You can dine in, but we picked up instead. You can either do street parking or park in the medical center parking lot. It was a bit of a wait for the food to be ready, but the staff were nice and the environment was relaxing. I really enjoyed everything I ordered: - grilled chicken vermicelli platter - grilled chicken banh mi - Vietnamese spring rolls Portions were good at reasonable prices.

Great service! Left a good impression as she was very courteous and conscientious. The food was hearty and authentic. This simple but popular store was tastefully decorated albeit with a small space to work with. We tried the Spicy Lemongrass Pho and Beef Banh Mi. Together with a Vietnamese Iced Coffee and free Iced Thai Tea!

Menu all reasonable prices for the portion!

This place is small with huge flavor! I absolutely loved the service my girl was super friendly and knowledgeable made a great recommendation. The pork pho and beef pho were phenomenal best pho I've had hands down. You can smell the broth and it just takes you to a different time it's insane such a great experience must come here! It's a tiny place but it's worth the wait if they're busy. This place is very reasonable for the portion you'll get!

Stopped in for a quick and affordable lunch at this casual Vietnamese spot. A young teenage girl took our orders, nice kid. She made our coffee and tea and was pleased to hear they were great. Then our entrees came: grilled vermicelli platter with chicken, shrimp, and spring rolls combo and grilled chicken and rice platter--Nice and simple but delicious and fresh. The ambiance is pretty chill, there are Christmas ornaments still up in May and some boxes piled against the wall but the place is tidy. I'll likely drop it again to try some pho and apps.

I pre-ordered for pick up for a Friday at 1. I've ordered from their Jersey City Heights location before and really liked. This location had lunch combos though, so that was nice. Combos come with a choice of four entrees + 1 side (pick from pho broth or a pair of spring rolls) + a drink (regular can of soda but you can pay an extra $1 for Thai iced tea or extra $1.50 for Vietnamese iced coffee). We ended up doing one of each of the entrees. We had the pho, pork chops over rice, chicken with vermicelli, and a banh mi. The pho hit the spot on a cold and rainy day. Spring rolls tasted a bit over-fried but at least they used rice paper, instead of the frozen spring roll wrappers. Everything else was fine but it's probably because it was cold by the time I drove home. I wouldn't mind going back again if I was in the area and trying dine in. But I probably wouldn't go out of my way to do so.

Pretty standard but solid Vietnamese restaurant in Cliffside Park. I ordered the Grilled Vermicelli Platter with chicken, beef, and spring rolls. The meat was decent, but a bit tough at certain parts. The spring rolls were tasty. The noodles were pretty ordinary vermicelli noodles. There was a good ratio of noodles to veggies to meat in this bowl, which I appreciated. I think this was a good deal for $14.49 given the fairly large portion size and quality. The menu doesn't have a particularly large amount of options, but they have the Vietnamese classics (pho, banh mi, etc.) that you would expect there. The restaurant itself is pretty small with several tables for seating. There were only a few others dining in when I went on a Friday night though, so finding an open table was no problem at all. It looked to be a family-run small business and the family running the place was friendly and helpful. The service speed was average. The place has a bit of Vietnamese-style decor but I wouldn't call the environment particularly nice - more like just a standard small business restaurant kind of vibe. There is some street parking available outside and on the nearby streets. Overall, there wasn't really anything that particularly stood out to me about Saigon Bistro, but it was a solid experience in general. If you are in the Cliffside Park area and in the mood for some Vietnamese food, then I think Saigon Bistro would be a very good option.

Great Vietnamese restaurant with I think 3 locations now. I have dinning in at their Fort Lee location and few times and have order takeout and delivery from the Cliffside Park location many times. Their pho is really flavorful and the beef is always very tender. The spring rolls are made with the rice paper which really love. They always pack everything securely.

Finally there is a solid Vietnamese restaurant that opened in Cliffside Park!! Hubby and I went for dinner tonight . We ordered summer roll, chicken wings, beef pho and shaken cubed steak, we enjoyed every single dish we ordered. While the menu is small, but every dish we had is with very fresh ingredients and is very tasty. The portion is also very satisfying. Service is very good. During our meal, one of the staff ( not sure if he is the manager?) stopped by our table and thanks us for dining in, he mentioned the restaurant just opened two weeks ago, he also mentioned the restaurant owner also owns Saigon Kitchen in Fort Lee and these two restaurants use the same pho broth. If you didn't want to deal with the traffic in Fort Lee but craved for a good bowl of pho, I highly recommended this place.

To be honest the soup was pretty sweet than what we expected.. but has good meats and noodles were good cooked. Summer roll with shrimp has good veggies in and with peanut sauce was good as an appetizer. Don't forget to drink hot tea since it's getting cold out.

As most know, the pho broth is most important part of this dish. The broth is savory without overpowering the rest of the dish...I've ordered the spicy lemograss pho combo...absolutely amazing. Ordered the banh mi and it did not disappoint...could eat it everyday. Our server was a woman named Christine...she's the perfect hostess/waitress/server. Very kind and considerate. She did not hover but was always available when needed. The place was very cozy and had an intimate atmosphere. It's not fancy but it was warm and inviting. I rather enjoy the food and service than nitpick on decor. If I could, I would eat here everyday.

