I decided to sign up and write the review right after I got an SUPER unfair responce by the phone today. I found this mover from Internet and on the web it says they can be reached all day so I called them. A guys received the phone and just asked "who's that?' in a rude way. I was kinda surprised but I kept calm and confirmed the number I called. So I told him my address and my belongings. I could not tell exactly what I need them to move since I was thinking whether I should keep one of my bookshelf or throw it. So I told him my stuff in a loose way and just tried to get an approxmate price. So then the great thing happened, the guy asked me "is that a prank call?" I was stunned and said "no!". The guy turned to be very very upset and started to talk to me rudely like "I'm gonna tracking your fxxxing number down, I'm gonna find you and fxxx you because you just fxxxing give a prank call." Also he said he would call police and acused me for harassment. And he hanged up, leaving me astonished. After a few second I realised I could not tolerate this so I called again. The same guy answered and I told him that he mistook me as a pranker and asked for his apology. He refused. He said because my voice was higher and lower so he took me as a pranker. Why? Did you ever hear that before? It was just a bad line! He asked my phone number and I gave him, he said he was using another phone to call my number but it was not available so he claimed my number was fake and I pranked. OF COURSE it is unavailable! Because I was using the phone to call him! How come I can receive another call SIMUTANEOUSLY! He told me to hang over so he could call me to confirm the number was not fake. I did it, and I received the call from them after a few seconds. After I answered and said 10 "hello"s, the other side hanged it without any word. I was furious, I called again and this time seemlingly another guy answered it. I demanded to talk to the person who just talked to me 5min ago for apology and this guy said he just left. What a coincidence! I explained what happened and he said they have received 15-20 prank calls today. So what? Does that mean every call will be a prank everyday since today? And when I talked to him I realised he already hanged up. I dont know whether I should call police for it. Can anyone tell me? read more

Excellent, professional movers. We moved from a 3rd floor walkup to a single family home in the burbs. These guys did a great job. Can't say enough about the whole crew Jimmy (foreman), Walter, Ray, and one other. They came on time and stayed until the job was done. My move was complex and included a stop at a storage facility to pick up other items. I had expected to move using 2 trips, but these guys were so efficient, they got the entire job done in one. They wrapped everything in blankets to avoid damage and packed the truck securely and tightly. There was really no damage to anything. They were also very affordable. 25% less than the last time I moved the identical amount of stuff. I cannot recommend them more highly. You will not be disappointed. read more

My company used them to move two offices back in Nov 2017. They came on time, and there were 4 guys moving very fast. They professionally wrapped up everything and very careful not to damage anything. Upon moving the second office they did take half hour longer to make it to the new place. Presumably they might have stopped somewhere for lunch. We did not question it but we paid them per quote including a small tip. Their quoted hourly rate is competitive, but take into account that they do charge extra for plastic wrap, tapes and any boxes needed. When they put all pieces of furniture in place they left. Later we discovered that the top of our copier got dislocated and would not adhere, so the machine was not working. It was wrapped around with a plastic and seemingly secured. They could not explain how it happned, but we think maybe something heavy fell on it or it got bumped during a move. We had to call the repair guy to replace the top and then put a claim in to the moving company. It took a couple months, but they did reimburse us. In all, it was a good experience. We would use them again. read more

Cash missing. We moved from Chicago to the St Louis area in June 2017. We hired Crescent to load a truck we rented twice. (We drove it to St Louis to be unloaded there twice by a local company.) I will say that the teams (two guys each day, two separate days) we punctual, polite, well-trained, and didn't milk the clock. These were three-hour jobs that added up to $300 each more-or-less after fees and things. My first issue was pressure for tipping. The first team came in and went over the paperwork and started pushing for a tip before the work even began. They suggested $50-$100 per guy--in other words, they suggested a $200 tip on a $300 job. This is pretty ridiculous. The second team suggested $60 each, again before work even started. $120 tip on a $300 job is 40%. That's extremely high tipping in my opinion. The real issue was missing cash with the second team. The afternoon before they came, my husband and I went to the bank to get cash for the move. We got $600 total, three $100 bills plus $300 in twenties. They put it in a bank envelope. I put it in my pocket, and when I got home, I put it in a shoulder bag/brief case. While the guys were loading, it was in a corner of my office with other stuff I told them not to mess with because I would move those things myself. Near the end of the job, I moved it downstairs to the dining room, again with some things I told them not to mess with because I would move myself. When it came time to pay, I went to get my bag. I noticed the side compartment was unzipped, and I didn't think it had been open when I moved it. I took out the envelope and looked at the money, and two $100 bills were missing. I confronted them with this, and they denied it. I called my husband (who was at work) to confirm he hadn't taken any cash from it, which he did not. I called the company, who just said that their guys wouldn't do that and I should call the police. I paid my bill. The guys still asked for a tip! I called in a police report afterward. Someone from the company did call me a couple days later, but not a manager. To be clear, I did not see either of them take this, but NO ONE ELSE was in the house that day except the two of them. read more

