She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. He was given keys, took vehicle for a drive around the area and was prompt in completing the calibration process. I Don't pay over MSRP, I don't accept "mandatory" dealer, or port installed options that I didn't want. I am the customer, I want what I want, not what is available. I contacted several Toyota dealers in Texas with what I wanted and asked them to call the minute they got an allocation for it and I would buy it. Texas is never 1st on the list for plug in vehicles as of April 22 3026 I am unaware of any Texas dealers having any allocations. I also have very low confidence in a smooth transaction with any Texas (Gulf States Toyota) dealer. I also contacted Jordan Smith at Earnhardt, who has sold 3 vehicles to family members, and another Jordan at Corwin Toyota in Colorado. I gave them both the same information. The DAY the allocations were released to BOTH of those dealers Jordan Smith at Earnhardt Toyota sent me a screenshot of the EXACT car I asked for that said "Presold to me by Jordan Smith". For giggles, I checked the Corwin website, they also had one, a month and a half later NO contact whatsoever. It's ok though I am driving one now... As if that wasn't enough, Jordan Smith at Earnhardt Toyota assisted/facilitated working with a 3rd party to get my desired tint and ppf applied to the car prior to us flying to Mesa to pick it up. This car is a unicorn, getting it at MSRP is as much as one can expect. Jordan Smith helped with the 3rd party and went above and beyond. Bravo, and thank you Jordan Smith.

When I asked when the parts might be available, I was told to call back the following week. I also asked if they could reach out to me once the parts came in since they already had my information, but initially they said they couldn't do that or schedule anything. After insisting, I was told they would call me when parts became available, but the overall experience felt unhelpful and lacking in communication--especially for something as important as a recall that already has an official fix released. I hope they improve their process for handling recall appointments and customer follow-up.

My 2014 Mustang was getting a little worn so I decided to fix it up starting with the upholstery. I…read moreeventually decided on Katzkin brand leather installed by Sonny's Upholstery. I could not have made a better choice with either. Both Sonny and his wife Rhonda helped me pick an appropriate color. They did the front and rear seats. In addition, the Mustang has side airbags in the seat backs so just any old upholstery or seat cover won't do. The upholstery has to allow the air bags to expand where they are supposed to in a collision. The Katzkin product has special seams that allow that and Sonny's installer must perform an additional process with the airbags to assure everything works as it should. Sonny wanted two days to do it but I was called first thing the morning of the second day and told it was done. It looks and feels like a new car now. Leather upholstery is not for everyone as it is very expensive. If you decide on cloth instead, Sonny can do that as well. I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job or better quality than Sonny. If you need new upholstery, go see Sonny.
