This is a mall bubble tea spot, so with that said I'm personally don't have Michelin level expectations. However, I do expect the kiosk and its employees to be clean and sanitary. My biggest issue is that the guy tending the kiosk in the afternoon was sitting browsing his phone with his fingers in his mouth, like he was biting his nails or cuticles. The guy who made my drink (cocoa cream wow) did not know how to properly make it because the first time I ordered it it had way too much cocoa powder that was sitting on top of the liquid, so when I took a sip, it felt like I was doing the cinnamon challenge, as clumps of dry powder would shoot up into my throat and choke me. I had to go down and ask him to remake my drink but this time he just changed the location of the powder from the top of the liquid, to the bottom of the cup and then proceeded to advise me that this was the way to make the drink. (News flash no it is NOT, this is my go to drink at Kungfu and I never had a problem with it before nor had it ever looked like the drink he gave me) This was worse because even though I tried to mix it, it would not mix well and I would still be getting clumps of bitter cocoa powder. This has never happened to me before no matter which location I go to because cocoa cream wow is not supposed to look like/taste like the drink I got. It's never too cold for bubble tea! Taro slush with bubbles (or tapioca) is delicious here! I love how you can ask them to alter the sweet level. The bubbles aren't chewy or hard. This stand only serves drinks but there are large selection of flavored drinks, milk tea, or slush/smoothie. You also select your add-ons like bubbles, jelly, etc. Next time, I'll try the matcha smoothie, my other fav bubble tea. The stand is located in front of Papaya clothing store and across, there's an ice cream stand. I'm rating 4 stars because of the slow service. I was the only customer and it took quite a few minutes for the guy to prepare my drink. Usually, bubble tea drinks don't take very long. Super rude and incompetent staff - they need a manager on staff or better employees. The website says it opens at 11am. I get here after driving for 30 minutes for the guy working to rudely tell me that the boba won't be ready until 11:50, an hour after the stand is supposed to be open. I ask if the shop is actually open at 11 or if it's a typo - he rudely says that they have tea but not boba. What is the point of getting boba if you don't have boba? If I wanted tea I would have stayed home instead of driving an hour round trip. I was thrilled to find that there was a bubble tea spot nearby my house instead of having to drive all the way into nyc or going to fort lee to get my fix. It is a little kiosk in the mall located near Gap and Charlotte Russe. My favorite flavors are as listed in order 1) winter melon milk tea with tapioca 2) red wow milk 3) passion fruit green tea with tapioca... those are the best flavors out of the bunch that I've tried. The tapioca here can be a hit or miss (usually a hit) and they cook the pearls to a perfect consistency - bouncy, soft, chewy and sweet. Prices are too high for the drinks tho since they're located in the mall - I find myself paying an extra $1-2 on the same drink I could get from the kung fu tea in fort lee or nyc. You must try the winter melon milk - the flavor is seriously heavenly mmm! read more

If you've never had bubble tea before, do yourself a favor and DON'T get it here. 1) Service - There were 3 people behind the counter. 1 person wasn't doing anything. The other 2 didn't look very confident in performing their job. Taking orders even takes a while since the one person who isn't doing anything doesn't do that either. 2) The tea! One of us got the longan red date tea with 0 ice and 30% sugar and bubbles. The bubbles had no q factor and were completely soft. This is a big no-no for tapioca bubbles. And as for the 30% sugar - it tasted like 120% sugar. The other got the lychee punch + bubbles with 0% sugar and bubbles. Same comments on the bubbles. I'm an avid fan of bubble tea. I've been all the way to San Francisco, China, and all over New York looking for the perfect blend of bubble tea. I consider this particular chain of Kung Fu Tea to be adequate. Sorry, that word doesn't actually make you jump out of your chair and grab one but that's how I felt too after ordering one. The drinks are pretty much what you'd expect from the various Kung Fu Teas all over New York. The difference is that the service isn't so strong. I've been here more than a handful of times and any requests apart from the original order seemed to get ignored or forgotten. This seems to happen even after they already print the instructions on the receipt. It can't be that hard, right? The receipt says no ice. I'm actually making it easier for them... sigh. One time, I could understand. But I've had this issue about 3 or 4 times. That being said, there's not that much bubble tea in Westchester, so until then, I think I'm stuck with ordering here. I just have to remember not to make things too "complicated" by telling them things like less sugar or no ice. Otherwise, the order might be too complex for them to remember. lolz not surprised at the reviews for this kft in the mall. a while ago i was here, while i was placing an order two workers were running around screaming with streamers around the mall, and there was a problem with their register not opening so when i gave them a $10 and needed change back they left me waiting long after i got my drink. why was i left waiting? not because the register was still fking up, but because the two workers were wrapping a 3rd one in streamers, completely ignoring that i was waiting for my money back. (they werent even trying to open it or fix it) soon the 3rd worker (adrian) actually gave me change from his own pocket, so that was nice of him, but i did not need to wait that long for my change while these girls were just fucking around, mad annoying. oh and they got my order wrong anyway. im friends with other workers at this location and they r A+, if it werent for my friends i would never go to this place for bubble tea i can wait for better kft service in nyc. nothin against the workers personally, but as you can see from my experience and others, service is this place's biggest problem! i work retail and these kind of things just arent acceptable. read more

Tea is the same as any other Kung fu tea-- so not bad. But the reason I'm giving a one star review is because they are hella rude. I told the girl I wanted a "hot winter melon green tea." Then they gave me the order and it was iced. So I said "oh I asked for hot." Then the girl looked super unhappy and told me "if you want hot, you have to say 'hot'". So I said, "I did say hot..." My nieces love this place for bubble tea. We never had an issue with staff. They are mostly young and friendly. I do have an issue with Katherine though. I put it down to age and zero customer service skills! Firstly Katherine--- when someone hands you a credit card for payment you hand it back to them.