Be Careful if you wan to use this company! 1) The company told me there is no charge for padding but it is not. The padding cost 20 dollars each. So I end up pay 60 dollars more. 2) It takes them 4 1/2 hours to move a one bedroom apt which does not have too much furniture. It is ridiculous long. 3) They suppose to settle the rug before all the furniture. Not professional at all! One guy even said rude things to me like: We are movers and what our job is to move. who do you think we are? YOU MAKE MY JOB HARD" So the rug is not included in their definition of furniture. are they excepting me to move all the furniture aside and settle the rug? 4) They refuse to take my paper boxes unless I TIP them. When they are moving, the time is counted and I also need to TIP them. So I double pay them. They are basically spending the last 20 min to sign the paper work and the way they ask me for tips makes me feel like they are rubbing me. They said the deposit is charged on the day of moving but it was charged right after you confirm. I end up paid 445 for the moving and 20 dollars tip. $465 and 4 1/2 hour to move a one bedroom apt. Its not worth it at all. I also realize that the estimate they give me is different from the estimate the guy show me in the end. They give me a cheaper estimate upfront just for me to choose them. So overall, my experience is not so good. My suggestion is : Choose a more professional company even they have more experience estimate because it's going to be that expensive anyway and you just feel MAD and waste more time. read more

They both got here on time, without delay and moved everything pretty quick. I was only having the furniture moved and everything got taken care of way faster than I expected. Jimmy came out for the home assessment and gave me good advice on packing and labeling boxes (since I was opting to pack my own belongings), and provided a binding quote. The truck and three guys arrived early on move-day, boxed my TV and floor lamps as promised and fit everything into a 24' truck like a tetris puzzle. They arrived the next day in PA looking remarkably awake, and proceeded to offload everything in a record 2.5 hours. Nothing was broken. Nothing left behind. And no unexpected charges. I can't say enough good things about this company! We moved from the 3rd floor of a 3-flat and into a duplex condo (2nd and 3rd floor) in early March--both walk-up units. Ray, Ricardo and Humberto were amazing! They wrapped and carried a huge sectional sofa, very heavy futon, bed/mattress, a dozen very heavy bins, marble-top coffee table, several random pieces of furniture, plus and 55-inch flat-screen tv quickly and expertly. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH CRESCENT MOVERS! My experience from start to finish was nothing but great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a moving service. First, let me make it clear that this is a legitimate review, and I am not associated with Crescent Movers, its owners, or its employees. I am writing this review because I rely on Yelp reviews when seeking services, and it is only fair that I return the favor to my fellow Yelp members. I considered other moving companies, and I received quotes from them, but Crescent Movers seemed to be right on the mark with their price, estimated time, and follow-up. One company quoted me a fee at least $400 over what Crescent Movers quoted me, which baffled me. Clearly Crescent Movers had a much better sense of my moving needs. I did consider the Yelp reviews for Crescent Movers, and I saw a few bad reviews, which initially caused some hesitation. But, I noticed every company I considered also had their share of bad reviews. I guess you cannot make everyone happy, but this is true of even the best companies and best customer service. I considered the fact that the majority of the reviews for Crescent Movers was positive. I cannot speak to the legitimacy of those negative reviews, but I can say that I strongly agree with the positive reviews other Yelp reviewers have given Crescent Movers. And, this review is timely, as they finished my move about one hour ago. My first contact was with Meggie, who was very helpful. She actually contacted me after I submitted a request for quotes, unlike some other companies that simply replied with an email and inflated estimates. She listened and asked questions that helped determine my moving needs. I was given options regarding the number of movers and time required. I was also given flexibility about my move dates and times. In fact, Meggie suggested a move date and time that would avoid unnecessary travel times and cause the move to be more costly. My estimate was emailed to me within minutes of my first contact, so I was able to review it and verify what we discussed. There were no hidden fees, and the terms were clearly stated in the estimate. One day before my move, Meggie contacted me to confirm and check that everything was on