I stopped by Bien Viennese mainly to enjoy a good bowl of soup, and it did not disappoint. The soup was delicious, flavorful, and spicy in a really good way. The staff asked me to choose the spice level (low, medium, or hot). I went with hot, and it was great, but if you don't tolerate spice well, I recommend starting with low. Low music comfortable they have seating looking the outside window. The flavor was amazing the meat, noodles, and broth all came together perfectly. I'll definitely stop by again to try other dishes, but the soup was one of my favorites during this visit.

Good food. Ordered the chicken pho with extra chicken. The portions are pretty generous.

Had high expectations after visiting the Flushing location - especially looking forward to the French fries provenzal - and I'm so glad to say now I have a closer location! I tried the banh mi - super crunchy baguette and generous amount of meat and daikon-carrot salad (and cilantro). The mayo based sauce was a lot more watery in consistency which made the sandwich a bit messy.

I came here for lunch with my family on a Saturday afternoon. I usually go to Saigon Kitchen nearby but decided to check out this place. We ordered the beef/tendon pho, the BBQ beef over rice, and the pork/spring roll over vermicelli. The food was fresh and delicious. The BBQ beef was a bit tough though but the pho and the vermicelli were great. Service was fast and friendly. I would come back!

The beef tasted like a bulgogi dish. The mayo salad didn't fit here. There are no fresh veggies with the vermicelli

This is a Korean owned Viet restaurant and it really shows. I ordered a vermicelli bowl and the meat did not give me viet flavors at all. I was missing the lemongrass, limey flavors. The fish sauce was also off the mark. Instead, the meat honestly reminded me of bulgogi (Korean thin meat dish). Viet food is also known for its fresh herbs and leafy vegetables but this place basically only gives green scallions. The noodles are more like a flour, somen type? And not viet rice noodles. The meat also warmed up the noodles so it just.. wasn't fresh. I was missing the freshness of this dish. Also, they give you salad with a mayo based sauce, which to me just didn't fit with a vermicelli bowl dish at all.

Perhaps the premier Pho restaurant in the Fort Lee area. A recent discovery. The flank and tendon soup is exceptionally delicious. The environment is clean and the staff members are friendly and efficient.

Prices were decent, and the ingredients were fresh. My only qualm about the food was that it didn't particularly carry the aromatics Vietnamese noodles typically have. Some recipes just should not be fumbled with. I understand spices can be expensive, but the lack of depth in the broth is pretty telling. Didn't know this place was a Korean chain. but for what it's worth, it's affordable.

The sandwiches and French fries here are really delicious. But when it comes to pho, I think the Saigon Café nearby does it better. The French fries are so good, though -- I highly recommend!

My experience here was pretty mixed. On the one hand, the food was pretty good but there were a few issues that were quite disappointing to me, particularly the portion sizes. My fiancé ordered the large spicy pho, which came with different kinds of meat, including beef, tripe, shrimp and tendon. We didn't realize before ordering that the meat would be uncooked. They provided the broth and the veggies along with the noodles and uncooked meat, which surprisingly was actually a good amount. The broth is really oily and messy. They bag it in a plastic bag, which helps, but I'm not a big fan of cooking my own takeout. What's the point of ordering? I know they're not the only Vietnamese restaurant that does it this way and I appreciate that the food is more "fresh" that way, but it's not my thing. Cooking aside, the bigger issue I had was with my meal. The menu is very noodle heavy with only a couple of rice dishes. I went with the bbq chicken rice dish, which wasn't actually bbq (not sure why it's called that). It was nicely flavored and I enjoyed it a lot. Even the rice was nicely flavored. However, I had ordered extra chicken with the intent of having leftovers for the week. The portion I received was so meager that I was shocked. It would probably be a normal amount had I not asked for extra, but it felt like a rip off since we specifically ordered extra. The pho was definitely enough for two and cost the same as the rice dish, so it was surprising. Overall, it was a good meal, but I think it would be much better as a dine-in option than for takeout. If the portion of extra chicken had been appropriate, I probably would've rated it 4 stars.

