    NY Strip

Stayed at this hotel & on my last night in Seattle just wanted to be close. Started with a pale ale and then a Pilsner beer, both of which were local brews. All their draft beers were all local and have a great selection of bottles. Ordered the NY Strip which comes with grilled asparagus & garlic mash potatoes. The chimichurri over the steak had good flavor & the steak was cooked perfectly medium. Had good conversations with the bar tender and he provided great service & was knowledgeable of the area and brew houses in the area. The food was very good and was prepared with quickness. I sat at the bar which had 3 huge TVs & the area was super nice & organized. On your first or last day in town I highly recommend bc the menu is simple in a highly refined space.

Mark was our server. He was wonderful. 10/10 recommend the truffle garlic fries!! For entrees, we got the Salmon & Penne Alfredo w/ Italian Sausage. The mashed potatoes with my meal seemed like an instant mix, which was gross, and the asparagus tough to chew/ cut. They also were out of raspberry cheesecake which was a bummer!!

This bar is located in the Hilton garden Inn in downtown in Seattle. Yes it is a hotel bar. Yes I was staying in the hotel. However, I didnt keep coming to this bar because it was convenient. Kai is a bomb ass bartender. She made me some of the best drinks I've had and the service she provided was stellar. She works Friday ,Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights 4 to 9pm. So trust me... stop by If you want to be served by a talented, professional, and gorgeous bartender in a clean and well stocked enviroment.

I admit I was skeptical. Five stars but only 12 reviews. However, you can't beat the convenience of a restaurant in your own hotel. And predictably in Seattle, it was raining; I was happy to eat in. Everything on the menu looked good. Happy hour prices were kind. I went with the mahi mahi tacos. I was thinking of a happy hour app too (chips and salsa? Quesadilla?) but the bartender steered me away saying everything was a large portion. OMG he was so right. The tacos were huge and filled me up. I didn't even finish them. . Service was off the charts. Everyone was hustling and accommodating every odd request by hotel guests. Personally I asked for a bag of ice for my knee. They quickly obliged. I would eat here again.

Ate here twice while staying at the hotel. The Mac & cheese with crab & bacon was really delicious the first night. Good selection of locals beers to choose from. Only negative comment was the price of the meal versus the amount received. Second night had some wings to start off dinner. They were good but not worth the price paid for 6 small wings. The burger was a lot better and made up for the wings. Burger was more filling and a good value for amount received.

We decided to go down to listen to there live and have a few drinks. Nice little place and this is were we have breakfast at also in the mornings . Live band was fine. Restaurant had a decent menu and a small basic dessert menu. Staff were friendly. Enjoyed the service of bar staff Joni and Alex . Our food was ok. Just very basic nothing to it. We stay with the Hilton chain regularly and am surprised by the mediocre food at best.

Got into town and checked into our hotel just in time to catch happy hour! Great well options, 6 beer taps, atmosphere on point. The quesadilla was bomb and our bartender Alexandra was a delight.

I booked a reservation weeks out and we got our party of nine right in for brunch on a Sunday. We just loved the vibe of this place from the moment we arrived. The decor. The ultra friendly staff who greeted us and sat us at our table. And I always love an open kitchen in the dining room. This was the last meal with family before we headed back home to Hawaii later that evening. So the goal was to order as many dishes as possible and share share share. We ordered the Tower of Chengdu Wings, Japanese Zosui, Burmese Laphet Thoke salad, Caribbean Pineapple Cornbread, World Butter Board and Beirut Hummus. Talk about a dance party on your palate. Every dish was so flavorful, thoughtfully prepared and so damn tasty. Broke da mout to be exact. The wings were amazing and packing heat with Thai chilies all over. I avoided the chilies and devoured the chicken. Yum. I loved the Burmese tea salad, cornbread and hummus. The World Butter Board is a must if you're in the mood. They have a great selection of cocktails and beers too. The Kat Chai was refreshing and delicious...and the Rupee Beer Basmati Rice Lager was something I never had before. That was really nice as well with the meal. After we finished our meal we couldn't help but notice all of the different collectibles displayed in the wall. This character with big red hair caught my wife's attention. She was excited to find out they actually made shirts with the character on it...so we also left with some Nue swag. All in all a great Sunday morning for bunch here at this spot. Awesome food, excellent service and a paid lot right next door for convenience. I'm so glad we made it here and can't wait to come back on a future visit. Mahalo to the Nue team for an incredible experience.

Once seated and the rest of the party arrived the service was quick and courteous. I ordered the "chicken and waffle", friends had the "sunny bunny" and the French tacos. Shared the corn bread. Chicken was super yummy! The sichuan pepper sure was tingly and the generous sprinkle of birdseye chili on top was giving enough heat to make the coffee a little uncomfortable. And no, that's not a bad thing, quite the opposite. Cornbread is almost impossible to cut without turning into a head of crumbles, but the flavor is on point. Note: the "topped with coconut shavings" is an understatement. There's almost as much coconut as corn here. So if you're not a huge fan of coconut you may want to steer clear. The place is hustling and bustling, and there is little space between the tables, but while seated you don't mind; the noise level is ok and your conversations don't carry between tables. Been quite a while since I was here last, and as with every time I do I wonder why I don't come more often... Great place.

We didn't experience any of the hiccups we experienced last year and very much enjoyed the wine and food and ambience. The woman at the tasting station was great--she provided short but informative tales of each of the wines (a little about the grapes, the vineyard, fun facts about the wineries, etc). We bought three different bottles of some of the wines we tasted which were reasonably priced ($28-$40 per bottle). My husband loved the oysters and ordered an additional 6 of the wildcats. I had the mushroom toast which had great meaty and earthy flavor. I also tried the spruce tip ice cream which was pine-y and unique and very creative (covered in quinoa crispies!). So when I woke up still craving shellfish, RockCreek was the call. It was the right one. A dozen oysters to start: Kumamoto and Shigoku. Clean -- no grit, no sand. Whatever they're doing back there, it's working. The brine was full and present in every shell, and the mignonette hit that rare sweet spot of light but actually seasoned. The Winter Old Fashioned? Get it. It was so delicious. Then came the crab Benedict. The side salad alone was worth writing home about -- big, buttery, peppery leaves draped in one of those feather-light vinaigrettes that sounds simple until you try to replicate it at home and realize you can't. But the real star of the entire plate was the potatoes. Crispy outside, genuinely fluffy inside, seasoned with conviction. A masterpiece is not too strong a word. Closed with a glass of pink wine. Was eyeing the bottle with the piglet on the label, but it was bottle-only -- a distinction I find increasingly arbitrary as a former server and bartender. One day that policy will be a relic. Not yet, apparently. Best brunch I've had in Seattle in two years. Highly recommend.

That said, the food itself was excellent, very unique and the service was genuinely wonderful. The staff were attentive, warm, and made the whole evening feel really welcoming.
