I ordered the Oh Snap! sweatshirt in green (my favorite color). When it arrived I was mesmerized by the buttery soft texture and the rich green color. However, I wanted a larger size prompting my visit to the store located on the second floor of the Century City mall. I swear there was so many cozy, chic items I walked out with a bag of stuff and so did my mom, which was funny because I know she had zero intentions of buying anything. But we were both delighted with what we got. The sales associates were nice and very helpful adding to the positive shopping experience, and the store was nicely organized. The current Aerie location is temporary while they prepare to open the actual shop next door. Right now Aerie is conjoined with AE (yes, I'm familiar with AE), so you get a 2 in 1 shopping experience. So glad my doom scrolling was interrupted by an Aerie ad. I will for sure be back for more of those cozy sweatshirts, Oh snap!

Not only did they not arrive on time, but I later discovered that the salesperson entered the wrong shipping address on my order. When I called to request a refund, I was told they could only offer me a gift card and that they were unable to refund the money back to my credit card. This was extremely frustrating, especially since the mistake was made by their employee -- not me. I never received my shirts, and I did not want a gift card. I simply wanted my money returned to the original form of payment. Customers should not be penalized for store errors. This situation felt unprofessional and poorly handled. I expected much better service

We had a return that he wouldn't do for us because we wanted to purchase a bracelet at another store so instead of doing the return while we were there already he asked us to bring the bag to the other store. He said there was one of the bracelet we wanted at the other store and was pretty sure they would still have it? I'm not sure why he didn't just call and make sure, (guy at other store was confused he didn't call first either) Either way, if it wasn't for the door man saying bye to me I prob would have left in a way worse mood. Arrived around 9:57-9:58 am, parked right in front. The sales clerk at the door greeted an Asian customer but ignored me completely. The cashier didn't greet me either while I was doing my return and purchase. As a longtime Ann Taylor shopper (since the 90s, when Loft launched!) and I work in corporate , I know what good service looks like. This Loft location didn't get it right.