After a recent let down from my go-to place for Pho, I decided to check out a more recent addition to the Fort Lee restaurant scene, Pho Che. Ordered a bowl of Pho to go. Portion was fresh, generous, and well-presented. Still not the broth flavor and aroma I am used to, and am hoping to find again, but certainly tasty. Would order again from Pho Che!

It was a late evening and we were on the hunt for a restaurant that was still open. It came down to a place that served soup dumplings and Vietnamese food. Vietnamese won. There were still a few diners when we arrived. We order the BBQ pork with rice and BBQ chicken with vermicelli. They were delicious! The BBQ pork was delightfully unexpected. It looked more like bulgogi but just as good. It is a cute little place. Service is friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend!

Vegetables and tofu

I like the option to choose raw noodles for takeout. When I get home, I heat up the soup and put in the noodles for a minute for Al dente noodles. The other parts of the pho (vegetables, bean sprouts, lime, basil, tofu, etc. are separate so you add what you want). Healthy and delicious!

They are really generous with the meats and it was a super filling meal for the price! The staff was really sweet and it looks like a small family run business and inside they can only really fit 12 people or so! I noticed as I was eating there, the takeout orders were nonstop so they must have a loyal following! We got the beef & brisket pho which had a nice broth - slightly sweet but with all the veggies and sauces put in, I was able to get the taste I was looking for. We also got the spring rolls which were fried perfectly! I absolutely love a good crunch when I wrap the spring rolls in the lettuce! Definitely swing by or order to-go from this spot!

The noodles and chicken were so tender and the broth was perfectly savory with a squeeze of lemon. The passion fruit tea paired amazingly, very well made balanced drink with real passion fruit. The broth was flavorful, the ingredients were fresh, and the portions were satisfying. With several Vietnamese restaurants in the area, this one stood out to me as being the most traditional in flavor. I appreciated the aromatic broth and the classic spices that gave it a more authentic taste. If you're looking for a straightforward, no-frills bowl of pho, this place delivers. My only disappointment is that the menu is very limited and centered almost entirely around pho. It would be great to see a few additional Vietnamese dishes offered. That said, if you're coming specifically for pho, you'll likely leave happy. The food was comforting, the atmosphere was simple and welcoming, and I'd definitely return when I'm craving a good bowl of pho.

I ordered the Char Siu Ramen combo, choosing the spicy miso option. You get a lot of food! First up, a warm and flavorful spicy ramen bowl (the broth was delicious). Hokkaido Ramen Santouka is a well-known ramen spot that focuses on traditional Hokkaido-style ramen…read moreand is located inside Mitsuwa Marketplace. We walked up to a simple setup where you order at the counter, receive a buzzer, and pick up your bowl when it is ready. The setting is different from a typical ramen restaurant since it operates in a food court environment, but the quality of the ramen makes it stand out. Seating is shared with the rest of Mitsuwa, and it can get crowded quickly, especially around peak meal times, so going earlier helps because the lines can build up and finding a table may take longer than expected. The ramen is the main reason to visit. The broth is rich, flavorful, and has the deeper taste that you expect from a good Japanese ramen shop. The miso ramen has a strong savory base without being overwhelming, while the shio ramen offers a lighter but still satisfying flavor. The toroniku ramen is another highlight because the pork is tender and adds a lot of richness to the bowl. The noodles and toppings are solid, though the experience can vary depending on the dish. The chashu and pork toppings are some of the stronger parts, with a good balance of texture and flavor. We appreciated that the bowls feel hearty and filling rather than just being focused on broth alone. The pricing is a little higher compared to some ramen spots, especially considering the food court setting, but the quality makes it easier to justify. It feels like a convenient way to get a more authentic ramen experience without needing to go into the city. Service is straightforward and efficient, with the staff handling the steady flow of orders without delays. Hokkaido Ramen Santouka is one of the stronger food court ramen options around the area. The rich broth, quality toppings, and consistent flavors make it worth stopping by, especially if you are already visiting Mitsuwa. Just plan around the crowds because it can get busy.
