The chicken and pork are char-seasoned to perfection, giving the broth a rich, smoky flavor that's incredibly comforting. The manager is genuinely kind and thoughtful, especially when packing pho to go. Everything is separated perfectly so you don't end up with a spill (learned that the hard way). This has officially become our go-to spot on cold nights when we're craving comfort food. To start, I love the summer shrimp rolls and the Vietnamese rolls. They also offer green tea. It took a very long time for our food to be ready, but, once it was, the counter staff brought it over to our table, which I had not been expecting. The sauce on the chicken was a delicious glaze similar to teriyaki, but the poultry itself was slimy and did not seem like white meat.