schedule. When I advised her that I may have underestimated the number of boxes (which I am sure happens once we actually finish packing), she was assuring and asked if I needed more guys. But, we talked and she reassured me that our original estimate would be fine, reminding me that she expected the team to work quickly. She was right! Moving day came, and the guys showed up on time! Antonio and his crew were great. They were not late, but not too early! They did not waste time, and they worked efficiently. They were not so rushed that they did not take the time to carefully handle fragile items, such as the TV and wood furniture. They did not scrape the walls, nor did they throw the boxes carelessly into the truck. There were some very large items---my treadmill, book cases, and large screen TV---which they handled carefully, but were still able to do so quickly. They finished loading the truck in less time than estimated, and they arrived at the destination very quickly. They asked where I wanted various items, and they placed things where they were supposed to go. Not once did I ever feel they were moving slowly to inflate the bill. It seemed as though they were concerned with making sure I was happy. The whole time the guys were working, they were polite, friendly, and professional. They finished the move in less time than originally estimated (by 45 minutes less) and I was charged the minimum amount required. I have no hesitation recommending Crescent Movers to anyone. I can't adequately tell you how happy I was with my move. A three man crew lead by Antonio (tony) showed up not on time, but 30 mins earlier than the window. They were pleasant and jovial. I was moving from 3 rd floor- a brutal move down outside stairs and a long hallway inside to get to the porch. These guys wrapped my furniture to the point nothing was exposed and I don't think they touched a wall all day. Because of interruptions by apartment showings and the difficult move and the long walk up to the new place they went slightly over the 3.5 hour mark but didn't charge me for 4 hours. This was the absolute WORST experience of my life!! No doubt. The workers showed up 15 minutes late and smelled of marijuana. I must say even though this was the case they did work hard, fast and efficiently but that does not compensate for what was to come. The leader asked for a tip and then after we nicely gave him one, he asked for a bigger tip. Then a day later we realized it got worse. We were missing a piece of small furniture. Later to find out after we called that it had been broken in the move and no one told us. In talking to the company after countless phone calls, they ended up saying they would mail us a $30 check for the item which was not the value I'm sure. I have yet to get this check over a week later. We also discovered 3 other pieces of furniture had been damaged. After sending an email to the company with photos, I got no response what so ever. This company is so disrespectful. I waisted so much money on a nightmare. I hope this kind of thing never happens to anyone else. I give absolutely no stars!! read more

Fantastic. Quote was nearly half the price of other movers. Actual price was significantly less than the quote. They made sure I was okay with paying for each thing such as wrap before they used it. They took apart my complex bed and put it together better than the manufacturer. Afterwards I actually recommended them to my realtor! This was a studio to one bedroom move within downtown. These guys were great. I called a few places and found Crescent to have the best price. I was a little concerned that they were a little lower than the rest, but a few of my coworkers had used them and highly recommended them. I talked with Maggie and gave her all the details of what furniture we had and that we were moving from a 4th floor condo with elevator to a house. I knew that the elevator would be a bottleneck with the move. Maggie recommended 3 guys and estimated that the move would be 4-5 hours but I thought that was being optimistic with the elevator. Saturday morning Ray, Ricardo, and Hugo showed up on time and I showed them all that was being moved. They proceeded to start moving things and loading up the truck. They were very professional and were very careful with the furniture and very quick. The same goes with unloading the truck and putting everything into our house. They took lots of precautions of making sure the furniture did not hit the walls or room entries and were gentle with placing the furniture too. The unload was almost half the time not having to deal with an elevator. =) The total time was 6 hours and Ray, Ricardo, and Hugo kicked butt. I highly, highly recommend these guys and I will let everyone I know about Crescent as well. I am so glad my coworkers had recommended them. I wished I would have used them before on my previous move. I had used 2 men and a truck and paid through the nose. read more

