It honestly looked like someone had walked through the most beautiful garden, handpicked the prettiest flowers, and arranged them perfectly. It felt natural and effortless, but still incredibly special and elevated. The flowers were fresh, unique, and so much more beautiful than a typical floral arrangement. I especially loved the mix of colors, textures, and different blooms--it had so much personality and didn't feel generic or overly "designed." You can tell there is so much thought, creativity, and care put into the arrangements. It was even more beautiful in person than I expected and made such an impression. The parking is free and super easy. The service is great and the flower arrangers are the best. My daughter has bought me flowers there and I have shopped there myself. The roses are great and they have great tulips right now. The place is large enough that you can look at ease. They also have a nice website. We especially love the staff. There is not a lot of them but there is plenty and you won't be waiting. Besides you can look at what you want. Was delighted to find this store via instagram, just in time for Mother's Day. The ordering process was incredibly easy and quick, and the bouquet looked almost identical to the picture listed on the website! They had super pretty vases, terrariums, orchids, various plants, already made bouquets, cards, dry flower bouquets and more! +I literally decide to get my boss a flower night before so I called them around 5:50pm and they picked up, asked me for my budget, and said I can create a nice mid sized bouquet with $60 so I proceeded with that. I didn't know what flowers or color my boss liked so they suggested a spring flower bouquet and it turned out BEAUTIFUL. My boss LOVED the flower and she was beaming with pride and joy with the bouquet in her arms, which made me so happy. Disappointed in more ways than one. I ordered flowers for delivery for my friend's 40th birthday. First, they email me saying they don't have the same vase and will use a substitute, which was fine. I asked them to send me a picture of the final product, which they never did. Second, I got an email saying the flowers were delivered. Great. I waited two hours before texting my friend to confirm she received them.. she in fact did not receive them. So I called the store to ask what happened and the lady who answered said they' prematurely sent out the email and that they had not been delivered yet but was still out for delivery. I told her the surprise delivery was now ruined by their mistake because I asked my friend to confirm receipt of the flowers. No apology was offered. I heavily regretted paying a tip on top of the delivery fee after this phone call. Third, see photos for what I ordered vs what my friend received. The arrangement is nowhere near as full as the one on the website. There wasn't even an option to buy a fuller version (usually other places have options for fuller arrangements and charge more money) so it's not like I cheaped out and bought the smallest option. I debated for a few months whether I should write this review because I like supporting small businesses and felt bad but I also don't want other people being tricked by their websites misrepresentations and wasting their money like I did. read more

I used to be a big supporter and have frequently bought flowers from J Flowers. I even used them as my wedding flower vendor because my wife likes their designs and the owners seem nice. However, all of this changed due to a lot recent customer services failures on their part and their recent flowers have just not been up to par. I recently requested flowers for my wife baby shower and went to go pick it up. I trusted their work since I use them a lot and it looked good on the outside. But when I got home and presented the flowers there were dead flowers underneath. So I reached out and they responded back in a bad attitude and I guess since they close early on Saturday told me to come back on Monday to replace a couple flowers when the baby shower was that day. I said I don't live that close to the shop and I can't simply just come so I asked I could get a refund even if it's a partial one or even credit. They refused basically saying they did nothing wrong and that it was my responsibility to check thoroughly when I picked it up. She also said that it seems I haven't been happy with their designs so I'm free to find other flower shops. If this is how they treat returning customers and simply are okay just tossing them aside that's not good. Doesn't matter how good the flower designs are but their service has really gone down the drain. Like they said I guess I'll have to find a new flower shop. Update: Saw J Flowers' response and couldn't reply so adding an update to the review. She claimed that they have refunded, given me store credit, and given me replacement flowers. They have never given me a refund or replacement flowers in the past. They gave me store credit once because they delivered flowers to my wife that was not the color agreed upon. For selling premium flowers if they are upset that I'm complaining about one dead flower that was hidden underneath then I don't know what I should do since one flower is worth a lot of money for premium flowers. I think the saddest part is that they never said sorry to me and instead give me sarcastic comments to go find a better florist and portraying me as someone who just complains about their flowers. Sending flowers to a loved one is important and for premium flowers I just called out my thoughts. Hope others don't have to go through what I did. I guess just don't complain about their flowers. read more

This latest time, our Valentine's Day flowers were not delivered until 7PM which is completely unacceptable. They didn't call, they didn't provide updates, nothing. We thought that they completely dropped the ball and cancelled on us only to our surprise they delivered at 7PM after waiting ALL DAY for them. I wanted to write a review about how accommodating this small business was to my concerns about the flowers I bought on mother's day. I had scheduled a pick up for a beautiful arrangement the day before Mother's Day. When i picked them up there was a handful of flowers with wilted outer petals that gave the appearance they were not quite fresh. I knew it must have been one of the busiest days for them so i was extremely hesitant to go back in and ask for a few exchanges. However, once i found myself trying to replace them myself with $5 bouquet from trader joes, i realized I'm not the professional and it cant hurt to ask. So i brought the arrangement back in and felt so bad because they were so busy. But they immediately made it right, replaced a few flowers and even added one or two extra.
