The toppings were sloppily thrown on and a lot of the condiments fell out of the shells. As soon as I took a single bite, I was in for a treat. This appetizer is a combination of Mexican, Chinese and American fusion all in one. The outer shell is has a crunch wonton exterior, which is almost identical to a fried wonton.