I just made a Yelp account just so I could rate Crescent Movers... They are THAT awesome! Friendly, professional and affordable! I only used Crescent Mover's unloading service- basically, I had my own rented U-Haul filled up with my belongings and they unloaded the truck into my one bedroom apartment that was one flight of stairs up. I have moved three times in Chicago and have used this same service (whether unloading or loading a truck) from other companies and have always had many problems... not with Crescent Mover's! I had an appointment window from 2-3pm and they called around 12:30 and said that they were running EARLY (can you imagine?? a moving company running early..?!) and that they could come sooner. However, I told them that I was still packing up my truck and getting to Chicago- so I needed to still meet them at 2 the earliest. When my family and I pulled up in the moving truck- Crescent Movers were already there and they were ... get this ... holding a parking spot for us right in front of my building! I live on a crowded street in Lincoln Park and we had been stressing on where we were going to park this 16 foot U-Haul moving truck -- they took the stress right out of that for us. Just awesome! Ray and Carlos were the two moving guys that helped us out- and they are definitely what made my experience so great! They were very professional and also very polite. They took up all my belongings (and I have A LOT of stuff) very quickly and asked politely where they should put certain things. Everything was going fantastic until.....the dreaded couch..... After trying many different ways to get my large couch up the stairs and around a tight corner- they were just not going to be able to get this couch into my apartment. My dad basically told them not to worry about it and they could put the couch back into the truck because it just did not seem that it was going to get into my apartment. So they had an "out" to just put the couch back in the truck (which many other moving companies I have had previously would have taken), but they were so determined! They decided to use my other entrance to my apartment that is off a small balcony. They tied up my couch with a long cord and literally pulled it up the side of my building and then somehow maneuvered it into the doorway even though some mathematical calculations showed that it shouldn't have been possible. Literally- miracle workers right there. I don't know how I'm going to get that couch out of my apartment when I move again... But maybe I'll call up Ray and Carlos and they can magic it out of the doorway for me again! ;) Crescent Movers is now my favorite moving company and I will definitely be using them again and singing their praises! I booked Crescent because they were close to my condo and the Yelp reviews, though few, were all good. Though I was at work when said move occurred, my husband tells me the three men and truck arrived promptly at 9:00 and they worked their butts off until we were all moved from our little condo in the city, out of our storage unit up the road, and into our new house in the 'burbs. Even when the crazy downstairs neighbor started yelling at the guys, they remained calm, professional, and didn't stop working to even acknowledge him! They quoted me three to five hours, and it took all of five hours, but not a minute more. We would definitely use them again...but hopefully we won't be moving again for a LONG time! read more

Terrifying experience. I am a single woman, elderly. There were four of them and they were very aggressive and intimidating from the beginning. I had scheduled help unpacking at the end of the move and that seems to be what set them off. And when it came time to do that they argued about how they weren't going to do it or if they did they would just unbox stuff and put it wherever. They told me they wee not going to put the stuff in the storage locker in there neatly but just throw it in. One of them STOLE all my tools. They were in a box with a product label on them and I forgot they were my tools so I said "throw that out" but the top of the box was open and the guy saw it was tools. He got a weird look on his face and ran off. Later I was out by the trash and saw the box empty except for an electric screw driver. I mentioned to the guy that I had made that mistake someone ALREADY took everything except the screw driver and he said "yeah, there was no electric cord for it." Then I realized it was him!! I am not exaggerating when I say they were menacing and intimidating and I was afraid of them. I even started crying at one point when all four of them were badgering me about how they refused to unpack me. They also, for some reason, refused to place a few fragile items that I had put separately in a pile in my car. They took it all downstairs and left it on the lawn instead -- when I told them the items were fragile/valuable which is why I wanted to put them in my car! When we got to the other end, I pulled up in my car and asked if they would take these items upstairs since I had to park a couple of blocks away and they said "No, not until we finish everything else." They also showed up an hour early and were really pissed that I wasn't there but I had stayed at a friend's and came immediately when they called. They were really mad about that. The boss of the crew was clearly emotionally unhinged, one was obviously a heavy drinker. They were just angry and vicious. Had I not been an elderly woman alone they never would have dared. I was afraid to even complain since they knew where I live. I've moved again now. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE VERY WEIRD and unstable. read more

