I find J Flowers to be a tad pricey, but their flowers and arrangements are stunning so it is worth it. They also deliver and will do wedding items for you and everything else. The parking is free and super easy. The service is great and the flower arrangers are the best. My daughter has bought me flowers there and I have shopped there myself. The roses are great and they have great tulips right now. The place is large enough that you can look at ease. They also have a nice website. We especially love the staff. There is not a lot of them but there is plenty and you won't be waiting. Besides you can look at what you want. You can buy ready made arrangements, all fresh, have a bunch made for you or pick out what you want. You will find everything you need there. read more

The ordering process was incredibly easy and quick, and the bouquet looked almost identical to the picture listed on the website! Disappointed in more ways than one. I ordered flowers for delivery for my friend's 40th birthday. First, they email me saying they don't have the same vase and will use a substitute, which was fine. I asked them to send me a picture of the final product, which they never did. Second, I got an email saying the flowers were delivered. Great. I waited two hours before texting my friend to confirm she received them.. she in fact did not receive them. So I called the store to ask what happened and the lady who answered said they' prematurely sent out the email and that they had not been delivered yet but was still out for delivery. I told her the surprise delivery was now ruined by their mistake because I asked my friend to confirm receipt of the flowers. No apology was offered. I heavily regretted paying a tip on top of the delivery fee after this phone call. Third, see photos for what I ordered vs what my friend received. The arrangement is nowhere near as full as the one on the website. There wasn't even an option to buy a fuller version (usually other places have options for fuller arrangements and charge more money) so it's not like I cheaped out and bought the smallest option. I debated for a few months whether I should write this review because I like supporting small businesses and felt bad but I also don't want other people being tricked by their websites misrepresentations and wasting their money like I did. read more

I wanted to write a review about how accommodating this small business was to my concerns about the flowers I bought on mother's day. I had scheduled a pick up for a beautiful arrangement the day before Mother's Day. When i picked them up there was a handful of flowers with wilted outer petals that gave the appearance they were not quite fresh. I knew it must have been one of the busiest days for them so i was extremely hesitant to go back in and ask for a few exchanges. However, once i found myself trying to replace them myself with $5 bouquet from trader joes, i realized I'm not the professional and it cant hurt to ask. So i brought the arrangement back in and felt so bad because they were so busy. But they immediately made it right, replaced a few flowers and even added one or two extra. Once again, disappointed with J Flowers. I honestly don't know how they have so many good reviews with the awful service that we experience with them time and time again. This latest time, our Valentine's Day flowers were not delivered until 7PM which is completely unacceptable. They didn't call, they didn't provide updates, nothing. We thought that they completely dropped the ball and cancelled on us only to our surprise they delivered at 7PM after waiting ALL DAY for them. The flower arrangements from J Flowers are so pretty. I really like their design - the arrangement feels very full with a lot of movement. So organic and not dead feeling lol I got married last year and also got my bouquet from J Flowers. I had a very limited budget for florals ($1k) and basically only needed a bouquet and some floral accents for the wedding arch. J Flowers was the only floral vendor I reached out to that was willing to work with my budget. Jane was so nice and gave a lot of helpful advice and was so patient with all the changes that were made.
