Lemon Ai-Yu White Pearl minus the white pearl

I didn't have much expectation since this is in the middle of the mall. But to my surprise they make it very good here. Tried the earl grey tea for the first time it was excellent. The pearls were done just right, the right amount of chewiness and flavor. The ai-yu was good as well, very refreshing and if you prefer something caffeine free. Service was good and payment is contactless. Will definitely get more drinks next time we are visiting the mall.

More like 3.5 stars, but the bottom line is that the green tea was one of the most bitter I've had and the boba was a tad overcooked with under-flavouring. This is unfortunately a common issue with many tea shops, which is why it's such a relief when we come across a decent boba tea anywhere. Staff was friendlier and more approachable than others, so the underwhelming experience came down entirely to the tea and boba. I hope they continue to improve.

I picked up two drinks from the GC kiosk in the mall Friday afternoon - a large Wintermelon tea and a taro milk tea with tapioca bubbles. Well made drinks, friendly and fast service. Will come back again when I need a boba fix am in the area.

My friend that lives around here told me that they opened up a Gong Cha inside of a mall around Paramus. The staff here look like they are either super tired or really bored. Mango Green Tea: My drink has a lot of mango in it but they did not stir it evenly. I got it with the coconut jelly with 70% sugar but somehow they forgot to put the sugar in the drink. The drink was a mixed taste of bitter, mango, and coconut jelly. Peach Black Tea: My friend said that they added the sugar to this drink but they never added the peach syrup. She said that it tasted a bit weird and asked me to look at her drink. By looking at the drink you can tell that there was no peach syrup in it. Peach Slush: This drink was very refreshing on a hot Summer day. I asked for 70% sugar but I feel like it would have tasted better with 100% sugar instead. Overall: I think the staff needs to smile a little more and thank the customers. They should also pay more attention to the labels to see what the customer wants. Forgetting to put syrup or sugar is a big difference in these bubble tea drinks.

Saw this place with a line while shopping. It is good but not the best I have tried. Wish the products looked more like the pictures.

This place has been my go to for Boba Tea Over the years I have tried several of their boba teas and the best ones I think are 1. Dirty Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea with Coconut Jelly 2. Taro Boba Milk Tea with Coconut Jelly They are the perfectly sweet and flavored amazingly, everytime I stop by Garden State Plaza mall, I cannot stop myself from having their Boba Tea

Best bubble tea in GSP!! Personally, I'm not a fan of ultra milky teas so this was better than the other options located in the mall.

This a relatively new kiosk at Garden State Plaza. I tried their classic black tea milk bubble tea to see how it compares and basically Gong Cha boba are good quality but their tea is weak. I got 30% sugar and it was perfect in sweetness (which is something Kung Fu Tea never gets right - think Kung Fu boba are extra sweet or something. Looking forward to trying other things on GongCha's menu - they have an amazing assortment of drink options!

Tried the matcha latte and really enjoyed it. The matcha flavor was really present and love the creaminess of it which is just how I like it. Took a sip of my parents lavender latte and OMG I am in love!! One of the tastier drinks I've had in a while. Really love the floral taste of the lavender but it wasn't so overwhelming that it felt like I was drinking soap. It was so good Would definitely be back just for the lavender latte... wait scratch that, I DEFINITELY will be back. Another great Java, where the chocolate drizzle and foam made it a memorable selection. Besides Liquid Gold, I ordered a slice of their Chocolate Marble Cake and it was....AWESOME! Moist, firm, pleasantly sweet, and was a perfect complement to the Brain Juice. Thank you, Cafe Tesia, for making this stop worth the time. I had a late night craving for one and visited Double Bubble Cafe in Maywood. They just opened 3 months ago and are located in the business district on Pleasant Ave. There's plenty of angled parking in the area. The interior has a rubber duck theme. Adorable and fitting! It's a small spot with very limited seating. There's one table and a few stools near the window. The menu offers bubble waffles, crepes, pastries, bubble tea, baked goods, and coffee. You can build your own crepe/waffle or you can choose from signature creations with pre-selected ingredients. They have a large variety of toppings and sauces. I ordered the Ying & Yang (~$9) signature bubble waffle which comes with crushed oreos, mochi bites, nutella, and white chocolate drizzle. Service was quick and friendly. The waffle came out hot and fresh. It was crispy on the outside with a soft and chewy inside. The flavor was similar to egg custard with hints of vanilla. They did not skimp out on the toppings! I indulged in the chocolatey goodness. The mochi bites were chewy with a mild sweet rice flavor. GET BUBBLY!!!
