We explained that we were looking for cupcakes for our wedding as we felt that a large wedding cake was a bit of a waste of money for us. We wanted different varieties and flavors as well as multiple colors to go with our rustic barn wedding. Paige completely saw my vision before even hanging up the phone with her. We agreed to meet for a tasting. My future sister and mother in law met with Paige who drove to my home with all her goodies. & Boy, were they delicious! We had such a difficult time choosing. Paige left all the delicious samples with us to decide and refused to take anything in way of payment. This act spoke to her professionalism as well as the pride she had in her product. We narrowed down the choices to Salted Caramel (a fan favorite!!), Lemon, Toasted Coconut, and my favorite Red Velvet. We also included a delicious Gulten Free Vanilla. We discussed location as the wedding venue was over an hour away. Paige agreed to bring the delicious cupcakes out the morning of & complete the whole set up. The evening before we put out the napkins, pastry bags, and cut tree stumps with no instruction whatsoever.