This is the best moving company I have ever worked with, and I will never use another company. They were fast, efficient and completely reasonable. Walter, Jimmy and Fernando were awesome-they handled my things wtih care and nothing was damaged or broken. They even put my bed back together in better condition than it was before. The only moving company I will EVER use or recommend! Crescent Movers moved me from New York to Chicago 4 years ago and since then, a few times within Chicago. Just this past weekend, they moved my husband & I into our new house and reminded me why they are the BEST. Anthony + Carlos are amazing (seriously, ask for them!) - the friendliest, most professional movers. Despite the insane amount of boxes we had, they kept a smile on their face and kept on going. I will never move without them again (well, hopefully I won't have to move again). OMG!!!!!!! I cannot believe I have to give one star. If I could give none, I would. DO NOT BOOK these movers. I don't know how those other reviews gave them 5 stars, but I am assuming they must be paid by Crescent. I booked them based on the numerous 5 star reviews and that was my first huge mistake. Anytime your movers call the cops, they have to be AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, they called the cops. I should preface this review with the fact that I have moved a lot. My last move was from San Francisco to Chicago and I used United. They were awesome. So professional. Nothing was damaged. So quick. So perfect. Crescent=exact opposite. I moved from a tiny one bedroom apartment. I do not have that much stuff and three hours for two guys should have been PLENTY of time. Very slow. The main reason they were slow is because of my kitchen table. As they were evaluating it, I stated that every mover has had to take the legs of the table. Their response, "Okay." They try to get it through the door. It doesn't go. I state again that, "You are probably going to have to take the legs off." No response. They try again. No go. I state again that, "The legs will probably have to come off." They decide to unhinge my doors to get the table out. What?!?!?! This is not rocket science. So 20-30 minutes has been wasted at this point (they are paid on an hourly basis). We arrive at my new place. I ask them to place the table in the basement. They bring it in and I stay by the truck to watch it. They are gone for over 20 minutes. I finally walk to my basement and one of the movers is coming out. He says, "We had to take the legs off to get it in." I said, "Like I told you three times at my other place." I go down to the basement to see what the other mover is doing and I notice a substantial dent in my wall. I asked, "What happened here?" "That's where the legs hit the wall. Do you have the paint? I would be happy to paint it for you." "Yes I have the paint, but I am not paying for you to stay extra to fix my wall. Just keep going." The move continues but is SOOOOOOOOO slow. They are finally towards the end and I decide to look in the basement one more time. This time I looked closer. There's not one dent in the wall, there are THREE dents in the wall!!! I bring them over and ask again, "What happened here?" One of the movers says, "It's from the legs." The other mover says, "These are old marks. They were there before we started." I turned to him and let him have it. "Don't f%$^&ing tell me those marks were there. I just paid $4000 to have the walls look pristine. There was not a mark on the walls before you came." I was furious. They damaged my walls and then tried to lie about it. Furious. I asked to speak to their manager who initially was nice and promised that he would have a guy come and fix the walls in the next three days. I said, "You get someone here today." He said, "Okay." We hung up. I asked the movers to leave my house before they damaged something else. They left but never left my driveway. Five minutes later the manager called and demanded that I pay my bill. I said that I would happy to pay my bill once my wall was fixed. He said I signed a COD contract and that I had to pay. I said, "Fix my wall and I will pay." He just kept saying that I had to pay. Over and over again. He did not listen at all. We finally hung up. Ten minutes later. Cops showed up. Cops showed up. The movers called the cops because they are liars and too scared to admit that they did damage. The officers were very nice and told the movers that I didn't have to pay until the damage was fixed. The cops left. The movers did send two people that night to fix my wall. In the interim, I had found another dent on another wall, so that is a total of FOUR dents AND my table had a huge dent on it as well. The dent is actually the perfect outline of my apartment's door hinge. So that must have been from when they just tried to squeeze the table through the door. The wall fixers spent about an hour in my place. Three dents were fixed and one remained. I asked them to try again to fix the last one. They did and it looked like a grade schooler had put putty on my wall. I ended up redoing and it looks great now. Crescent movers has never once called in followup to see if I was happy with repair work. I cannot imagine that there are worse movers out there. So unprofessional. And just bad. And slow. I had a wonderful experience with Crescent movers. They met me at a truck shipping depot to pick up my shipping container moved from another city moved the contents to my new apartment. They were extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. They walked me through the cost breakdown