Pork Bánh Mì 16 oz Fatty Beef Broth
    Maxwell M.

Got the pork bahn mi and a side of broth! Broth was served with plenty of cilantro, white and green onions. Needed a little hot sauce, but not bad at all. Bahn mi stole the show. The outside had been brushed with herb butter and was nicely toasted. Meat and veggie ratio was good, pork had a yummy marinade. A cut above a lot of the bahn mi sandwiches I've had in Seattle. Highly recommend.

Amazing Vietnamese food and cozy vibe when the sun is out with the outdoor tables. My favorite is the dry noodles.

Came here on a Saturday around 2 pm with a party of 7. The place wasn't empty, but no super full either. I ordered the brisket pho which was about $15. The pho was tasty and very filling. The brisket fell apart in my mouth too. What really set this place apart was the jar of chili oil they had. I'm used to just putting siracha in my pho, but didn't this time around because I had the gigantic jar of flavor in front of me instead. The owner came out a couple times and greeted us too! He was really nice!

Best Pho on the block!!! In Cap Hill. Quick service and the staff is really friendly. It is a self- bussing type of place for after you've finished food! But sometimes they are nice and offer to take it away for you. The vibe is more casual and you will sometimes see some kid doing their homework there. Authentic!!

Here visiting from Los Angeles, California! Home of the Dodgers! Found this gem of a place and fell in love! The owner was hospitable and made sure we were happy and how could we not be! We had the brisket soup and steak spring rolls ( sorry we were so hungry that we didn't take a pic of the rolls lol) we're definitely coming back when we're in town!

Small restaurant with tables for two or four, well air-conditioned.

Entrees are 25% off this week, so it was the perfect time to try a new source for my Vermicelli fix! Crane's Landing is a small, pleasant little restaurant up above the QFC at the corner of Pike and Broadway. You order at the counter and then sit at one of the tables. The food comes out lightning-fast! Seattle has a lot of fantastic Vietnamese restaurants. There was nothing about the meal that set it apart from the competitors, but Crane's Landing is worth a try if you are in the neighborhood!

I decided to give them a try on Ubereats and placed a delivery order. The food was delivered on time and everything was nicely packed. I got the Brisket Pho, the noodles, meat, and broth were all tasty with good portions. The price was also decent. If you're looking for a quick meal and craving Pho, give them a try!

There's about 7 other things I should be doing right now other than writing a review on Yelp, but this pho was so good that everything else will have to wait. I always have people asking me, "where do you recommend good pho?" And I never knew what to tell them, other than Washington has decent pho. Tried all the popular spots and was never impressed. However, I'm going to be recommending Crane's Landing from now on. First, this restaurant is tucked away nicely in a quiet spot of Capitol Hill. Secluded and safe parking lot. When I looked at the menu, I was a little skeptical because it was a bit pricer than I normally pay for pho. However, don't let the couple extra bucks deter you. Easily one of the better pho in Washington. If you're a thick noodle fan like myself, you'll find that it's hard to find a place that will serve thick noodles. But Crane's Landing does. And they do it well. Generous portion sizes, and it passed the broth test (meaning it barely needs any additional condiments but add per preference), and I finished the entire bowl and felt satisfied. Walked down to Voodoo donut afterwards and called it a day. Service was excellent as well, the kind gentleman checked in on us and made sure everything was good. Ah, I may just eat here by myself one day because it's even pleasant to enjoy on your own :)

Although I only had the coffee it was amazing. I think the best coffee I've ever had bravo Cranes Bravo u win. I will be back. The service was ok she was nice the mood outside is ok it didn't scare or bother me cuz I'm from da block myself. The coffee amazing. I wanted to take a gallon to go.

Tried the combo vermicelli bowl with pork and chicken. The pork was better than the chicken. Fresh ingredients, reasonable portions, average price point. I particularly liked the fried chili garlic that you can get on the side.

A friend at work Thao N heard about Cranes Landing through a group she belongs to on Facebook. We attended the last day of the 50% off special they had going on during their opening. Service was friendly and helpful. I knew what I wanted but they were patient with a couple friends not used to ordering Vietnamese food. Ingredients were fresh and thought the portions were generous. I had the Chicken Vermicelli bowl (Bún) chicken was nicely grilled and well seasoned. I also ordered a shrimp spring roll I will say theirs is much larger than most places lots if noodles in it. Everything is what I expected flavor wise with fresh herbs and Nuoc Cham. I think the only item that wasn't my favorite was the peanut sauce that came with my spring roll. I have had other peanut sauces before this one seemed a little flat for my taste. Space is clean and there are a few tables for dining inside. Took place of Tangerine Tree above the QFC .

