocado. I get it without the sauce and put my own coconut aminos on it due to a soy allergy. This time, a lot the tuna pieces were not great, I had to keep spitting pieces out because of the white pieces that weren't chewable. Since I love that drink so much, I decided to try their Brown Sugar Bubble Tea. The tapioca was perfected, as expected, but the drink itself was so gross. It tasted like 2% milk with bleached sugar mixed in. No other flavors. I ended up not being able to drink it and would not recommend it to anyone without adding additional flavor shots. First time here and it's absolutely delicious. My son has been a fan but now I made it there and I can say it will be on my list. You select a base white rice, brown rice, zucchini noodles, lettuce or a combo of any of them, then you pick your protein and they have many to choose from, then it's add ons most are vegetables and finally a sauce to go on top. I had white rice, spicy tuna, ginger, scallions, cucumber with spicy mayo. Absolutely delicious, big enough for me to be two meals. Try it you won't be disappointed. First visit and not the last. My wife and I were getting boxes from the nearby grocery store and were getting hungry. We saw Poke Time across the parking lot and said why not? So we did. Good choice. It was early so it wasn't crowded. We ordered a crab and shrimp bowl with everything. It was warm, tasty and almost addictive. The server/cashier was polite and professional and helped us whenever we asked. The restaurant is clean, modern looking and organized. I probably get my dinner from this place 3-4 times per month. They are in a very high traffic shopping center and their fish is always fresh. Love the spicy salmon and ponzu salmon and usually get a combination of rice and kale noodles w/2 proteins. Generous portions, great service and great food! read more

SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!! I've been a fan of this place for well over a few years now, but ever since I moved I haven't been back for over a year now. My fiancé and I go in with no other customers in there and the older lady (who may have been the manager) was alone making a to go order. She says "give me a minute" I said no problem we are still reading the menu. Another customer came by the time she was ready and I told him to go ahead as we weren't quite sure yet. By the time he left, we started ordering. After my fiancé finished, a group of 3 teen girls came in and were also busy browsing the menu. I ordered my bowl and she finished up quickly and started ringing us up. I said "wait I want a bubble tea too." She said we're were out of what I asked for so I said okay I'll get something else and she replied "can you hurry as you can see we are busy." I should have left my food and walked out right there but I just rolled my eyes and tapped my card without the bubble tea. I have worked in customer service since I was 16 years old and NEVER once spoke to a customer like that. I have had my fair share of rude and degrading customers and I still had to smile and nod because that's called good customer service. As I was patient with her from the start and didn't demand she stop what she was doing to help us, I expected the same patience in return although she did not even me even 30 seconds. My husband and I decided to come here and I am happy that we did . Best decision ever. I've never had a poke bowl before and I definitely will be back. I decided to have the General tsos with the salmon , with white rice , cucumbers , carrots and it came with Hawaiian sauce and ginger sauce. Love this fun Poke and bubble tea place. It's like a chipotle or subway for poke where you order at one end and follow the server along the counter to customize your bowl. The bowl is generously sized enough for two meals (for me) The fun part is the selection of bubble teas. Maybe it was just this time but we had quite a good amount of sauce put on ours but it still didn't seem like it was enough, it was still kind of bland. Maybe the sauce could use a bit more flavor. Poke Time does a really good job of making it easy to customize your own bowl, or choose one of their classic bowls. There have been a few poke shops popping up in Jersey, and I consider myself lucky that this one is close enough for delivery. I usually create my own with two proteins and add in my customizations. The quality of their fish is really good and everything always tastes fresh. They give you a great portion size and your bowl is always full to the top! Bubble tea isn't my thing, but the rest of my family has ordered it and they enjoy it as well. Pricing is about $15 a bowl give or take, which is around what I'd expect it to be. I ordered a taro bubble tea, which turned out to be way too sweet for my liking. I had to go back and add for more milk to be added. They just made a whole new drink for me. Clean environment. The ordering counter is at the back. Since it was my first poke bowl, I decided to go with one of the bowls off the menu rather than creating my own. I ordered the Tuna Tartare: white rice base (can also get brown rice or lettuce), seasoned pieces of tuna, sweet onion, edamame, cucumber, tomato, avocado, sesame salad and poke dressing. Everything tasted just as fresh as it looked. The poke dressing was delicious, light on the pour. Next time I'll ask for more dressing on the side as I found this is what gives the poke bowl a majority of it's flavor.