before and after the move so I was not surprised about any charges (and there were very few if any additional fees -- I appreciated the direct and simple charge structure). i was impressed from the start with this company when I called for a quote. Compared to all the other places I called around to claiming to be the best/the cheapest/etc, Crescent had the cheapest prices BY FAR!!!! Padding is free but they charge to tape and saran wrap the furniture that has drawers or needs to be secured. Tape is $2.50 per roll and $10 to saran wrap each furniture item. My mom and I used old tarps and our own tape to secure the doors on the furniture to save on the cost. They were fine with that - they didn't try to unnecessarily up-sell us or anything. My fiancé and I moved from NW Suburbs to the S Loop of Chicago. We had to make 3 separate stops in the suburbs before ending at the condo downtown. We had two movers - Ray and Carlos - and they were fantastic. They were very professional, extremely quick!!!! and also had some good jokes along the way. They were very experienced and I appreciated their expertise. Because many companies charge by the hour, making sure they are timely can be a concern, but not with them. We started at 9am and finished by 3pm - it was $490, exactly the quote given to us over the phone. Keep in mind, we had 3 stops in the suburbs and then a final destination of the city. We did a lot of prep work for them by making sure items that could fit in a box, were in a box. We taped and secured our own furniture as well. If you're willing to take the extra 20 minutes to do these things, it will save you quite a bit - just make sure you tell the lady on the phone that you plan to handle those things yourself. The more descriptive you are during the quote process and/or update them to communicate a realistic picture of what they can expect walking into your home, the better they can plan and execute. I've never had such a horrible experience in my life. The move took 4 hours longer than it was expected simply because their truck was cut by the highway police for a cracked windshield and they towed the truck with my furniture in it. Meanwhile I was waiting for my furniture to arrive at my new place for hours and no one even cared to call me and inform me about the incident. I had to call 10 times to figure out about the incident. Finally after 4 hours delay they showed up. They started unloading my furniture and I noticed a big dent on the corner of my brand new coffee table and also broke my lamp and scratched the frame of my canvas. I called the Crescent movers next day and they said they will pay for the table and the lamp and reimburse the 4 hours delay. I called again 1 week after and they said just wait and you'll get it soon. I called 2 weeks after which was just about Christmas time and the rude and out of manners lady who answers the phone most of the time said well Mr stop calling us. It's Christmas time and unlike you guys (me) we're celebrating Christmas in this country. Yes this is the service I got from Horrible Crescent Movers. Now you judge it yourself. My whole experience with Crescent was very pleasant. The office staff was responsive and very informative in answering all my concerns and setting up the plan so that my move went as smoothly as possible. The crew was fantastic. Moving is stressful and Anthony and his crew took the load off me a lot on that day (I forgot to get the other 2 gentlemen's names but they were very nice and hardworking). They arrived on time and got right to work, always nice and cheerful toward both me and my belongings. Overall they were very professional and settled me in the new place quick and efficient. I've used this company in the past and they were fantastic. Ironically, the exact same move (out of the same place, into the same place) took about 2 hours longer this time. The men were exhausted, especially one of them, who looked very unhealthy, and barely worked compared to the other two. We were the second move of the day, and they had another one..yikes. A friendly family run business. Two recent moves by Crescent were just okay. The crews were on time. They did not respect my instructions, however, about where and how to stack boxes which I did not plan to open for a while. They caused some damage because of this. Once they reached their destinations, they just wanted to essentially dump the boxes and furniture, rather than place the furniture and boxes where I needed them. I regret tipping them so generously, as I did not discover their negligence until weeks later. I would advise anyone using this company to stay on top of the crews at all times. read more

Do not use these movers. I called them up to talk to them about some of my things missing and they hung up the phone on me. Crescent also took twice the amount of time to move my stuff than the estimate they gave me. And one of the movers suggested for me to give him a substantial! tip before any of them even moved my stuff. The service overcharged me by a 1/2 hour which they have not reimbursed me for. I recommend that you use a moving company through a referral from someone you know. read more

Well I think I unfortunately spoke to soon. While they were nice and hard working, now that I'm unloading everything, I can see a lot of damage to my antique wood furniture. There are dents and dings on every piece of wood of own- even a wooden picture frame. The disappointing thing is that I had a pile of sheets, blankets and towels set aside for them to use to cover the furniture as suggested, but they weren't used. read more