Was craving pho and decided to try this place out. Ordered for takeout and the guy on the phone was super nice. I got the spicy lemon grass soup and my boyfriend got the regular brisket pho. The broth was phenomenal for both and so deep in flavor and the portion was good too. The Thai iced tea was very good too. Just sad it was a small cup but regardless, one of the better Thai iced teas I had. Did not taste artificial at all! Wish I took a better picture but the packaging to go was great too and it was still piping hot when we got back home. Would definitely come back !

Fantastic small Vietnamese restaurant, with great food, even better service and ok seating. For a small location, they made good use of their limited space and they communicate regularly if the food will be delayed. My only small complaint would be probably due to the kitchen being so close and the ventilation not being great, our clothes had the food smell afterwards but I won't take a star off since it wasn't too bad. I know their prices will go up eventually but their current price for their food quality is hard to beat.

The Spicy Lemongrass Soup is SO good! It's very flavorful and has lots of great topping. Portion is great as well. I can eat 2 meals from one order. The wings on the other hand were way too small for 6 wings to be $12. They were absolutely delicious but definitely overpriced for the portion. Excellent food!

Zhejiang Mien, including Size #2 pressed noodles thick like udon, scallions, and cilantro, plus Cold Sesame Noodles utilizing handpulled lagman. Both dishes I ordered medium spicy. The Beijing Bolo came in a bowl, while I needed to plate the Cold Sesame dish. Both were flavorful with tender noodles. I placed a pickup order, but when I got there my food hadn't even been started yet, so I ended up standing around for another 10-15 minutes. That part was annoying. I started with the cumin dry rub wings. They were just okay. Very tangy, not very spicy, and honestly a bit over cooked/fried. I'd skip the wings. The steamed chicken and shiitake dumplings were the highlight. They had peas inside and were actually really good. Super flavorful and easily my favorite item. I also ordered the cumin soup with hand-pulled noodles, medium spicy. Everyone warned that spiciness was intense, so I played it safe, but medium ended up being pretty underwhelming for me. The soup was also very oily. The minced pork was fine, nothing special, and while I liked the noodles, they could've been cooked a bit longer. Overall... meh. :/

I think many of the dishes here feel like they're missing something; the noodle soups lack depth, the dry noodles are pretty bare (just a ton of noodles with some sauce), and dumplings seem pretty standard. for a fast food spot, or rather should I say an express spot, can't say I can really expect much more but that does mean it's definitely not a first choice spot for me. I come here when I just need to get something quickly and I'm not feeling too picky about what I'm eating. I will say their soup dumplings are pretty good. The skin is on the thicker side and it's usually not overcooked so the skin doesn't break super easily unless you directly poke it. Recently I tried their spicy beef soup dumplings and this is the best item I've ever gotten here. You can taste the peppercorn in the soup. It comes with a vinegar sauce on the side that pairs well with the dumpling after you've taken your first bite. I think this is the most stand out item and I would come back to get that again. They have self served water and other utensils you might need at a self-serve station which is convenient. The tables arent usually too dirty. There's also some drinks available for purchase. Service is standard. They have a board outside promoting a deal but when I asked about it, it turns out they stopped doing the deal a long time ago

I decided to try the crab and pork soup dumplings because I heard they use real crab meat and not imitation. I also decided to try stir fried noodles with chicken instead of the signature noodles I brought from the other location. I would give my food from this location four stars but my overall experience five. My soup dumplings although very good, were smaller than the soup dumplings from their other location, and they also seem to have less broth inside of it. I also didn't get any crab flavor or see any crab meat formed inside the meat of the dumpling and it really tasted like I was eating a regular pork soup dumpling, it just didn't stand out like I thought it would. As for my noodles, although a different texture, it still lacked in flavor and the chicken was very good with it, but it needed more of it. Overall I would still like to revisit both locations just to compare the soup dumplings again, because I don't know if the express part had anything to do with the size of the dumplings. This location will definitely will stay in my files. Two thumbs up and Happy Yelping!

The tilapia is lightly fried, so the tomato broth does not become overly heavy, and the dill helps cut through any extra oil to balance out the flavors. - The beef noodle soups are also very good, but are more classic options. The Half Peking Duck was served cut up with the crispy skin, cucumber, onion, and oyster sauce, along with perfectly thin pancakes. The Duck was delightfully tender and well seasoned. The skin was a bit on the fatty side. It also could have been more crispy. All the trimmings worked well with the duck, including the crunch of the cucumber, sharp and savory profile of the onion, with the sweet, umami taste of the sauce tying everything together. Roast Pork Lo Mein was delicious and was packed with roast pork, onion, mushrooms, carrots, and snap peas. Noodles were cooked well. Roast Pork was juicy and flavorful. Veggies were fresh and nicely crunchy. Scallion Pancake with Beef was also quite tasty. The pancake exterior was satisfyingly flaky, with plenty of yummy beef and sauce inside. Truffle Shrimp Shumai was delicate, layered, with wonderful truffle taste and succulent shrimp. Pumpkin Cake was oh so sticky, slightly sweet, and mouthwatering with real pumpkin flavor. Fish Dumplings were lightly fried with mild flavored fish filling. Pork Soup Dumplings were just okay, as the skin was too thick and there was not enough soup inside.
