Great customer service experience. Staff were exceptional. They were always ready to help and were genuinely happy to help. Called to see if they had a size for my son (which was sold out at all stores I called) and Sally was kind enough to look and hold them for me. She briefed me about the line out of the store which was helpful in knowing what to expect. COVID Protocol -- Masks required. Limited number of customers at a time. Customers are required to sanitize before shopping. Items that were tried on were cleaned before placed back on the shelf. The manager at this location needs to take a customer service 101 class! Her name is Sally and she must have been upset when I declined her 2 up-sell offers. Towards the end she made a final attempt and offered me a reusable bag for $2.99. When I kindly declined she gave me the worst look and she rested my receipt on top of my items as she slid them towards me (no bag) and turned her back to walk away. I entered the store not knowing a whole lot about Crocs. I was pleasantly surprised to find many different styles. A Manager, Sally helped me find a pair of Crocs that fit my style. The pair I selected are extremely comfortable and are stylish. I wear them to work and get asked where I got my shoes all the time. I am obsessed with Crocs. I live in Long Beach but travel to Orange County just because I know Kevin will be there on the weekends. His service is AMAZING. He is ALWAYS friendly to all and he will actually go look in the back for my size when needed. When I ask others to look I'm the back they say "everything is out on the floor". Them I ask Kevin and he goes back to look until he finds what I need. He has great product knowledge and he has even helped me in the past to pick our decorations for my Crocs. He always goes the extra mile for everyone. I watch him when I am in the store to see if he gives the same superior service to all and he does. In the past I managed stores and district for a large chain of stores. I looked for people like Kevin. I go to a lot of Croc stores whenever I am visiting other areas but there are none quite like the Orange County Outlet store and it's all because of one guy, Kevin. I know this is a lot of praise for just one guy but he deserves it. read more

We had to run some errands for my girlfriend's mom. Basically, we had to exchange some shoes for her. The first sales person was unsure if we could do it, since they are an outlet and all. All we wanted to do was exchange the shoes for a different size and color. Same style, so there should be no price difference. The sales person bought us to her manager, I guess. He said it was ok. The hard part was done and over with right? NOPE. Finding the shoes in a different color and the right size was a PITA. We eventually did and brought it up to the register. The manager made the entry into the register and gave us a new receipt. Strange thing is he did not and would not give us the old receipt. But whatever. Would I go back? Not particularly, I don't think I'd ever wear crocs. read more

man let me tell you something bout this place .. i had errands to run on the other side of town before i ended up over here in orange at the block. it was a sunday and i knew everything closes a bit earlier than a normal day would. so i rushed. i came here to just go to one place and one place only. the croc store; for my son who is 2 years old. so i pull up to the parking lot, get the strollers out and got my kids ready for an outing. we find and get to the croc store at 5:39 pm. there was a line outside. matter of fact 1 big family of about 10-12 folks. half them prob younger kids. as my family and i lined up behind them, a worker (who was a white-girl between the ages of 23-29) came out from the front entrance and approached us and sed that the line ends after the big family and that no one else would be allowed in, because they close at 6 pm (9/13/2020). mind you that it was 5:40 pm by the time my family and i lined up. i was starting to think she was a little racists cuz i'm asian. anyway, we proceeded to walk away, sadly, all because we got there just to get my kid some crocs. but it was all good. we went to a spot across the way, it was called like broadway or sumn like that .. they had a bogo sale going on. even on their own selections of crocs!! not only did they have a bogo sale that day but i heard they have it every day! even tho i don't wear crocs, i bought a pair for myself. why not? it was buy on get one 50% off. so i got my sons pair for $17.99. oh, might i add i found my pair on the clearance rack that was 20% off. so it was closing time for every store n i lined up getting ready to pay behind a line of about 10 ppl ahead of me. my youngest son was starting to cry for my gf took him outside for some air. as she paced back and forth, she looked across the way and saw that ppl were walking in the crocs store. the girl that kicked us out was allowing ppl to come in. i'm like wtf. my intuition was right. that was racist. she didn't say nothing to the black family cuz they were 10-deep. she wasn't gonna start none with no black folks. but that bitch didn't let me n my family in for no restrain and it wasn't even closing time. that bitch gon remember me next time. read more

I had visited this store in hopes of purchasing these particular crocs I wanted and mind you I called in advance to see if they had them and there and an associate ( young latino male ) told me they had my size and he would put them on hold for me. I arrived to the store and told him I called to place something on hold and he puts down a pair of black crocs when I know I asked if they had tangerine crocs in a size 9 . I have a lot of Croc shoes. If you think Crocs are those ugly big plastic shoes, then you need to go back and see that they now have styles that you can wear in public. They still have those big ugly shoes too. This is called an outlet, but their prices are no different from a regular Croc store. There is a large selection and they usually run a sale (again at the same time as the regular store). Not all Crocs are the same, some are more comfortable than others. The Santa Cruz are very comfortable. Make sure you only get the ones where the sole is removable; the permanent ones hurt after a while. Give them a try; I think you'll be surprised how light and comfortable they are. read more

So unfortunately Crocs has a bad reputation due to those big ugly clogs but they have the most comfortable sandals I have EVER worn. Some of them may be a bit clunky and masculine but there are a few pairs that are really easy to wear all day like sneakers and look fairly feminine at the same time. Then when it's time to pay my $145.00 they couldn't find the sku# of that one pair of crocks. So they had all of us including my few month old baby waiting for almost 30-35 minutes so they could find that one pair information so we could pay. I ask there store Manager Amber if she could scan another pair that cost the same so we could go already. She answers that she couldn't do that don't know why not. Once we pay and Go they could find it later but instead they were mad how that one pair was put on the floor without being put a label. I can't thank this store enough! Not only was the staff patient while my husband and I (and our 3 young kids) shopped for new crocs, but jesicka was amazing! I had to go back to exchange a pair of shoes as my husband had gotten the wrong style for myself (not surprising with 3 tired children). Jesicka was super sweet and kind. BEWARE they will not take your online returns. I went into the store to do an online return. I was told that they cannot do any online return, but they would ship my item back to the warehouse for me then I would have to wait 7-10 business days for the return. To my dismay I ask them what if they forget to return my items or if the items get lost in the mail then what? The girl said I would have to take it up with crocs.com... wtf??? This seems a little fishy to me. They don't even give you a receipt stating what you had returned. I will be contacing crocs.com to inform about this "new policy". read more

I had no idea that crocs made so many different styles of shoes. When I worked in vet clinic I wore the old-style original crocs because I was on my feet all day. They were so comfortable and easy to clean. However, the line has greatly expanded in the past several years. I came with my friend who is looking for comfortable sandals that will accommodate her wide and ever-expanding feet since she is pregnant. We are promptly greeted in the store by Megan, who offered to show her different styles. Megan's customer service skills are what really made this a five star stop! She brought her many pairs of shoes to try and helped her for about 20 minutes to narrow down which styles she liked. She never complained as the different shoes and styles were tried. We actually ended up buying a pair shoes at another store; I would definitely recommend this crocs store if you're looking for comfortable shoes and want to see how the crocs look has changed. read more
