Gong cha 850 River Road New Milford, NJ 07646 Matcha Tea Latte Brown Sugar Milk Tea Crème Brûlée Brown Sugar Milk Tea w/ Foam Passion Fruit Green Tea Strawberry Matcha Latte Taro Milk Lychee Slush This is the hot spot for refreshing drinks of the orient! You can have it your way...Hot or cold, toppings or no toppings, 0% to 100% sugar. Either way, you will enjoy the drinks down to the last drop! I typically use pearls for my toppings because they are soft and chewy. But, you have several other choices ranging from milk foam to star jelly to basil seeds. Tea and coffee drinks are unique in appearance and tasty in flavor. Slush drinks are all right, but are similar to Slurpees. Whether you're looking for a breakfast supplement, dessert drink or something to grab on the go, check out Gong cha today!
Gong Cha is one of my favorite bubble tea franchises, but this location can be a hit or miss depending on who the boba-ristas are. Some days my drink turns out perfectly, and other days it tastes subpar. Consistency is one of the key components to a successful business, so I hope they can work on that for the future. My absolute favorite drink is the dirty brown sugar milk tea with tapioca pearls + foam. It's very sweet though, so tread lightly! If I'm craving something more fruity and refreshing, my go-tos are the passion fruit green tea and lychee green tea. What I like about Gong Cha is that you can tell their teas are freshly brewed. They are STRONGGGGG. Their tapioca pearls are always chewy and cooked well. They're constantly expanding their menu by adding new drink series. Whether you want a slush, a fruit tea, milk tea, or coffee, they have something for everyone. You can customize your ice and sugar levels and there's a large variety of toppings/add-ins. They've even added bubble waffles and frozen yogurt! I recently got to try a sample of their taro milk yogurt and it was HEAVENLY. The interior is super cute! There's a decent amount of seating and even games to play while you enjoy your drinks.
Is always a very nice staff clean and very efficient. Service is very fast I like that they always have new flavor ! I always enjoy coming here !
My kids and I like to go to this location. They sometimes have a game or two in the seating area and comfy couches.
Beautiful new store, opened couple of months ago in New Milford. The store has couple of couches and three high tables. Plenty of decorations around the store to make create a wonderful ambience. The quality of the drink is as good as other Gong Cha stores. I do feel they are more generous with bubbles (boba) than other places. Bubbles are soft and chewy. You adjust the size, sugar level and ice for your drinks. If you sign up with Fivestar during your order, you get $5 discount. Afterwards, every $50 spent at Gong Cha gives you, $5 off.
First off, cleanliness is important. This place got it together. Neat and inviting ambiance. Bathroom is clean. Service is A+, efficient, friendly staff. The variety of tea and toppings is awesome. Lactose intolerant? No problem! Watching your sugar intact? They got you. Such an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!
Convenient location. It's located among a strip of stores and a CVS so you'll find a parking spot. You can order items that are not on their menu like a seasonal gingerbread drink but I don't recommend it. I did enjoy the Strawberry shake!
As far as I'm concerned, there should be a Gong Cha in every town. They're the king when it comes to bubble teas. Their teas are aromatic and premium. You can taste the difference between their teas and other chains. This new location is quite large actually. There are several high tables and a couple of couches as well.
This location has excellent service, friendly staff and prepare drinks to taste and well! The interior is spacious and clean, and there's plenty of parking. The owner is very kind and engages with her staff and customers. I recommend this location for efficiency and convenience.
Highly recommend, delicious drinks in a super clean space with cool decor and seating. Huge menu of options and ability to customize. Thank you to Alvin for being super patient explaining items and suggesting flavors which would be safe with my food sensitivities! Absolutely will return. Had the Passionfruit Slush and Taro Milk Slush with oat milk, basil seeds, and tapioca balls. Both were delicious and super refreshing.
Being from West Coast where boba is definitely plentiful. Family members often rave about this location. Finally, gave it a taste, dirty brown sugar, was the drink of choice AND was not disappointed. Perfect amount of sweetness, boba was not hard, perfect for today's weather, March 26, 2023
So happy a new gong cha opened! Same great drinks, friendly service, very spacious, and clean. They have tables/seats, a bathroom, and outlets.
This Gong Cha is located in a plaza at New Milford. They have a kiosk to order or you can order it with the staff. Standard menu for drinks. They now have egg waffles (bubble waffle). I had brown sugar bubble tea and chocolate egg waffle. Vey good. Warm and fluffy waffle. Chocolate smells good. the drink was good as always. There are some board games for passing time. 2-3 tall tables. Nice and clean. Bathroom is 4/5. It's clean enough. Overall a great spot for afternoon tea and pick-me-up snacks. read more
New Milford, NJ - Gong Cha is a pretty ubiquitous bubble tea chain so I've been to several. This was a pleasant location: clean, friendly, and cozy, making good use of the long hallway space as a seating area. There are a couple of couches to hang out on, as well as tables and chairs. I like their streamlined ordering process whereby you can choose your drink hot or cold, add toppings, and adjust the level of sweetness and amount of ice. The milk teas are my go-to, but this time I ordered a large iced Vietnamese coffee with herbal jelly. Unusual combo I know, and not one I'd normally recommend cos they're not exactly a harmonious mix, but I needed needed a caffeine pick me up and had my heart set on herbal jelly so that was the peculiar outcome. read more