There was a lot of glitches in the ordering system but considering that this is new, I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that it will be better. We heard that there's a new Vietnamese restaurant that replaced the old one and so we decided to check it out. I ordered online and my husband went to pick it up. The pick up was smooth sailing, so no issues there. The ordering process though was a little painful. Their online ordering system has a lot of glitches in my opinion that affected my experiences with the food. 1) you can only order one type of vermicelli bowl even though there are options. 2) the protein options arents the same for the various bases, which it should be. 3) surprisingly, the fried rice is cheaper than steam rice?? 4) some of the extras available is also not consistent in terms of charges and availability. I ordered: Tofu and chicken banh mi --- chicken looks smaller than banh mi for some reason?? And not enough veggies Combo salad with shrimp and chicken ---comes with no sauce or dressing??? It was good though, the meats gave it some flavor so it wasn't bad, and the veggies are good and fresh. Also, I asked for extra pickle veggies but it doesn't seem to have much Combo fried rice --- I like this one. The pork was on the sweet side if eaten on its own but when eaten with rice it was good. The shrimp was also very flavorful but a little on the overcooked side. I also order extra eggs and broccoli and carrots and it was a good portion. Packaging was good and price is reasonable.

Easy fast casual Vietnamese food! I ordered delivery so I can't comment on service, but I really enjoyed the spring rolls and vermicelli. The banh mi was a bit too bready for my liking though.

My girlfriend and I stopped in before a flight, which in hindsight was a mistake. We ordered around 12:30 PM (niku beef udon, garlic pork udon, and chicken karaage), and it took nearly an hour to receive everything. The karaage came out first after about 40 minutes, then one udon about 10 minutes later, and the final dish close to an hour after ordering. Because of this, we weren't able to eat together unless one of us let our food go cold. On top of that, the restaurant itself was uncomfortably cold, which made the long wait feel even worse. It also seemed like many other tables were experiencing similar issues--orders coming out at different times or missing entirely, with customers having to repeatedly follow up. What stood out most was the lack of communication. There was no acknowledgment of the delays, no check-ins, and no apology--not when the food was dropped off, and not even when we left. Given that we had to pay upfront and the price point was $20+ per bowl, it made the experience feel even more disappointing. While the portions were decent and the noodles seemed handmade, the food itself didn't feel particularly special to justify the wait or cost. I truly hope this feedback is helpful. With better timing, communication, and overall service, I think the experience could be much better.

Luckily I was able to snag reservations, but you do sit pretty close to the tables around you. We didn't mind since we had a corner table. To share, we ordered the chicken curry nasi lemak, sayap ayam pedas, and kaya toast. All three dishes were phenomenal, each with its own distinct flavor. The sayap ayam pedas was a huge portion for just 2 people, but we couldn't stop eating. The combination of soy sauce and fish sauce was not overpowering at all and the chicken itself was so juicy. The chicken curry in the nasi lemak was delicious with the coconut rice. Along with the anchovies, egg, peanuts, and sambal, it was a choose-your-own-adventure kind of bite. The kaya toast was the perfectly sweet dish to balance out all the flavors. I especially loved dipping it in the poached egg for a satisfyingly runny bite. This place is a true gem, serving satisfying, delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere at an affordable price. The restaurant looks small from the front, but space is used efficiently and they manage to fit quite a bit of seating into not that large of a dining room. Tables are mostly four tops, quite spacious at that, and surrounded by sturdy wooden chairs. I came for dinner on a Friday evening and there were a few other tables at any given time. Service was quick and our water never ran empty. We had the wontons in hot oil, topped with peanuts, I had the beef chow fun, and my dinner buddy had the pork with hot sauce noodles. The wontons are very very good, stuffed with flavorful pork and swimming in a sauce that sits in that perfect spot at the intersection of hot and sour. The peanuts and scallions add a delightful crunch. Their beef chow fun satisfies every bit of childhood nostalgia I have for this dish, with lots of wok hei, bouncy noodles, and the most tender of beef. I think my favorite beef chow fun in the city still lives at A+ Hong Kong Kitchen, but this is a close second. The portion here is also huge. I am a human vacuum and I actually brought leftovers home, which is rare for me. The pork with hot sauce noodles is seemingly a fusion of zha jiang mian and dan dan noodles. My friend really enjoyed it and actually finished the whole thing, which is saying something given that she doesn't usually eat that much. There are so many other items on the menu that I'm eager to try, so I will definitely be back.

I did get a chance to sample the delicate pork pieces and the flavorful rice. The slightly crispy rice at the bottom of the pot were so delicious. I had the Singapore style fried noodles.
