Horrible horrible service funny thing is I even ordered ahead of time on the app for pickup even clicked I'm here and went inside and ended up waiting THIRTY MINUTES for them to put cookies in a box. It was frustrating because they kept ignoring and avoiding eye contact with me knowing I was waiting and lied they were working on my order while I counted 6 other people carry out their orders most of which just came in to order. So much for ordering ahead. I think they need to retrain the workers to learn how to communicate if they had just communicated or even apologized instead of trying to ignore/avoid me. They didn't even bother checking on my order when I told them I had ordered ahead on the app for pickup just lied said yep they're working on it then lied again next time and said someone else must've taken my order.lol read more

The process to order online is inaccurate. Placed an order online @6am for p/u @8-8:30 PM (14 hours later) and the cookies were not ready until nearly 9pm & half the cookies are wrong!!! The box was labeled w/ our name, but 4 out of the 6 cookies were wrong and there was no sense of wanting to correct. read more

I rate 10/10. It was worth the drive from Union City to Paramus location. Line ran quickly. We were greated with respect and a smile. Cashier was very sweet and patience. I expected to get at least a dozen, but it was $16.99 for 6 mini cookies. For that price it should have been the best cookie I ever had but sadly it was far from it. However my one cookie was under baked, the pumpkin, but all the others were delicious! This location is horrible. Not only is the staff very rude but they're unprofessional with the loud and vulgar language they use around families and young kids. I preordered from here and was yelled at from this location running out of three of my preselections. The young man doing the curbside pickups for food delivery services was awful and racist. If the carrier did not speak English he would just say "better learn English if you need my help" and was the employee using the worst language. The lines are a mess as well.
