Finally a really delicious taco place in the area. The service was great, the lady at the register was so nice, friendly and helpful. We ordered to take home, had planned on eating inside but there was no heat inside. My wife had Birria Tacos and a Quesabarria, she really enjoyed them both, especially the Tacos. I had the crunchy Taco and Quesadillas, both were very good. The crunchy Taco was so good, this place really knows how to make Tacos. We will be back for sure. Highly recommend trying. Also ordered churros, but didn't try yet.

Pretty decent food - chicken burrito was okay but a bit dry Taco Al pastor was succulent and had a good portion. Churros was the perfect dessert for a group of 5. They delivered to our office within 30 minutes of ordering which was a big plus. Will order from them again!

Excellent birria taco. Torta had delicious flavor and perfect assembly. The right bread. Crispy chicken cutlet. Fresh and balanced on all the rest. Cute little clean place. Pleasant and prompt service. Wonderful when a place cares about what they are serving, knows what they are doing, and translates that to what's on the plate. Will definitely return.

Decent tacos but highly overpriced. Paid about $35 for 6 tacos. When did tacos get so expensive?

We each got margaritas - I got a habanero one and he got a strawberry one. Mine was literally one of the best margaritas I've ever had, and I'm pretty picky about them. Super spicy (which I love) and basically not sweet at all (also a plus). My boyfriend thought his was great too. The complimentary salsa has a really nice kick to it and I couldn't stop eating it. Then I ordered the shrimp fajitas, but asked for it spicy (there's a theme here) and the waiter said he added a chipotle sauce to them when they came out. Insanely insanely delicious. Only complaint was that the shrimp tasted very.. fishy? Almost frozen or not fresh, but I ate it all regardless. And there's something about the refried beans here - they're addicting. My boyfriend doesn't even like beans and ate them all. So so good. Also, our waiters were super nice and attentive and made it feel very cozy. Would come back plenty more time to try some other stuff!

We got there around 3:30pm on a Saturday and the place was surprisingly dead, which I didn't mind at all. The decor inside was perfect and even decorated nice for Christmas with a big tree and everything. They gave us chips and salsa, which were perfect--salsa was tasty and the chips were crunchy and not too salty. We also were given a complimentary cheese quesadilla! I loved that! I didn't know what I wanted so I got a Combination platter with a hard shell taco, an enchilada and a flauta, the waitress made a substitution for me, which I appreciated. Our food came out pretty quick and good because I was starving! Food was yummy, and I cleaned my plate. I'd definitely come back here!!

Though not huge, their menu is plant based with an assortment of brunch/lunch items like bowls, salads and interesting sushi, as well as smoothies and other drinks. If you're open to vegan food and uncommon items in a western diet, you'll enjoy it. The pad thai slaw and sushirito were delicious and well made and everything on the menu was inviting. The teas were lovely and I really enjoyed being able to select a blend of herbs for my tea mug. There was some herbal water available, and a selection of desserts on the counter and in the fridge - chocolatey delights like "snickers" bars. We found a corner next to the stage with two armchairs and a coffee table which was the coziest corner to sit and chat. Though it was Friday afternoon at lunch time and there were several other small groups, it never felt crowded and we were able to stay for a few hours enjoying our tea and meal. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and non-intrusive. You order at the counter and then sit down, and we were not disturbed at all besides our meal being brought to us when it was ready. Parking is limited but at least they have a lot. It's a short walk into the main part of the town. They also occasionally host events. Looking forward to returning!

Foremost, the restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere with lots of greenery and elegant lighting. Our waiter provided top tier service throughout the night. The appetizers we ordered were perfect shareable bites and so delicious. The homemade focaccia was light and crispy. Perfectly toasted! This comes at the start of your meal for all of the tables. I loved the fried calamari, burrata and prosciutto, and the pear salad. I was most intrigued with the mussel flatbread appetizer. It was topped with a light buttery sauce and garlic. Very good! The meatballs were also a standout for me. In addition to an amazing start to my meal, I loved the cocktail options. From various spritz choices to Negronis, you can tell the cocktail menu was carefully crafted. Verana is known for the best chicken parmigiana. Not only did this dish deliver, but the portion size was unreal. Some of my dining party finished it. However, I have amazing leftovers for today. You have an option to get a side of homemade pasta. I went with the spaghetti. All pasta dishes are made from scratch. Other honorable mentions include the pasta normica and bolognese. Moving on to the sweet dessert options! The cappuccino's had a nice and bold coffee flavor. The pistachio gelato and apple tart were music to my ears! So fresh and really hits any sweet tooth. The tiramisu had a nice pairing of coffee flavor and cinnamon. My first dining experience at Verana will definitely not be my last. I can't stop talking about all of the incredible dishes that my family and I tried. Thank you Verana for an incredible meal!

I took a walk around while waiting for my order and checked out the mini gold course, batting cages (closed on a weekday afternoon) and golfing range. When you first pull up it's not really clear where the cafe/sports bar is, but you'll see it once inside. They had a great craft beer list, heavy on the IPA'a for my taste but there are other options too, including cider. I ordered the Shroomie Burger: mushrooms, swiss, & truffle aioli. It was cooked perfectly, the mushrooms fresh, and the aioli not too rush or overpowering. Their tatar tots are also perfectly crispy. My friend ordered a pizza with sausage, onion, and hot honey drizzle that was really good. No one ingredient really dominates over the other, the crust had a nice char and there was a balanced sauce to cheese ratio. Service was fast and attentive. Great spot!

With an extensive menu full of classic Salvadoran options, we ultimately chose the pupusas revueltas, filled with chicharrón (pork rinds), frijoles (beans), and cheese. They were freshly made, so we did wait about 35 minutes--but it was absolutely worth it for the taste and quality. The accompanying green and red sauces were excellent complements, though a word to the wise: the red sauce (which is more orange in color) packs serious heat. If you love spicy food, you're in for a treat--but it might deserve a little PSA for the uninitiated! They also offer a wide selection of aguas frescas. I tried the jamaica (hibiscus juice), and it was refreshing and flavorful. The prices are very affordable, the portions generous, and beyond pupusas, the restaurant offers a variety of Salvadoran snacks, candies, chips, and even ice cream--perfect for anyone wanting to relive the flavors of home. A special thanks to Brenda, who curated a playlist of classic cumbia music that gave the whole experience a warm and nostalgic vibe. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend this spot to anyone craving authentic Salvadoran food.

The atol de elote was fantastic, served piping hot, it featured sweet corn flavor and a great mouthfeel.
